hello

I have an issue with the Moderate Punishment scene,

my character get into the cage, pass the night and Herran come back, get me out, remove the heavy yoke and... that it, Herran walk away and my character is still locked in place.

My character doesnt get its equipment back either.

 

I tried to wait, nothing

tried to unlock my character movement using the MCM menu, and go talk to Herran or the master, nothing

 

what is supposed happening after Herran remove the yoke ?

I think I have encountered a bug. 

 

I have reached the quest as part of slavery where I have to go pick up a package at the lighhouse.

I get there, pick up a package and head back when I am caught by the hunter who want it. I then refuse and decide to fight (since master obviously will not be happy with me just handing it over) and get jailed in solitude. All seems to work fine, I go where instructed at 11 pm, then head inside the secret entrance as told, but when I go to kill the 4 guards, things get wierd.

 

If I sheath my weapons they do not seem to consider me an enemy and stop fighting, and only fight back when I start hitting them again. After the 4 are dead, the slave just keeps sleeping and the only dialogue choice I got are "follow me" and "wait here". But no matter which of the ones I choose she just goes back to sleep.

 

Any idea how I can figure out what is causing this?

1- the issue with the guards AI is Skyrim's AI is stupid at times. I set it so that you are their enemy and even set them to attack you but apparently they get lazy at times.

 

2- Did you bind her with the items in the bag at the bottom of the bed? It should be an activator and rebind her and set her AI to follow your orders properly.

 

Don't forget to get the key on the night stand by the bed.

 

 

Okay, apparently the bag is invisible to me, but I could still use it. 

 

But once I got back to the master and the scene in the dungeon is over, the screen fades to black and then goes back to normal, but we are all still in the dungeon and I am stuck.

 

With regards to problem like the bag being invisible, is there anyway I can check if a file or something is missing or what is causing the problem?

For some reason, the dialogue to have your Protector Plus belt removed without entering a slave/master relationship with your spouse (Spouse Chaste Life quest turned off) is incorrectly added to Master, and unavailable to your spouse, who also gets a broken dialogue option because the conditions fail due to the quest being inactive.

I tried adding her to the married faction to see if the dialogue would appear, and surely enough, it does.

EDIT: Infact, just about every dialogue option seems to break with Chaste Life active, and Spouse Chaste Life inactive.

Your spouse gets a topic which leads to nothing because conditions fail, as mentioned before, and telling Master you're married causes every topic relating to Chaste Life, besides "About this belt" and changing your finish with Master to dissapear, leaving you stuck in your belt indefinitely.

EDIT2: Actually, loading from a new save, I noticed Spouse Chaste Life gets enabled alongside Chaste Life, but can still be disabled after it enables itself, which begs the question, are you even able to have your belt removed without entering a slave/master relationship with your spouse?

 

If you are using Chaste Life and don't have Chaste Spouse enabled when you are married you can take your new spouse to see Master and have the belt removed. If you decide that you want to use Chaste Spouse later you still can, just enable it and speak to your spouse about it.

 

Looks like the next version of DD will require a clean save, hope everyone is ready to do the same with every DD mod or start a new game entirely.

Yeah I was considering on updating to the beta untill I read that in the beta thread. Even though I use Mod Organizer, it would still be a pain. It will be helll on people that install stuff manually. I think I'll end up just creating a new profile/character in MO.

 

Does Captured Dreams have any known benefits/issues with the current DD betas ?

 

 

Any items with new Device Type Keywords (this includes the bondage mittens in the current release) will not be detected or removed by the Device Removal quest. Confiscation will not equip the items though it may remove any unused items, not sure.

 

I am abandoning DD's tag system for getting random generic devices and going to an array setup of predetermined items, none of the new DD items (including those from v3) will be used in it.

Hi Veladarius, re the problem with customerassist02, second session not kicking in. This was covered on page 870 between yourself and Sladen2019. You suggested a number of console settings. I changed those settings myself including the stop/startscene settings with Miss Delius but none of them helped to start the session.

 

Under sqv cdxcustomerassist02_main I found 'finishscenes 1'. I changed that to 0 and the session kicked in.

