Some of the very best innovations only come about when people are given the space and freedom to experiment. This is why I believe my assessment is more correct. He doesn't want what he asked for, since it's already being delivered (From FONV land, NX and the last dozen or so releases of NVSE and FOMM came from here as well). He wants what he wants. "Combat mods" and so on. If I'm doing what I want to do, my talent isn't being "wasted" no matter what some selfish wannabe high-school guidance counselor says. Oh for sure. I'm not saying it isn't dumb (and disrespectful actually) to come here and complain about the very things that makes LL such a fertile and fun place, because it definitely is.I was just trying to drive home the point that even if she/he doesn't appreciate it, it's these mods and the talent and brains behind them that very often lead to other big but more mainstream benefits. Be careful of what you wish for in other words.. Looking at this another way, folk in this community know absolutely tons more about the sort of stuff the STEP guys wouldn't go within a mile of in their guides, yet I know first hand that a fair few of their members and contributors come here to fill in the blanks. LL is where you come when you want to take an already fixed up and prettier Skyrim and elevate it to something adult rpg fans have always longed for and can feel some joy in playing. I know that's why I'm here.

Ok, not really but since few non-Japanese gaming companies dare to put serious effort into making smut, there's a much bigger demand hole (haw, haw!) there for modders to fill compared to non-porn stuff. Make more naughty mods, peeps!

I just said with the sheer talent, and people who actually give a fuck about this community, it would surpass the nexus 10 fold. I hate the nexus i want nothing to do with them they've banned me on 3 different accounts because I cussed assholes out for saying shit about my mod. On here? I get nothing but positive feedback, this is a way warmer community, its a shame the nexus isn't like this.

Period. And there's still plenty of non-sex-related stuff here as well, and that stuff tends to be heads and shoulders above the average files at Nexus and other places. Like the Dragonbreak mods from DDProductions (although I believe only the second one added new land to explore). You get cool, well-voiced followers after the first and another after the second episode. There is Salem, but I haven't played it myself. There's also a lot of cool stuff here for Oblivion and the Fallout games, much of it non-adult. Animations and scripts? Some of the best are here, even if some of them are kinda' naughty. Hell, the animation man, Fore, is a regular posting member here. And almost no animations work without his stuff.

Plenty of people here have a second username in the Steam Workshop or on The Nexus, to stay anonymous about their participation in the adult community, unfortunately and ironically because people are biased against their choice of modding. Chances are some of the talents from here may already have released a mod or two under a different alias also.

But what the hell do I know right. Pretty much this. The reason LL has a lot of adult content is that this is a safe place to upload it, so this is mostly where that content ends up. Half the stuff here woulden't last a day on the Nexus, nor would the author's Nexus account if they were to share it there. When people make more "vanilla" mods, they usually put them on the Nexus, since authors do generally want their work to get played, and the Nexus is the site that has to largest userbase. When authors make something a bit more naughty, it usually finds a home here.

No potential is being wasted, it's being expressed in a different manner than what other people are doing. Nothing's wrong with it. It's not all limited to the sex mods. But this site is focused on that, because most other sites completely block it out. I've actually seen some damn good WIP mods on here that aren't focused on sex, too. To tell you the truth, I've been more inspired to learn modding on this site than I ever have been on the Nexus.

I do not mind be treated as porn addict. After all, it's relative. This wonderful site offers people what other site neglected. I saw tenth sites with regular mods for combat, armour, NPC and similar. After a while, got boring. Got the same feeling as going in the shopping with my wife - makes me want to kill myself. Sex is a part of life and I don't see a reason why inhabitance of Skyrim wouldn't have sex too. If our criticizers enjoy in living in the ascetics life, that's theirs problem. Or they just may be jealous?! So, what other sites don't have, this site does have. I'm glad I discover it and it is the Top site for Skyrim gaming that offers all, with slight emphesize on sex. This place has the most talented modders out there and the things they create are truly amazing. Adult Modding is the creed of this site so complaining about the glut of adult mods here is rather silly in my opinion. I know you are trying to compliment the people here but your approach was rather odd and seemed aggressive.
