SNAFU - then you're good to go. KW will forever be in BETA. Also the mod is created by a French National so you'll likely see some english phrasing being off. Others here more OCD than me have gone into the XML files and literally rewrote the text that shows up on screen - mostly the notifications.

 

As long as you understand what the notification tells you, then take it as a status report, and not some RPG message crafted to 'enhance' gameplay.

ALL?   - The 'missing' option at the bottom is just the 'add animations package' selection. This is what I use, but it's not 'ALL' - 772 possible woohoo stages is enough for me, although I'll continue to update any packages I already use unless something 'magical' happens.

Im really surprised despite the relative complexity of the install that I had little trouble at all getting it to work.

Ok, if we just share screen shoots, here is my list of installed animations

 

@carine florida

would recommend to delete one of the bondageframe packages (that without routingfix)

 

Further there are three more animation packs I know.

Those are "FalinEsper" "HDSC" and "KIW" animations. I did remove them from the game, because KW play them not right with an OKW file or the animations are poor and I do not use AW files anymore for animations in KW.

AND no PET animations in my game......

 

Just before someone ask : All listed animations can be found here at LL !!

can anyone recommend me an animation pack (or a specific approach in the gameplay) that makes the toilet stall gloryholes work? Usually my sim just goes in and goes out again, if at all.

1. get a male sim and click onthe stall..optio kinky-use glory hole
2. get a another sim with the inappropriate trait and click on the sim using the gloryhole
3.kinky-woohoo- joininteraction

I think the animation is standard oniki

@Klind14  Has no option to create a brothel - yet was able to register a lot as a brothel. Does anyone have insight to this issue?

Been a long time since my first time... uh... my Sim's first time, but I think you (your Sim) must have at least a level one in woohoo to open a brothel business by phone or computer.

Actually, it works on 1.69 version (for the .399 anyway). It is stable too. I can't say for the .375 version because I don't have tested it. And, when you have bought this game on Origin like myself, you simply can't install it on 1.67 version anymore. Can't say for Steam.

While the point is moot if 1.69 works properly, I wonder if using the 1.67 'superpatch' would work on an Origin install - of course the next time the game boots up thru Origin, it'd likely be 're-patched'. Gah! Origin!

As far as I heard, the difference between 167 & 169 is that with 169 you have to be online to start the game. For me a NO GO !

I have 1.69 and I run the game without being online. I think Steam needs to be loaded, that's all.

And recently I began to run the game directly, without the launcher. (renamed game's and launcher's .exe)

The key message therein for me :

 

• Starting The Sims 3 requires starting up and signing in to Origin similar to The Sims Medieval and The Sims 4.
• The Sims 3 Launcher can no longer be bypassed.

 

However, since no change with 1.69 to the game itself, I will stay with 1.67 !

That was one of the changes between 1.67 & 1.69 - Origin took control of game play through changes to the launcher. It kind of locked in needing to go through them to play the game so they could hit you with ads for other products they carry.  You can play or use Origin in Offline mode - but you will need to sign in every time to play the game. If your OS becomes obsolete - you lose everything.  It happened to me. I still own the entire S3 collection but can't access, install, or anything. I had to find a bootleg copy of each game pack in version 1.67.  To continue to create.  Haven't found all I own yet.  

 

1.67 and 1.69 are the same game - 1.69 is a consumer trap. Once the Launcher is initiated - you're locked into their system to play, download, or repair. A Origin Security Update my throw everything out of whack and good luck getting a response from Origin - they usually just pencil whip it as a closed ticket - same as Thesims3 site and other sites who just look for "click-through" traffic while pretending to be a service.  As you can see - I'm NOT a fan of Origin.

Oh darn... I'm a big idiot. I checked my game version and it's 1.67.2.something

I was thinking that I have v1.69 all this time but I have steam version and ofc it's 1.67!!

My game is a screwed up hybrid. I bought my disks, but did not know and went online to register... then, Origin kind of hijacked my game and installed their "legal" adware/ ransomware. I am actually patched to 1.69, my own laptop requires me to sign in to Origin to start Sims... BUT... I can do all of this while offline! And do!!! OFFLINE!!!!!!!

 

The only thing I noticed different with 1.69 is that there are pigeons at the city hall.

 

I start my game, get the launcher... IF... I was accidentally online when starting, I get a different screen than when I am offline, and immediately shut down my connection. Sad, angry Origin malware in my laptop then throws a message "Well, that didn't go as planned". Umm... yes... it went exactly as planned, not to have Origin recording me while I play! Then, I restart offline, get a different launcher screen. After the game begins to load, I can go back online, as I am now, and Origin is out.

Anytime I open the launcher - even just as before to take that screenshot of the version/location - when closing it I ALWAYS get the message "NOT finished uploading - do you really want to exit?"   GRRRRrrrrrrrrrrr.   I hope they enjoy KW porn! and who knows what else they are phishing for? This is only disks remember - not origin, but the launcher was updated to make that store thing a form of browser with them trying to sell you crap. -No Trust-

 

I so much want a 'TRON' program, that I can open and see if ANYTHING is(has been) talking to the internet with the option to kill it/disable that in the future, with a log of files transmitted/downloaded. Heaven forbid I actually have any control over my PC anymore.....
