Do you mean something in the MCM or in the mod organizer? in the mod organizer that is hopefully MO2. you have the ESP load order on the lower right side (it has its own tab tho "Plugins"), look for "xazPrisonOverhaulPatched.esp" and put it at the end of this list. just one possible solution tho that worked for me. might as well be something else that is wrong in your game. but with POP not loading last I had similar experiences than you describe

So one character had it, one did not. only moving the Load order helped. if you start a new game, do nothing until ALL the messages in the upper left are gone. usually you see the POP initiation messages there. if it does not initiatate then, it most likely never will on this game. Instead of stumbling around after being released, and then keeling over, my PC goes into the bleedout animation, and doesn't pull up the white recovery bar to get back up. This is also unique to the NG character, while working properly on an older character

I do get the pop up saying it can't find the files, and after I wait a few seconds and close it, it pops up in the top left that it's ready and I don't see the pop ups again. I think I'm using the most recent papyrus util, but mine's due to me having to get a new hard drive a while back, and finding my modded skyrim safe on a secondary hard drive, so I had to re-enable it on steam and point at the folder, then change stuff on Wrye to detect it, so I just assumed it was the wrong folder as an issue. I still get the pop-up each load, but I haven't tried seeing if my Papyrus util is up to date, I'll give that a look-see, though as of now, waiting a few seconds for all 3 windows, PoP, SuM, and DDe to load seems to resolve the issue.

(Sorry, English is not my native language) I did not encounter any problems in installation and execution, and only used POP and necessary MODs during testing. But only the same event can always be triggered. After being taken to the cell, one situation is an endless loop of guard punishment (sex). The other is that after being taken to pillory, there is no punishment. Returning to the cell is just an ordinary punishment (sex), without whip and other things. And the cell option that was added to version 500 did not work properly.

I found that ensuring nothing overwrites PapyrusUtil fixed the issue for me. If you use Mod Organizer you should move PapyrusUtil_v33 to the bottom of your mods, or at least below SUM, POP, and DDe.

I play on SE and I have the issue that only one zap animation is chosen during the punishments but i have the override if needed option disabled. I always play without. I really don't think that the zap filter is involved in this because I replaced everything in the function AdjustAnimationSelection in zbfsexlab.psc by a return and I still have the issue. This function is the function in ZAZ that manages the filter... I don't know what to try anymore honestly. I also have the dd animation filter disabled. The only other mod that I have which filters animations in a similar fashion is cursed loot, but you cannot disable its filter and it is supposed to only work on scenes triggered by cursed loot so I don't think it could be the issue. I have everything set to AUTO in the MCM. Edit: Ok nevermind. It's cursed loot... I tried to disable all functions in the debug page from cursed loot's mcm and it works... Edit 2: Nevermind again, it was just a coincidence that it seemed to work fine without cursed loot. The issue was somewhere else. I have detailed it a bit more in my next post. Okay well nevermind again. It wasn't cursed loot, it was just a coincidence that it seemed to work with cursed loot's functions shut down. The problem are the RoughMissionary, SkullFuck and the other similar punishment that i can't remember the name right now. I've taken a quick glance at the code and it seems to be the intended behavior, which I find a bit odd, because those animations are really outdated and look really bad. So I turned them off and it seems to work fine except for the voyeur scenario which will sometimes do the exact same issue I mentioned but with the ZapSexlabLesbian animation even though I've set the abuser to be only male so it shouldn't trigger a lesbian scene.

Using SE version I updated game (also tried on new character), pop did its update thing and reset the MCM to the values I expect. I set all the options I wanted and exited menu only for pop to auto load a completely different config that doesn't match the default install config or the options I had chosen ?

Did you save your settings to a file? I upgraded to the new version of POP, made all the MCM changes that I wanted, then I saved my settings to the "Default" JSON file. After that, POP remembered my settings.
FatBeaver64 Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 i hadnt no i was used to just upgrading it and changing a few settings. was just surprised as the new default file is so much different to the settings the game loads in with. ive tried making 3 different config files 1 for each character ive been playing so I'll see how that copes with copying saves between multiple devices. 1

Ah, that must be my issue, as I'm only on 7.0 - thanks! So, I'm a bit new to modding - I just download and install ZAZ 8.0+ CBBE HDT Rev3 and ZAZ 8.0+ UUNP HDT Rev3 as two separate mods?
