Osscollettss Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 When I changed timescale in game (I set "4" instead standart "20") this mod don't works properly for me anymore (daily reducing of drug pool, display of addiction and negative effects). I did scriptcleaner (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/?) and installed this mod again but it don't have effect. Only version 0.9.3b works with changed time scale but daily reducing of drug pool don't functionate as before (display of addiction and other problems was solved with installation of 0.9.3b).
Mdy Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 Oss, my comment isn't very helpful, but you shouldn't set timescale lower than 8 if I do remember a guide correctly.
Guest Bleimine Posted March 14, 2015 Posted March 14, 2015 I've been following this mod for a while now and I gotta say nice work so far. I was wondering though if you could edit the two npcs in the brothel with skyrim npc editor. Last time I checked the editor they didnt show up in the list at least as far as I remember. Does anybody know if it can be done and how? Â
Vuulgar Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 I have been using this for a while, it works nicely with most all mods. I have been playing a male lately and was wondering if anything was planned for a force a follower to become addicted?
crudo Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 -Visual effects can be very overpowering at times, to the point where you can't do anything but just wait repeatedly until it goes away. I feel this misses the point when the player is essentially skipping the visually debilitating part. Perhaps the visual part could be toned down so the player could still see somewhat, but include a tripping feature so every once in a while the player falls on their face? I feel this would give the player a sense of being completely off their rocker while also still being able to play. -Lower the requirement to get into the brothel, Stage 5 in my eyes is very excessive.  Yes, please. A patch, bug fix, anything. Most of the drug effects are playable but the one called Vermina's Price (Prince?) is completely debilitating. Waiting an actual ten minutes of real time for the effect to wear off is tough to do when you have limited playing time.  I like the idea of lowering brothel requirements. They could make you more of a regular as the addiction rises.

I already worked on the effects so they (hopefully) won't get stuck anymore and the three strong ones have alternative "light" versions or can be turned off.  I also removed the stage requirement from the brothel.  Until then, just stop taking Verminas Price, it has no effects anyway only the strong visuals^^

nutluck Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Sounds very cool, looking forward to testing out the new changes in the update.
Para Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Could you make an option for an ever faster addiction? I would like it to match what some NPC in the game say about skooma "once you've had a taste, you'll never crave anything else"
Deadly Kitten Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 Could you make an option for an ever faster addiction? I would like it to match what some NPC in the game say about skooma "once you've had a taste, you'll never crave anything else"  Think the MCM menu has an option to speed up addiction. Not sure though. Game is so much more fun with skooma types now. Keep finding myself coming back to it, even when I get the perma-nighteye effect. I use DCL, so I can't chose to just not use the one that's bugged, assuming I knew which skooma it was. Think someone mentioned something Price? Vermina's Price i think.

Verminas Price only has a heavy visual effect.  What Para mean is beeing directly severly addicted after just one bottle. I think that'd be ok to make a chance to be set instand in stage 3 or so (if you aren't already higer) after every dose.

I do know that periodically, the skooma effects will not fade even after many hours of real time gameplay. Not sure why, and it's difficult to recreate, as all I know is that it's being triggered when DCL does it's force drugging on rape (might be another mod i guess, but it is equipping the skooma from this mod each time, best I can tell). Still have to figure it out. Â

Enough so, that I have to reload saves from 6 hours before or more (again, real time), or make a new character to get rid of it. I don't know which ones, and it's never enough to make me black out. Since my game loadout is designed to ensure rape periodically, I end up having too many skooma to remember which ones I was forced to consume before the nighteye becomes permanent.

The permanent effect comes when the same drug is taken rapidly in a row. The old effects are killed by the new ones and in this case the OnEffectStop event, which would remove the visual effect, doens't trigger. But i already have solution for this.

On hindsight, I should have guessed that it was due to the same drug being used repeatedly. Oh well. Thanks for fixing it! Â

I unload v0.9.4 and delete it because I EXTREMELY HATE VISUAL EFFEVTS FROM NEW DRUGS!!! This function is too bad, useless, harmful...  I'm having a hard time understanding this foreign language. Let me put this through my nifty new translation software...  not-an-asshole, on 20 Mar 2015, 10:17 PM, said:  I was wondering if you would be so good as to add a function to the MCM that would allow players to set which kind of drug is given to the player during forced drugging after a rape?  I must admit, I was not enthralled with the mod as it stands. I understand it is a work in progress, not complete, but I have to say that after trying it, I uninstalled version 0.9.4 posthaste. I dislike the visual effects given by the drugs immensely - I find them terribly distracting. It was a detriment to my play style.  Although I respect what you've done, I will not be using this mod again any time soon, if ever.
nutluck Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 If only that was the way the internet really worked Content Consumer.
sapho888 Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 I really like having visual effects.  There is an actual detriment to skooma that feels very immersive.   I spent something like an in-game hour hiding behind a rock because I had just been force-fed some skooma by some unfriendly fellow  just before I was able to sneak up upon my sleeping SD+ owner and steal his key.  I was only able to make it a few paces to the rock as he woke up immediately upon my collar coming off and the skooma blurred vision was kicking.  I spent that time cowering behind my rock as the world spun around me knowing that if my ex-Owner saw me, there was no way I could escape his clutches again.  Luckily he must have assumed that I had escaped in the dead of the night because after wandering around a bit, he gave up and sat down sullenly at the campfire while the others laughed at him for losing a slave so carelessly.Â
magicrealm Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Looks like you respond in this update to the Feedback of the users. that is nice. hopefully it works as intended.
