Think the speed for the bandits needs to go up a bit more I can still outrun them pretty easily. Maybe pitch so the pc needs to sprint to keep ahead

 

Yep. I think part of the problem is that the AI seems to kinda hesitate once they're getting close enough. Which leads to them slowing down and getting out of range again. I'll see if I can tweak that.

I think another tweak might be useful as well. At present once you're released the bandits just hang around so you can kill them easily and get your gold back, so maybe add one of the following to even the odds:

 

1/ Move bandits away some distance so more difficult to find (roving one)

2/ Move player to a safe spot some distance away

3/ Leave player bound with armbinder/binds and move bandits/player away

4/ Have a two or three hour delay (player unconscious) to allow bandits to dump player somewhere spend x% of player gold

5/ Bandits automatically spend x% of gold (random percentage)

 

I rather like a combination of 3 and 4 but not sure how practical it would be

Having a small problem with the mod, because of one of the Populated mods I'm using, I occasionally run into a single Bandit Explorer. This mod still seems to consider it a bandit, so it works fine for that, the problem is because there's only ONE, after the animations done, I'm stuck standing forever while I'm guessing the mod is trying to find other actors to use. Is there any way to kind of 'fast forward' to where they let you go so that I don't keep getting stuck and needing to reload?

You're using sexlab 1.50+ aren't you? See my reply to Slorm a couple of posts before yours.

 

I'll release an update fixing the issue once DD - Integration (which this mod is dependent on, and also isn't compatible with 1.50+) is updated.

 

Though if that isn't the case, do post your papyrus log of the event so I can see what the issue is ;)

New version, support for sexlab 1.50+:

  • Updated for SexLab 1.50+
  • Added 33% chance per key for the attackers to "accidentally" lose it when stealing
  • Attackers will now spend part of your gold immediately
  • Some misc tweaks

Obviously, the key and gold losing only happen if you've chosen the steal options in the settings. I felt it was a bit too easy to get your stuff back so now you'll lose part of it.

This mod is really buggy:

- Bondage gear enemies force on you after sex does not correspond to settings, for example, I disable "chastity bra" from the list of stuff enemies can force me to wear, but I still wear the chastity bra 100% after sex

- All enemies in the game stop attacking you altogether, even after sex, this is game breaking

- If there are more than 1 enemy nearby, one of them will force you into the sex anims, but most or all other enemies will also initiate sex anims, resulting in them humping air (no it's not a 3p anim)

This mod is really buggy:

For the first one, you misunderstand. The items listed are the ones that trigger the attacks when worn.

 

The other two I can't say I've seen at any point myself, and you are the first to report anything like them. So post your papyrus log of the event so I can actually see what went wrong, and fix anything that needs fixing.

 

Although the 2nd point sounds a bit like you're using an older version with SexLab 1.50+. Only 1.11a supports any SL after 1.50.

So is it possible to pick and choose what gets forced onto you after enemies have sex?

 

Yes, but if you're using any version other than 1.11a of Helpless with SL 1.54, it's going to break.

 

There is the random equip option in the settings, what it does is:

Attackers will equip you with random items from your own inventory, they aren't carrying plugs and belts around. Restrictive items (gags, blindfolds and armbinders) won't always get equipped even if you are carrying some in your inventory, instead they have a chance (which you can also change in the settings, default is 40%) to get equipped. Regardless of what you have set on the random equip, there is a small chance that you'll get an armbinder at the end, even if you aren't carrying one.

I'll try this and report back.

Though it's kind of awkward now that enemies rape you 100% when wearing bondage items, is it possible to maybe add an option to resist the rape, or maybe a 25% chance for any enemy to rape you? I like how it's possible that enemies will take turn raping, but with this mod active it's pretty much impossible to do any quests as I gotta wait through a few minutes of bandit sex each time I go anywhere near enemies lol.

I suggest turning on options "attacks only with no weapons equipped" and "Plug vibrations drop weapons". They won't attack you straight away, but if you are wearing some plugs, they might change their mind mid-combat ;)

 

Original idea was that they'd rape you while wearing an armbinder as you can't resist, but it got expanded to the other items, so the unarmed only is a good way to prevent constant harassment.

That is, follower support. They won't trigger any scenes, but if you happen to have some following you, they'll get taken advantage of as well.

Quick question though, thi mod is compatible with sexlab approach or attractions?

 

 

 

Haven't used either, but based on the descriptions I don't see why not. Those seem to have more to do with friendly NPCs, where as Helpless works with hostile ones.

Use SL1.54 there are problems with the animations with SL1.55 (it affects Defeat as well)

after i updated the mod the MCM-Menu vanished from the List and the Mod isn't working anymore.

any ideas for the reason? Or, even better fixes for this :)

Can't help much without your papyrus log, so if you encounter the issue again, post the log here and I'll take a look.

Try using the console command:

 

setstage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1

That should reload all the config menus. If it still doesn't appear, reinstall the mod, preferably with a clean save without it first. Also, post your papyrus log here as well.

I realized only recently that I'm listed in the credits! Here I don't even remember proposing the idea but I sure am glad you turned it into a mod, Srende! ^_^

 

After finally getting my Skyrim install up to date mod-wise on Saturday, I've been playing like crazy again and Deviously Helpless has been working flawlessly. I currently have it set so bandits rape when I just have my weapon sheathed, but I think I'm gonna switch it to 'no weapon' and turn on the possibility of dropping weapons when plugs go off. I <3 this mod.

Yeah, I can't say remember where it was either, just some off hand comment about bandits and armbinders. Glad you like it!
