Basically, I set the loot chace for drugs rather high on purpose so it'd be easier to get some drug for testing so I get more feedback on it. I will lower the chance in a later upate again.

Ah, okay, that's cool. :) It looked so finished and polished already that I figured it was supposed to be like that. So then, as for feedback: Everything works like a charm.

I dont have Beeing Female but I do have bloody rags on pretty much every kill. I was trying to figure out what made it happen too.

i really like the optical effects of the different skooma-drinks, i was once in a fight with the mind relaxing thing and cant find the enemy :-)

 

but, as others before, at first i was shocked about the heavy effects and didn't realize, that some of the drugs running in real- and not in gametime.

 

Maybe you should add a BIG FAT WARNING and some Info about that in the MCM-Menu or on the download-page.

 

Or a panic-button in the mcm-menu that stopps all optical effects?

 

Anyway, i really like the effects. dont make them weaker, please.

Just disabled SD+, and killed a few bandits, and none of them were carrying bloody rags.

That seems to be it... for some reason.

Hello, I just installed the mod the first time. Now i get the message " [whore queue] cleaning up whore " about any 4 secounds.

Any way to get rid off ? thx.

There's no such message in Skooma Whore. I'm afraid a diffrent mod is causing it.

that is half what I am looking for, sex effects for very drunk (dancing on the table, brawls, etc) leading to sex encounters and of course black outs...and for npcs as well as the player

 

Well, FNIS has dance animations (used by various mods here too), and I seem to remember seeing some sort of sex animation or two here on this site somewhere ( :) ), so all it would take would be some intrepid modder actually adding that sort of functionality to alcohol.

 

 

alas, my modding skills are very weak at this point.

 

Yeah, that's my problem too. Got some ideas kicking around for a bunch of stuff, but no actual skill.

And it seems when I have time off, I tend to be playing Skyrim rather than modding it anyway. :)

I stopped my game just a second ago just because I think the author of this mod deserves an ass-kissing compliment... Que. I love this mod and how it adds an alternative to my play-through. I like how there are so many up-sides to the different drugs if used in the middle of combat, but if you use a lot of them over a short period of time you suffer for it. I like to play on a really difficult setup with Master difficulty enabled at all times, and I've learned how to be a junkie from my experiences. I've never had a harder time deciding whether I wanted to stay drug-free or not, and for that I thank you.

 

Aaaand I'm playing with over 250+ mods and still stable soooo, great work.

Here's my feedback on the current revision (text wall incoming):

A. I don't like how consumption effects are based on real-world time rather than in-game time, especially with how intense the visual effects are (Which is fine in itself. I just want to be able to wait or sleep them off.)

B. The standard skooma's upside is a bit underwhelming. Unless I'm getting a conflict, it's just a small amount of stamina regen and movement speed (and technically night eye). According to lore and past games, skooma damages agility and intelligence while boosting speed and strength. It also reduces one's ability to rationalize and over time, reduces one's literacy and vocabulary. Therefore, I think the stamina regen should be increased, melee damage should be boosted, speech should be reduced, and a small carry weight bonus should be added (+20, maybe). A more intense crash to match would be good too; for effects, slightly lowered speech (I'm not sure if this should be by more or less than the initial effect.), slower movement speed, and reduced magicka regen might be good.

 

C. Again with skooma, this time the visual effects. It's night-eye (again, assuming no conflict). Quite dull compared to the other effects. Alright, this probably isn't even possible, but in an attempt to model the slower reaction time, you could ditch the night eye and add some tunnel vision, a slightly darker screen with some snakey/smokey tendrils moving about the edge of the screen, and some delayed audio that's echoey and muffled. On top of this, you could add screen blur that becomes worse when looking around, but will focus when looking in one spot for a second or two (so basically, over-exaggerated depth of field).

D. Withdrawal symptoms are too lax in my opinion (At least the physical ones are; I haven't managed to experience the others.) I want a reason that I'd resort to working at the mill besides role-playing. My suggestion is to have multiple stages for withdrawal based on how long it's been since your last dose, with the current symptoms being more of a middle ground. Also, if it's been really long since your last dose, it would take more than one dose to reset things completely. This would make addiction much harder to kick, would help with the suppression being too short (point E), and would really give my character a reason to resort to selling herself. Additionally, some non-magic-effect withdrawal symptoms would be great. Maybe a slight chance to get some screen-shake or seeing double for a few in-game hours every now and again, an inability to get the well-rested bonus, a low chance to accidentally drop your weapon when holding/swinging it (with appropriate message), slight tunnel vision, slightly muffled or echoey audio, etcetera.

