While I'm waiting for a reply, I suppose I'll try reinstalling Actor Events and Chaurus to see if that helps... I hope that it doesn't just cause more damage.

Run something like save game script cleaner or PDTWrapper on the savegame after you've uninstalled...well, anything with scripts.  Sometimes scripts get started that don't stop so there's probably some leftover scripts running (you'd think uninstalling a mod would...uninstall it...but no, because Skyrim)

 

 

I D/L-ed Save Game Script Cleaner, and I'll re-uninstall those mods and try running it to see if it helps.

 

In the meantime...

 

I reinstalled those mods to see what would happen.  The very first time anything happened, the "mistress" initiated a sex scene.  And, instead of the usual message that displays in the upper left hand corner of the screen, I, again, received that message about nothing pleasing her more than hearing my 'toon scream.  Then, of course, I CTD-ed, again.

 

I thought that I might have stumbled upon the secret of the "I like to hear you scream" quote, so I turned on the Papyrus, again, expecting it to pop right up when I restarted the game.  But, as you can see, it didn't.  Nevertheless, as long as the log is there, I thought that someone might be able to point out what else  might be causing trouble.  I seemed to go a relatively long time before CTD-ing... at least, by my usual standard inside Mistwatch.  It seems that that "I like to hear you scream" event is a real game killer for me; the rest of the time, it's hit-or-miss whether or not I CTD or freeze.

2044 : my pc gets an iron collar from an Encounter with master which is not listed in the inventory and connot be taken away. recycleactor doesnt help. i Need a strong Hand to guide me  dalogue is up because of this. i had this on followers before.

inventory of character stays at character and does not go to master or dreamworld box. inventory of follower goes to master and not to dreamworld box.

and what Kind of joke is this : when you want to deinstall SD you are teleported to dfreamworld, text says wait 2 hours, waiting menu sais you cant wait at this place.

Question, should i wait for the next update or is it save to update to the upcoming version?

 

 

i ask, because its been 3-4 month ago since i deinstalled Skyrim, because i had other games and there was a nasty bug that didnt go away even if deinstalled this mod ( was a different version not requiring death alternativ) and made a new game, i was Immortal and didnt die and tested at that time Alternative Death which didnt work because of that. And now since 2 weeks im playing again.

I am working on fixing most of the issues you are describing here.. But hey, that's only my free time on nights and weekends I am talking about. For a sex extension. To a video game....

Just out of curiosity, everytime after my character recieved the whipping scene and is wearing an armbinder, she is still wearing the armbinder but her arms are out and hands are missing (even though there is no armbinder in my inventory). Is this also something on your radar or is this simply a problem on my end? (it only happens after the whipping scene in this mod, never encountered it anywhere else).

Armbinders animations and items still displayed after being removed are greatly improved in the next version.

 

I can't tell it is fixed until more people test it (it is working for me but that has not been a proof that things are fixed before).

 

Player Inventory is handled differently in the next version and will appear in the master inventory when the master is dead.

 

Inventory of followers never went to Dreamworld and will remain on the master in the next version.

 

Uninstall is also improved in the next version. Teleport to dreamworld happens if some other mods slaps a DeferredKill status on the player. You should be glad that happens - otherwise you would just die and unable to uninstall the mod at all.

 

If you are teleported to dreamworld on uninstall in the next version, type 'coc riverwood' in the console and wait two hours once you are there. Then uninstall the mod and use a save game cleaner to finish the job.

 

That was tested successfully by several people.

as long as the master must be killed to get the items of the pc or the follower back, the mod is unplayable.

very often the master is a random spawn, like thalmor, assassin  etc, and run away is nearly always the only solution to end the slavery. when you come back the master has vanished and with him all the items. no way to play that.

Thanks for the fast reply, i appreciate your work and that you take your freetime to make such a complex mod.

And i hope that those little questions or even big complains dont get right to your feelings for modding,

 

im maybe not the only one that lost some good Modders because they pay to much attention what other say like, Wars in skyrim! by alexandrox ( still have a stable version of him even if its old still working :blush:  )

 

no need to rush yourself, true fans of a community can wait forever :)

You could always complete the slavery and get your stuff back that way.

I am aware of that possibility and I added a safety to the new system - when you are enslaved, items go to dreamworld by default. If your master is killed and the player is nearby, items are returned to the master's inventory. If the player is too far when the master is killed, items are left in dreamworld storage.

 

I still need to find a good way to handle transfer of items when there is a transfer of ownership between masters after your first master is killed.

I have been looking at changes from SD Patches and I tried to import as many changes as possible,

 

For changes I could not import into SD proper (or changes I didn't want to import because of a difference in vision of what SD should do), I tried to add better ways to make these changes possible without having to edit SD's own scripts.

 

SD Patches is what the name say - a series of patches... meaning they edit SD's own scripts.

 

Since these scripts have changed a lot in the next version, that means two things.

 

1- You will have to uninstall SD Patches and clean up scripts starting with _sd in your scripts folder BEFORE installing the next version of SD

 

2- Changes from SD patches will have to be re-written into a separate mod to prevent from having to rewrite them again with each upgrade.

 

The reason Inte went for a patch instead of a separate add-on is that SD didn't allow much interaction from other mods. That will change with the next version.

 

(I colored the text of this answer to attract everybody's attention to the fact that SD patches have to be cleaned up before upgrading to the next version).

