saviliana Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 So keep your eyes peeled for release 2.0, coming Real Soon . One more busy week ahead, after that I can dive back into modding and finish it up. Can you put a button in 2.0's MCM menu as "Reset all setting to default" ? I have a conflict and something just erase all the setting away and set them all to zero. And I can't find the reset method for Floppy SOS.
jopie123 Posted June 14, 2016 Author Posted June 14, 2016 Hi Jopie, is there any other way I can disable the hdtm.xml renaming process besides the MCM menu since it isn't functional? I want collision back but I also am not planning on removing FSOS altogether. Thanks Hmm since the check happens on game load, you could alt-tab and rename the file back after you load a game. Clumsy, I know, but it's the only workaround I can think of right now... I'm loving this FloppySOS mod!! Took awhile to figure out which setting I like the best but that goes with the territory. I'm wondering if the wonderful FloppySOS mod creator ever thought of trying to create a somewhat floppy (or bouncy) ass, a bouncy butt I guess, for MALE characters? I see tons of mods for female but no male bouncy butt mods. Specifically for the Schlongs of Skyrim mod. If you could perform this clever achievement, I would be ever so grateful!!! I'm sorry mate, I have no plans for making other HDT mods right now. FloppySOS is a relatively small mod, but it's already taking more time than I anticipated Just wanted to suggest that when you've found the time for the next update, you might want to be sure to tweak a follower's schlong (via the EFF method) and scrutinize how FloppySOS handles those tweaks, after a game load, after transitioning areas, etc. As noted before, in the current iteration of FloppySOS, NPC schlongs receive a different (shorter) sequence of re-equips from what the PC gets, ultimately resulting in some disparity which can only be temporarily corrected with FloppySOS' manual selection menu. Basically I worry that NPC schlong tweaks, which can only be accomplished via a single, tricky means, might be overlooked in the next version. Hi Fredas, I gave that EFF method a try, here's what I observed: - On cell changes, the follower's schlong reverted back to its SOS MCM value. This happened both with and without FloppySOS in my game. Is it the same in your setup? - FloppySOS 2.0 seems to respect the slider values - However it will ALSO apply the player's racemenu length and rotation sliders on the follower. So these sliders have a cumulative effect on the follower's schlong I have a question. Could I just have the NPC's get a erection and the main character be floppy all of the time. I my play troughs she is 97% on the receiving side. Is there a setting I need to play to do this? You could uncheck the 'disable floppiness' option, set the player to floppy and the npcs to balls-only. But if you want some npcs to be floppy some times, that won't work (unless you do it manually). I'll think about this some more. Can you put a button in 2.0's MCM menu as "Reset all setting to default" ? I have a conflict and something just erase all the setting away and set them all to zero. And I can't find the reset method for Floppy SOS. Noted, though I'm not sure I can get it in 2.0 in time. If not, it will be 2.1.
Futanari Prisoner Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 Thanks for all your time and effort. I probably wouldn't even use SOS on my female character if it weren't for FloppySOS.
Fredas Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 Hi Fredas, I gave that EFF method a try, here's what I observed: - On cell changes, the follower's schlong reverted back to its SOS MCM value. This happened both with and without FloppySOS in my game. Is it the same in your setup? No. Without FloppySOS (or when FloppySOS has been assigned "none" for the follower), every tweak I have made to a follower's schlong from EFF's dialogue menu is maintained perfectly at all times. As I mentioned earlier, in order to get a follower's schlong to look a certain way while floppy, I must actually tweak length, etc. settings to some 3x their intended values while non-floppy. It is therefore that much easier to judge whether or not those tweaks are working on cell changes, because my follower's schlong, while non-floppy, is some four feet long. - FloppySOS 2.0 seems to respect the slider values Be careful here. If the tweaks are subtle, it can be hard to judge. Try a crazy set of tweaks like a four-foot schlong with a pronounced bend. Use the same exact settings on both the player and the follower and see if the two look the same while floppy. Compare that four-footer in its floppified / non-floppified modes. These are the specific anomalies which currently require overadjustments and in-game maintenance. Anyway, good luck. The whole 21-SOS-states-of-arousal concept may or may not be pie in the sky, but one thing at a time. ;p
Guest Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 Oh shit! Never learnt how HDT system works and here I am - seem to have a serious problem with male genitals. They are totally stuck and dysfunctional. Sitting characters have some parts sticking out of their breast. All I did - decided to give a try to CHSBHC-Body-Physics for girls plus Loremonger - With collision. Now I have those jiggling boobs and and no functional male stuff. Help!!! I guess, ther's something wrong with skeleton, for CHSBHC-Body-Physics rewrites some of the character assets, namely skeleton.hkx and skeleton.nif files? Are they compatible - bouncy breasts and SOS, or floppySOS?