E. The withdrawal suppression effect doesn't last long enough. I think it should last at least 6-8 in-game hours at stage 5. Perhaps multiple stages of suppresion could exist similar to my withdrawal stage suggestion, where it would give some slight bonuses at first, then no effects, then some negatives (modeling a high followed by a crash), and finally a bit more of no effects before mild withdrawal would kick in. I'm not sure what would be appropriate for the bonuses and negatives, though, since a lot of that would ideally be handled by the actual item. Perhaps faster skill increase and then slower movement speed with a bit of color desaturation? That might not cooperate well with ENB, though.

 

F. A small suggestion. How about some messages detailing how/when your character is craving/becoming addicted to skooma. They could appear when withdraw kicks in (replacement for "physical/magical/mental decay # gained"), after sleeping if you block well-rested, or as a random chance when suffering withdrawal.

 

G. Physical decay should probably reduce block and perhaps health regeneration as well.

OMG... was that my problem? I just assumed I'd hit a temporary bug, so I reloaded a previous save.

Yeah, I have to agree... in-game time would probably be better.

I've been running it for a day or two and it's a little more passive than I personally like. Barely anything has happened.

 

I've found lots of Skooma and other drugs, but have had no reason to use any. I did get raped at one point - by a horse - and given a random bottle of drugs - by a horse. Found some dealer in Windhelm, I complained about shakes and sucked him off because the dialogue assumed I was broke - I wasn't actually.

 

Would hope for more reactivity from the mod in the future if possible, or maybe I should just use a mod that requires you to coke up for some reason.

I ran into a minor issue - I received one of the new drugs after sex with a spider.

 

I would expect either some addictive new spider poison or just no drug at all when my character has sex with creatures :)

My computer may be on the fritz, but I might be able to make something like a Frostbite venom that sticks with the player. I may be able to make that, but I wouldn't know how to implement it. I could make the addiction chance high with the justification that it would be addictive when absorbed through the vaginal or anus. If anyone wants to use this idea, go ahead, but if not, just say so, and I'll get on it in the next few days.

 

Yes, I have some kind of preoccupation with Frostbite venom.

I am still enjoying this mod with Defeat or Rapespell and hoping for more of course (greedy i guess) but how about junkies in towns that will beg or blow for drugs or money.

One thing that I've noticed is that SW seems to interfere with SexLab STD's loot list for some reason. I installed SW a week ago and I haven't seen a single Cure STD potion or Condom drop since. I'll try messing with my load order this weekend and see if that fixes it.

I don't know if anyone has asked this yet, but are there places where the herbal teas and purifying solutions spawn? Do they appear in general store inventories, alchemy shop inventories. a specific vendor's inventory, or do I have to use console commands and the MCM to get them?

I had herbal tea spawn off random bandits before I changed my load order to get cure STD potion drops back. I think they're in the regular loot lists just like the various skooma formulations.

Good idea, but these are some areas I feel could be brushed up on.

 

-Sentences need to feel more natural and clean up the typos. A lot of lines feel very robotic, there isn't enough sleaze in my opinion for something dabbling heavily into drug abuse and whoring oneself out to get a fix. I also had a problem with the lines for the PC in the brothel, the character comes off as very timid when speaking to the other characters, that doesn't seem right at all when the PC is somebody who fights dragons, chugs skooma like candy and has most likely happily sucked off dozens of men by this point to get their drugs.

 

-Visual effects can be very overpowering at times, to the point where you can't do anything but just wait repeatedly until it goes away. I feel this misses the point when the player is essentially skipping the visually debilitating part. Perhaps the visual part could be toned down so the player could still see somewhat, but include a tripping feature so every once in a while the player falls on their face? I feel this would give the player a sense of being completely off their rocker while also still being able to play.

 

-Trading sex for drugs with the vendor should be a speech check. This is expensive stuff and they're not just going to give away an entire shipment of skooma for a few minutes of hanky spanky from any druggy that comes up to them, you've gotta be really seductive about it.

 

-Lower the requirement to get into the brothel, Stage 5 in my eyes is very excessive.

 

-An actual refresh period on vendor stock, maybe a couple of days.
