Grimbold the unlovely Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 Out of curiosity, how difficult would it be to implement unique text feature for specific characters? Great question! (Great avatar too) Even if specific characters were impractical, it would be great to be able to recognize a race or class and draw on appropriate menus of messages
SmokeMage Posted August 19, 2015 Posted August 19, 2015 I don't have SlaveTats v1.0.5, with version 1.1.1, all wear & tear abuse textures have black color, which differs from pictures in this topic. I was trying to fix this, but with MO installed, I don't know how to transfer any psc file to pex file. Anyone can share an altered version of AproposActorAlias.pex for me?

I'm using Slavetats 1.1.1 and the textures appear fine for me.
circ Posted August 19, 2015 Posted August 19, 2015 That looks like maxed out daedric, but I'm not seeing the tears textures. Did you disable that somehow? As the tears for me look like clown paint under the eyes, it's that thick.
gooser Posted August 19, 2015 Author Posted August 19, 2015 I disable tears usually. I maxed out everything otherwise. All the tats where applied through Apropos, after maxing out the W&T stats, and waiting.

So color_slot in SlaveTats's script shouldn't left as default, because in #RRGGBB form, default 0 means black.

Also, as I understand the colors in the texture files are used without color manipulation, in the specific call I am making, which doesn't take a color param at all.

I think SlaveTat's ink setting have something to do with it. During my gameplay, this problem is much worse, perhaps because I use RealVision ENB? For me color #8F0000 works fine, but can't change it by myself.
gooser Posted August 19, 2015 Author Posted August 19, 2015 The author of the textures took those screenshots, not me. I suppose he applied them in Slavetats manually, and specified an ink color in MCM to give them the bright crimson you are after. I apply the textures with no ink color, so they look like the textures appear in an editor. The problem with applying all tatoos wtih a single ink color is that red probably won't appear right for the other sets (e.g. dirt), so I would have to allow individual ink color specifications in Apropos MCM.
musicman019 Posted August 19, 2015 Posted August 19, 2015 again since i didn't get a reply. how is the male on male stuff going?
gooser Posted August 19, 2015 Author Posted August 19, 2015 again since i didn't get a reply. how is the male on male stuff going? Musicman, MM will be implemented along with the rest of the mod when the underlying format is upgraded. I don't have dates for that, but it involves a pretty big change across the mod.

In murfk's topic, he said: You can control the color of the added tatto by passing a number representing that color as the fourth parameter of simple_add_tattoo. It defaults to 0, which means black. I assume other scripts he offered have the same default (black), which is confirmed in his MCM menu. Perhaps you could make a version which change the color of scars, cuts and after effects to 9109504(#8F0000), some people (like me) would be grateful.

When I integrated ST into Apropos, Murfk did not have any of the simple_* calls at all. I'm using the older API.
Punisher234 Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 I'm getting a weird problem where it doesn't say the name of the person in the descriptions. An example of this is: Instead of "(Ralof) Come sit on my cock, and we'll get this party started!" It's "() Come sit on my cock, and we'll get this party started!" Meanwhile, in the files it's "({ACTIVE}) Come sit on my {COCK}, and we'll get this party started!" Did I screw up something?
rixina09 Posted August 22, 2015 Posted August 22, 2015 I'm just wondering, is there anyway to get rid of the wear and tear effects in apropos other than letting it heal naturally? I remember in sexlab wear and tear, you can craft lubrication to lessen wear in tear.
Outlast1 Posted August 22, 2015 Posted August 22, 2015 Sorry this might be a stupid question in general but I dont seem to understand why I am having this problem. When I try to download the textures files from the download page it just wont here is what it tells me over and over again. I cant seem to download anything from this site over 5 mb. I am unsure what is causeing this cause i can download files from nexus that are 25-300 mb in size yet here anything above 5 mb is not happeneing i really wanted the textures files for this mod so any help would be great. Sorry, we couldn't find that![#10850.1] An internal error occurred. Please contact an administrator
binq007 Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 Glad to see you're still working on this mod! One of my favorite mods of all time. I love the fact that I can edit the lines if I want to. I assume this is still possible after the new format upgrade?
Grimbold the unlovely Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 I see that Sexlab 1.60 is now available (as of 22 August). Will Apropos work with it? I cannot imagine playing Skyrim without Apropos.

circ Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 Is there a way to get the visual indicators from W&T, without the stat debuffs? Assumably not, in which case, what do the debuffs cap at, not counting hardcore mode.
Rampage_Starfire Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Love this mod, my only complaint is the lack of support for Werewolves (Sexlab Werewolves). The console seems to indicate that Apropos recognizes the animations, so I presume it is because the writers haven't bothered to put anything in for them. I would suspect that Vampire Lords may have the same problem, but I don't know about them.

The Feature request thread will have a few, but most people use Decauk's fine option, from the 3rd post in that thread. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/28360-apropos-feature-request-and-descriptions-submission/?p=709705 You can write your own, especially if there are new animations you particularily like, or edit anything for wording or punctuation to taste.