stirringdesert Posted June 15, 2016 Posted June 15, 2016 Good news guys! I finally found a fix for the FPS jitter issue. It requires patching hdtPhysicsExtensions.dll, and I'm still testing it, but hopefully we'll be rid of the Crazy Schlong Syndrome soon Any news on this? Loving the mod, but jittery cocks are driving me nuts.

LaEspada Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Selecting a preset to load and exiting out causes a CTD in the MCM menu in the new v2.0 version Otherwise everything else seems to work fine.
alexof Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 I've just installed V. 2.0, and all its menus are working as intended, but when I choose a preset to change its properties, upon pressing Tab to close the presets menu, my game stops working. I have the latest SkyUI, RCAE, PapyrusUtil and HDT at v. 14.28. Any help would be appreciated, thank you for reading.
Guest Momber Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 I actually came here to thank you for a great mod, when I saw v2.0 on the front page and thought I'd try the update first (used 1.7 so far). I wish I hadn't. Should I have uninstalled and cleaned my save first? Where are the update instructions? Nothing worked at first, except whenever I called a preset FSOS crashed my game and all I got for my troubles was a 1.4 GB hdtphysicsextension dump file in my overwrite folder. Where did the option go to disable the effect? For the player? For NPCs? Where did the useful screen prompts go (...generating a new custom configuration...)? After many crashes it started to work again, sort-of. Except the spell didn't work anymore, I had to use the keyboard hotkeys. The new droop option is useless. Doesn't work. All it does is make my char wear the balls in front of his cock, like a pair of spectacles. When set to higher than 50% it's the same as before, so where is the benefit? So, thanks very much for the great mod (v1.7). No thanks for the butchered update v2.0, sorry.
Vivi Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 That's a bit harsh maybe, Jopie just wanted to make the mod better ^^
LukeDuke Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Probably updating from v1.7 to 2.0 is not supported, clean save is probably needed, v2.0 is a big overhaul so maybe that's why.. P.S. Thanks for the update!

For disable you could always set it to manual and not touch the hotkeys. Edit: Anyone else hearing a random sound like the sound a pot makes in Skyrim when kicked or moved forcibly?
GodSmack Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Would an Uninstalling 1.7 > save and quit > and installing 2.0 work? has anyone tried that yet?
LaEspada Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Selecting a preset to load and exiting out causes a CTD in the MCM menu in the new v2.0 version Otherwise everything else seems to work fine. It seems only when you don't select a new preset to modify it CTD's. If you don't select one before you exit select window it crashes. Also, would it be possible to get an option to completely disable FloppySOS for npcs and player like in previous versions?
GodSmack Posted June 19, 2016 Posted June 19, 2016 Ok i tested this out, and its awesome, No CTD, or issues with anything it only CTD if you use this on a old save with Floppy installed so you are either gonna have to uninstall the old version > make a clean save > optional use a save cleaner > install current version and win or make a new PC Edit:seems ive spoken a little too soon, i get random CTD in places i wouldnt normal get them (in sex animations, moving between cells) Selecting a preset to load and exiting out causes a CTD in the MCM menu in the new v2.0 version Otherwise everything else seems to work fine. nunu87 Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 new mode: arousal-based floppiness Do you need to turn off sexlab aroused option call "use SOS" first so floppy sos do not fight against SA ?
