Groovtama, you obviously have your reasons in trying to improve not only the skeleton also the proper functioning of Skyrim in general, I only use mods ... I do not know how to create them.

Then, considering this mod, if I want to keep the swords and daggers in the back ... How do I do it?

Fire up RaceMenu by using showracemenu => Sword Style to 1 Sword Style Left to 1, Dagger Style to 1, Dagger Style Left to 1. Press R done.

 

 

Updated to 2.12 choose, Checkso XP skeleton, and bbp option at the end.

Now I get the darn dagger and quiver styles in Racemenu.

 

I'm not sure which skeleton you placed the style functions for the dagger, quivers, and swords on... but you might want to state that in the installer for which ever it is.

 

Hell maybe even call it "weapon location set by Styles" in the installer so people will know which one to choose.

 

XPMSE2.1 would need 876 skeletons for weapon varaints. That is to much of work! Use the ingame weapon variant feature of the XPMSE RaceMenu Plugin for it or do variants yourself, the needed nodes are still there.

 

Requirement (Need to be installed BEFORE):

Realistic Ragdolls and Force by dDefinder

Fores New Idles in Skyrim

For all feautres also:

SKSE 1.7.1

RaceMenu 2.9.6 for the XPMSE RaceMenu Plugin which includes Weapon Variants.

 

XPMSE RaceMenu Plugin Features:

- Many Scale\Position\Rotation Sliders

- Ingame Weapon Varaint switching, no more choosing at Installation time.

- Quiver Styles will have problems with bolt meshes this is a known problem I can't fix easily. The experimental BOLT using bolt quivers including can be used without that issue, but drawn bolts from the quiver will be invisible.

The very bottom one is what enabled Racemenu Weapon Styles for me

 

When I tried the other settings on that page in the NMM installer (FOMOD). I would only see Magic Styles and Shout Styles in game.

When the Quiver XP setting was chosen I would get the Sword, Dagger, Shield, Bow, and other styles

in game.

I did try an uninstall and a reinstall of 2.1, 2.12, and 2.13 and leaving that page in the installer at the default removed the weapon styles for me... why I don't know.

So I was asking if that is the page, and if the information on that page in the INSTALLER needs to be changed.

 

If I am wrong then, I apologize.

 

Oh and thanks for adding in the HDT P bones, between you and bla bla... Skyrim just keeps getting more and more interesting.

I use default and it works for me give me your papyrus log when rm doesn't show the sliders.

Groovtama, thanks!I did it and tested the skeleton in game and the results are as they should.Now i can enjoy my shords on back and daggers on back hip again using your v.2.13.

If you wanna save a few bytes on the skeletons

WeaponSwordLeft => WeaponSwordLeftDefault

Naming schema is always <OriginalName>+<Variant>

But it doesn't really matter How you name it to hide it^^

I'm trying to track down a game freeze, it seems that when I equip a staff the game freezes up. I'm wondering if its my skeleton

 

It only started happen recently after I upgraded to 2.13

 

Edit: Confirmed, switching to 2.06 fixed the problem

You could read that all the weapon variants are in the racemenu plugin now and can't be chosen at installation time.

So wait, is this staff problem I have because of back weapon variants being in racemenu now?? Well crap, I forgot having them on the back was not part of vanilla :P

It doesn't work through RaceMenu directly, will come when Expired updates RM to feature it one day. But you can use scripts to move the weapons, or the old fashioned way by editing the skeleton in nifskope all necessary nodes are still there.

Hi, I get the infamous crushed boobs bug when equipping TBBP armors such as the Dragonbone Barbarian Armor.  I've read many forum threads on this, but I think most of them are outdated, and I still can't find a solution.  Is this skeleton meant to fix this bug, or am I missing something?  Any help would be appreciated.

There certainly is a lack of updated information and I get the feeling that Groovtama is getting tired of it :P

 

The problem is that, the setup for HDT is not user friendly at all. It is straight forward for the most part but when using it in practice you get these issues and then you need to open up nifskope and then the HDT xmls just to fix it. What we need is all that already done and in a simple package. I bet that would eliminate most issues outside of users experimenting themselves with it.

 

I'm sure there is more work needed for this than what I'm seeing here though, I'm sure someone will come and tell me it's not that easy

I can't fix fucked up armor mods, because if I would fix them through the skeleton, older or other armours get fucked up, they need to be fixed like linked in the description.

Just wanted to stop by and say thanks for the Slider functions for the weapons.  Its nice to be able to simply go into racemenu and change the placement of the weapons AND be able to distinguish between left and right weapon placement.  

 

Thanks for the awesome sliders and great job on the skeleton.

I'm using your skeleton for a month now, and I want to say what an incredible job you've done with it. However, during my last update from v2.06 to v2.13 I noticed some problems. I don't know if anyone else mentioned this before, but the problems I have occurs with the male skeleton. The sidebars for the waist, calves, thighs and arms don't work, where they did work in v2.06.

 

I haven't tested all sliders yet, but if you want it, I'll let you know.

If you have MO look that nothing is overwriting this skeleton, if you don't have a Mod Organizer get it, if you have NMM, reinstall the skeleton and on overwrite, overwrite anything.

That didn't work either at first, but after reïnstalling the racemenu plugin, it worked fine. Thank you :)

 

I'll go stand in the corner and be ashamed of myself... :unsure:

Just kame up with a small problem with the installation with NMM.

If I choose both RACEMENU plugins NMM does not install the mod. :-S

The Skeleton Rig (BBP) is for BBP bodies right?
