I put up Torygg's horn and returned, got Amorous lines including talking to Torygg and the scene after, then told Elisif I'd delivered the horn, she gives permission to buy Proudspire (which I've done) and she gives the dialogue option from Solutions to see her in her chambers, which I don't want to do since I'm waiting for the conclusion of Amorous questline to bed Elisif. I've had both mods in my load order in the past without any issues, I'm just basically running down options of what may be causing it. Could bedding her now be a prerequisite to becoming Thane?

I have NOT had any issue becoming thane with this mod in ( I also have Amorous Adventures in as well) and newest release.

Right, sorry, I'm just not getting the dialogue prompt "Is there anything else you need my Jarl?" which leads to "There is room in my court for another Thane" etc. That dialogue is completely gone. I also tried setstage favor252 15 which should have led directly to return to Elisif (I did it once before) and nothing at all. I'm basically trying to narrow down on what might be going on here. I didn't really think it was Solutions, I'm just checkign all the possibilities.

I'll have to test this by disabling this mod to see if I can purchase it.

I didn't really think it was Solutions, I'm just checkign all the possibilities. I took a quick look at that dialogue in the CK, the topic info is called Favor252QuestGiveTopic. You can search for it with TES5Edit with all your mods loaded to check if any mod has made changes to it. If that's not the problem, then it's probably an issue with the dialogue conditions. This dialogue requires that the Thane quest (Favor252) is running and still at stage 0, and that the Jarl's relationship with the player is exactly 2, no more and no less. If you have mods that change NPCs' relationship towards you, that's a possible point of failure. I only know of SexLab Attraction doing this, but there may be more.

However it turns out that the careless modders that caused the problem was those rascals over at Bethesda; it was some other random quest that blocked it it seems. I just went out in the world and tried to clear up my quest journal and complete a ton of quests I'd signed on to but put off, and when I got back the dialogue option was there, without having removed any mods or changed my load order, so I'm now Thane and has Jordis. Thanks again.

I just went out in the world and tried to clear up my quest journal and complete a ton of quests I'd signed on to but put off, and when I got back the dialogue option was there, without having removed any mods or changed my load order, so I'm now Thane and has Jordis. Thanks again. I've run into a bug with Ysolda where you can have only one "deliver an ..." quest at a time. Until it's cleared, you don't get the dialog for another. Sounds like the same thing.

If so, she won't give the dialogue line until after that quest has been completed.
Sacremas Posted July 19, 2015 Posted July 19, 2015 It wasn't, I'd completed that same time I did the initial Wolfskull quest, but it's resolved by now. It could have been that she requires you to do a location change via fast travel, and I was teleporting everywhere.

Solutions should now (hopefully) show fully green in TES5Edit, and stay that way due to the dependency.On a related note, I've now fully crossed out one of Nutluck's suggestion posts. Only twenty to go!

ttpt Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 Checking it with TES5EDIT the dialog SSv3NPCsHousecarlTopic with formid xx035F1F and specifically the subdialog xx035F24 which has the prompt "I'm feeling a bit randy, take off your clothes. (Sex)" seems to be calling up the topic 04035F23 (yes with a 04 there) which is a non existent topic. That may be the problem, though I'm not sure how the mod uses the dialog so I'm not really gonna attempt to fix it. But it may be as simple as Changing the topic 04035F23 to the correct one. Hope this info helps though.

I know most of my posts had 5-10 quests in them... thats a lot of quests apparently...
