Yes, it is ref thaena none. This is a new game save with 0.5c and i checked for leftover files. Could I trigger this quest via console?

if main quest fails to fill thaenas alias you would have to skip every single one - which is pretty much pointless. because it seems that every single quest except for that introduction is triggered by Na_main quest.

It's not normal that this alias does not get filled. somehow you need to find out why it is not for you.

 

alias is something like

you create an actor and call it harrison ford. then you create a quest and call it star wars.

normally harrison ford is just harrison ford.

but by making an alias you can make it so while quest star wars is active harisson ford becomes a han solo.

with alias not filled your game does not understand who the hell thaena is and who should play her role.

i think you underestimate the importance of your changelog.

I know, right? I read it and was like "what is the new quest?"

I think it's the Creatures 101 at the College... at least, it's been quite a while since I've done the mansion, and I don't remember that being there the last time (4.0b).

I got everything working, anims are showing, but when I do the Companions competition quest, I talk to the wolf but the animation is not starting and I can't advance, any help?

I just tested companions quest again. Works fine. There must be some incompatible mod in your game that wouldn't trigger the animation since the quest is involving werewolfs in later stage. Try to reset your animations registry. (Might help and again, it might not.)

AkoS - open the MCM menu. Click on SexLab and then rebuild/clean. Then you will see reset animation registry line. Click on that and after few seconds you'll get info about successful reseting animation registry.

Mimiure17 - You should kill the bear and return to the "bear lady". Then you can continue with task. Killing the bear is the part of the task.

when I kill the bear it completes that stage and says to go back to Tembra (I think that's her name) and she has the quest marker over her head.   When you click on her or a passing guard all you get is the "oh my god, look at that.   Its amazing" line from them.   I have tried to wait an hour and day, saved and restart, quick traveled and back and same thing.   Using the console to pass it does complete it however at parties non of the beasts you use this method are available.   Since I had to console past the horse, bear and charaus none of them are used as random beasts at the parties so not sure if that is the best way to get by this problem.   I will restart a game and get some papyrus logs and see if that helps.

 

added the current load order for mods and the paprus log from whiterun stable to the point where you are to test the horse at solitude.

Hi everyone!

 

First, let me tell you that this is by far my favorite Skyrim mod ever. I love everything about it, and I'd very much like to see it expanded further, maybe even including more creatures from the game. Awesome work.

 

Still, with 0.5c I've encountered a couple of problems. I've seen that some others have had similar problems, but haven't found a solution yet.

 

1) Female customers don't follow

I've got the problem where female customers don't follow you into the basement. It doesn't always happen (some seem more eager than others), and sometimes waiting at the animal's room works, but more often then not, I'm stuck. Since I don't know the Quest IDs and can't find them with ShowQuestTargets, I have to reload. I know this could be a bug on my side, but I'd really appreciate a list of Quest IDs for the mod so I can set the stages manually. (If they are already posted in this thread, I apologize for not finding them - maybe move them to the first post?)

 

2) Can't initiate sex 

I can only initiate sex with the creatures in the mansion when "on duty" (doing a quest). While wandering around freely, I cannot activate them. The dog (and Bailey) barks, then does nothing. Horse and wolf don't do anything, and no other creatures do. With version 0.4, when you still had to use the dialogue ("Come, let's have some fun..."), everything worked. This is not much of a problem - there are more than enough methods to initiate sex with them. 

 

3) Main Quest doesn't advance

The last Main Quest I did was the Bear quest, which worked flawlessly. I understand that there is the Chaurus quest still left, am I right? I did more than enough private shows (more than double the amount set in the MCM) and even advanced the quest in the MCM manually (to stage 6, it was on stage 5 before that) - nothing. What am I missing?

 

4) Men's Night and Ladies' Night stuck

This is a problem I had before, in version 0.4. Normal parties and the companion party work without a flaw. With Men's and Ladies' Night, it gets tricky. Here's what happens:

 

  1. I ask Thaena for a party. She starts the quest and tells me to return between 9 and 12 p.m.
  2. When I return, Thaena is gone. She's already in the party room. Sometimes, a couple of guests are with her, sometimes not. When I talk to her, she tells me to head to the party room I'm already in. 
  3. When I leave the basement and return, the quest advances, but many times guests are acting strangely. The stroll around and leave the basement. I can't stop them, I only get the message "This person is busy". 
  4. Talking to the other guests gets their scenes as planned. But since guests are missing (leaving before I can even start), I can't finish the quest. 

This is another case where the Quest ID would be of great help.