I just wanted to follow up, since people were so helpful in giving me the suggestions....

 

Running the Save Game Script Cleaner is supposed to do such a good job that, when you start your cleaned-up game, you don't even receive the alert that some items may no longer be present.  Such was not the case for me.  I didn't expect it to be.

 

The video review showed a dashboard for, apparently, an earlier version.  That version required you to manually delete scripts that are, apparently, cleaned automatically by the current iteration.  But, that version also had some controls that appear to have been removed from this simplified dashboard, so, I wasn't able to clean up everything that the reviewer was able to clean.

 

I was also able to see that, even after cleaning, Estrus Chaurus-related scripts remained.  When I checked a "mod editor" tab, it considered Estrus Chaurus to be an active mod, even though I had deactivated and deleted it in NMM and created a new, bashed patch.  I used the "mod editor" to delete everything I could of Estrus Chaurus; and, the next time I had a crash, I ran the Save Game Script Cleaner, again.  That time, it found far fewer things to delete, and I had no further crashes inside Mistwatch-- although, I wasn't actually in there much longer, so, it's hard to say that it was much of a torture test.

 

I really only needed to get through the rest of the Mistwatch progression to be free and clear; but, without all of this work, that probably would have been impossible.  Now, I'm past it, the bandits therein are willing to go off as companions with me, and I'm never crashing with sex scenes.  But, that's actually no different from before, apart from what I was experiencing inside Mistwatch.

 

 

 

One thing I'd like to ask, if it isn't too big a spoiler or anything: for the "Payback's a Bitch" part of the quest, am I supposed to have a quest marker on my map, was I supposed to find some kind of map or log inside Mistwatch, or was the "mistress" or the bandit queen of Mistwatch supposed to drop me an hint as to where I'm supposed to start looking?  Because, I literally have NO IDEA what I'm supposed to do to make any progress finding the bandits who attacked me.

If there is no map markers a couple of days after you have been sold to a new master in Mistwatch, that probably means your bandits settled somewhere in Solstheim (or other regions if you have that kind of mods..). 

 

The selection of a new place for them bandits is based on keywords... it is difficult to restrict that kind of selection to Skyrim proper so sometimes it ends up in another region added by a mod.

 

The same applies to the end location of the Spriggan quest.

One reason I keep playing this mod is that I don't really understand its mechanics, so, trying to figure out the puzzle while I'm playing adds interest to the game.

 

I doubt that this is possible at present, because it would require tinkering with other people's mods, and probably requires developing new mods that don't exist, yet.  But, as I was listening to Sanguine give his speech about how the player's 'toon will discover how she reacts to giving pleasure to other people at the expense of pain to herself, it occurred to me that it would be appropriate if, the more times she received a physical punishment, the more she would have her arousal status raised by receiving such punishments.  And, Idk if those punishments have rankings, but, if so, the higher her... Idk... "masochism ranking" grew, the more radical the punishment would have to be to appreciably move the meter.  When she said, "Please," she could be asking for "more..." if the punishments are broken down into categories.  And, unlike the the usual arousal resulting in frustration, at higher levels, maybe she'd actually get off on it.

 

But, hey, that's just something that came into my head while I was playing... I'm not claiming that it's a good idea, since I don't even understand how the mod works, now; and much of this is probably impractical from a programming standpoint-- although, I really have no idea.

That why I added SexLab aroused as a requirement.

 

I haven't had time to develop that side very much, but I will revisit it once this new update is done.

I wanted to ask-- does this mod ever cause your 'toon to go around with a worried expression on her face long after she leaves Sanguine's Realm?  I'm starting to suspect that there's something wrong....

It is a possibility although I didn't track down where exactly that expression is coming from.

So, I've given SD+ after ages. Installed as per instructions and started with a clean save. And then, weirdness ensued xD All attacks immediately result in a 'you are pinned to the ground' message, even though I barely lost any health (not using any mods that affect combat). After that the enslavement happens without any of the bindings or kneeling animations (Pretty sure that something is wrong with all non-sexlab animations, which do play correctly). Anyone any ideas what I did wrong/what I need to do to fix it?

 

I got that too, no idea how to fix it.

rephrase those issues

"you are pinned to the ground" message i've never seen so unless somebody has that message and the game works for them it sounds like a mod conflict

, the end result is something i've seen happen before from a different mod with out any known fix, the current save is screwed

if its a clean save, check the pre-requisites section and check they're up-to-date, but don't use daymoyl 6 yet, its untested and may hold the issue

 

 

 

Woops, well, there we go o.o Looks like I indeed have daymoyl 6 installed. That must be it. Im going to downgrade as soon as possible, that should probably fix the issue. Thank you very much for the help ^^

I saw people talking about adding Slave Tats to this mod, so, I decided to see what that mod was currently like and if it would cause me any problems. 

 

As I suspected, it turned my game back into a desktop kamikaze.  I remembered reading, months back, when I was first examining all of the various dependencies for the numerous mods I download here, that there was likely a conflict between Slave Tats (which I tried a few versions, ago) and one or more other mods/their dependencies that I considered more important.  It isn't fresh in my mind, anymore, so I can only recall noting back then that there was an high likelihood of a compatibility problem between Slave Tats and the rest of the mods I intended on installing. 

 

I merely wish to point out that Slave Tats-- probably like most mods-- can't simply be added without any consequences, at all.