Arhon Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 Jopie123 loving the 2.0 update but is it possible that we can have an option to disable the floppify on all NPC's? Honestly the 2.0 update is great an all but this option i believe is a must have. If it works on all npcs by default the FPS is going to be tanked down. So i really hope in the next update you might consider to add an option to keep the floppify for npc's as default in disabled "form" and enabling it if we want(By changing the MCM settings or adding floppify manually to a npc[Follower]). new mode: arousal-based floppiness Do you need to turn off sexlab aroused option call "use SOS" first so floppy sos do not fight against SA ? You need Sexlab Aroused Redux for that I believe.
Forerunner414 Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 Fantastic so far! I don't get vagina collision but I'm relatively certain that's on my end. Been swapping out xmls to the point i dont remember which xml is from what mod now. Damnit. But floppy balls are indeed floppy and slapping my thighs and ass; so all is well.
Guest Momber Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 Okay, I didn't want to give up easily on such a great mod so I made a "clean save" and then ran that "clean save" through SaveGameCleaner, which deleted a plethora of dead scripts. Then I installed 2.0 on the cleaned "clean save". Much better! No crashes or any other unexpected behaviour. Starting a new game is not required. I just wish the author had provided update instructions to that effect. Is it too much to ask? re: disabling - yup, unticking "HDT Balls" in the "Balls Only" preset works. I can even use the SOS Schlong Controller then. Suppose if I assigned the edited "Balls Only" preset to NPCs per default it will be the same as being able to disable HDT for NPCs in the previous version. After playing with 2.0 for a couple ouf hours I can say that the five presets, as opposed to just one in v1.7, is a welcome addition. Thank you! Unfortunately the jitter is still there, although to a slightly lesser extent. And imho the "droop" function needs more work. Thanks a lot for the update. Sorry if I was a bit harsh before. The author could have saved a lot of people from much headache with a warning or better yet, just a few lines of update instructions. https://imgur.com/a/dwoNc
jopie123 Posted June 20, 2016 Author Posted June 20, 2016 Thanks for all the feedback guys. It looks like there are some issues left to deal with. I am sorry for using you as a test crew like this. I guess that's the price you pay for using this mod Hmm I am having this weird issue for awhile now, thought v2.0 might fix it, but unfortunately it did not. Floppyfying the schlong itself disables every erection on my toon, the schlong hotkeys doesn't work anymore, no matter what setting I use manual, erect, aroused, nothing works. Using the balls only option works fine. If I bring up the console and the game pauses the erect cock appears on my toon, but gone instantly when I close it. Just wondering if anybody else had or having this issue. When hitting the hotkeys, are you getting the preset popup, or nothing at all? In the latter case, there may be an issue with the hotkey binding; try resetting the hotkeys in the MCM. The fact that all HDT effects are disabled while in the console (and other menus), is intentional. Hydrogen added this behavior to properly support Racemenu. I've just installed V. 2.0, and all its menus are working as intended, but when I choose a preset to change its properties, upon pressing Tab to close the presets menu, my game stops working. It worked, and I assumed it would work on all setups. Big mistake, obviously . I will add these update instructions on the main page.
aloevera5 Posted June 20, 2016 Posted June 20, 2016 Is anyone using this with SOS 2.x? I never had an issue with shlongs poking out of armor seemed funny! Is this tested and working only with SOS 3.00.004?

Is this tested and working only with SOS 3.00.004? I use latest SoS no issues. I dont notice a FPS drop if its like 1-10 NPC's but i can notice 2-5 FPS drop if its more(I use SOS UNP addon so females have it too), well i will check it further then reply back. In case its just me.