 

As I said before, most of the errors are probably on my side. I've got a prostitution mod (Working Girl) and lots of other mods running, so there's bound to be some incompabilities. Still, any help would be much appreciated.

 

At the end of a very long "first post in 2 years", let me repeat that this is an awesome mod. If I can be of any help, I'd gladly give it - I'm not a modder myself, but dialogue and quest writing or even only a couple of ideas what could be done to expand the mod is within my grasp.

Have this problem when i go with jesper to thaena the quest dont update, the bard just walk around and play some music, and the questmark its over thaena but she dont have other option of conversation to continue the quest, i play previous version and is a good mod, if someone know how i can fix the problem pls say me... and ty.

got that too but solved it by going outside then inside agian and standing a few meters away from theana and waiting like a minute. then suddenly thean started talking to the employees.

Sometimes found a bug. Choose customer service, and the marker on the map shows the Companions house.
Upon arrival, nothing happens

 

you mean a private show as i got the same thing, which colour wolf you got? or do you mean you haven't done the party. as i got the problem i cant do private shows where the customer wants the wolf, as i got the wrong wolf, it will point to jorvaskkr. i got the grey one but i think you need to get the orange one, (THE ONE you do in the party) right. hope md watches this messages carefully.

Couple of bugs I've been stuck on.

 

At the end of a party when Thaena has you invite a guest to join in theres no dialogue on any of them to do so so you end up stuck.

 

Doing customer service for a wolf it directed me to the Companions hall and of course there's no wolf inside or out, only assume it was never delivered.

Game crashes.

 

At the wolf party, when they say the REAL WOLFS come, the game crashes. It would help to know what these 'real wolfs' are.

First off, I must congratulate you on putting this mod together.  I imagine putting this together was incredibly complicated.  As complex as it is, 0.5b and 0.5c run pretty well.  I just did a play through on 0.5c, and these are the following things I'd like to point out.

 

- I also got stuck during a party because I selected the option to have a female join in.  The dialogue doesn't show up for the females at the party.  I fixed this on my end by loading a pre-party save and not selecting that option, so as to complete the party quest.

 

- During a party, the wolf likes to wander off away from the party room, to go back to it's room.  Horse and dog manage to stay put.

 

- During a party, the dog will appear black until the sex animation starts, then it's textures correct itself.

 

- A lot of the newer dialogue could use some proof-reading.  I would proof-read and correct it myself, but I'm not sure if you are planning on changing any of the existing dialogue.  I can gladly help with this if you'd like.

 

- There are some light sources inside the main part of the animal mansion that cause terrible shadow striping.  I have my ini's tweaked to get rid of most shadow striping, so the issue is def with the light sources.  Two ways to fix it:  Tweak the depth bias of the shadow casting light sources until it's fixed (too small a number causes shadow striping, too large and you get a lack of contact shadows.  The other way, and arguably easier, would be to change to a non-shadow casting light source.  I could also take a crack at this issue if you'd like as well.

 

 

Other than that, this recent update is awesome!  I'm looking forward to future updates, and would love to see giants, vampire lords, drauger, and falmer quests.  Also, you can never have enough gangbangs, lol.

Those are when the werewolves show up. All I can guess with a crash like that is something to do with FNIS and MoreNastyCreatures.

This. If you can work out a way to implement some of the other creatures into it, like monsters that'd be awesome. A reliable place to initiate with draugr, falmer, rykling, spriggin, and all those other animations included with creatures. Like a private dungeon party under the animal house.

 

At the moment its a pain, spot one in the wild, tell followers to fuck off, use matchmaker, and hope you get a 4p or 5p scene.

Hi everybody,  i would like to say Thank you @sky_mds for your really nice mod, which remind me of LoversBitch in oblivion.

 

your mod isn't flawless, but is well written, funny and also have a kind of nice concept.

thanks for everythings again :) . also, i had a little bug//incompatibility with another mod, called open cities.

 

when i did the dog seller task (the one in Windhelm, i think), i was forced to enter the city through an undergroud invisible door (the mod couldnt place the npc at the right place i suppose)

its by no mean a problem, it can easily be solved by the user using "tcl" command. just for you to know, maybe say in in first post, if you wish, but its not much important in my opinion.

 

i also had some others bugs, most where said in the comments, but maybe you could add//update bug section with all known bugs and their temp fixes. but i know it might be a bit hard, so do as you wish :P

Open cities is one of the most incompatible mod with many mods. I'm using "Expanded town and cities" mod, and never have any incompatibilities with other mods.