 

At first when I entered the VIP house Delius was on the second floor just standing there. When I clicked talk she had two options for a response both of which were: ...  I knew from before those didn't lead anywhere so I just cancelled. She then moved down to the first floor, I followed her down and got the forcegreet that started the session.

 

There are a few other settings in console that are suspect, like 'scenariotouse 1' and 'numbervisitors 1'. Not sure if they should be zeroed.

 

After the second session played through I waited two ingame days for things to settle, then I checked the settings again in console. They were back to their original state and have to be changed again. I guess the problem is that they are not being reset properly.

What happens next depends on the punishment to be done. Use   sqv  CDxPunishmentSet01  in the console and look up   punishmentrunning   and let me know what it is as I may be able to tell you what you can do to get it to start again.

The bag, as I remember, is either a standard sack or satchel, both are standard Skyrim items.

 

As for the issue in the dungeon just use the wait command and wait an hour. It is an issue with Master's AI not ending properly.

Most of the variables are set before you even get asked about the job, they are set when the customer arrives in the shop and can be set days ahead of you actually being asked about taking it.

 

Finishscenes refers to the opening with the maid and the admin 0- opening scenes are running, 1- they are ending.

ScenarioToUse and NumberVisitors are set when the customer arrives and do not need reset between quests as they are set at the start.

 

I will see if I can find anything else tomorrow.

Video 1 - the maintenance dialogue is missing some conditions, basically all it looks for is if you are in an interior and the person you are speaking with is your spouse. I will need to add conditions on this to check that Chaste Life and/or Chaste Spouse is actively running (not just enabled).

 

Video 2 - The dialogue where it goes to "This is the pass phrase for this particular set" is the issue and the dialogue saying to bring your spouse there is being sent there in error. That dialogue sets a variable which ends up disabling the dialogue to remove the belt as at that point it believes you have done so. Do the following: setpqv cdxchastespouse removebelt 1   and it should enable the dialogue again.

so when i did the first delivery quest when the master puts stuff on you a had a "lookup failed" error and after that getting quests would say that in the quest description and ive never got that before

How do you voluntarily submit to master to become a 'relationship slave'? I know your rank with master has to be 4pts or more to be eligible but are you given the choice by the master at some point?

 

My player stats are: dominant: 20, debt: 0, delivery success value: 6 out of 6

Her check is somewhat random and not done all the time. As for your Rank for with Master for Relationship Slave the closer to 20 the better.

Edit: just found info for the fact that you can't become a 'relationship slave" if you are running 'chaste spouse'. Over 800 posts in the thread and days spent trying to figure out why 'relationship slave' is not working. Might be good to include a sentence to that effect on the main page.

Use sqv cdxpunishment01 and get the ID for the Assistant position (likely Herran)

Use PRID <ID>  then   Moveto Player

Then use   startscene xx241b6d  and it should take you to the pillory for the punishment itself. You should be retrieved by about 8pm and brought back into the shop.

Hey guys, not sure if this is an issue. However, it's bothering me a little not knowing. I seem to recall when playing this mod back when it was in the version 3 stage, that when your debt got high, then the Master would require you to wear more than just the chastity belt. Eventually, you would end up wearing a set with chastity bra, collar, and leg and arm cuffs. Is this still a thing? I was curious and worked my debt up to about 150,000 gold, and nothing happened. Just the warning that my debt was getting high, and she might have to take other actions soon. A warning that she hasn't come through on. Any tips?

the scene reset just before herran open the cage and remove the yoke (though presently the yoke has already been removed), then he say "I think I like you better that way", and then walk away, and nothing happen.

If nothing with CDx shows up then there was no error from a script. The issue is that the scene does not link to the next part, it is missing.

 

Make sure when you start the scene that your controls are disabled or it will not run.

Do the following:

set  CDxDevArraySet to 0

save the game, quit and reload it.

It is set to check that the array is set up on loading, if the value is 1 then it has loaded it and setting it to 0 will make it automatically reset the array.

The quest controlling debt was one that was redone and it may not be detecting it correctly.

I'm running chaste spouse and my player is a sub. Spouse wants my PC to get on a piece of furniture. Game takes over, the PC goes around in circles, bumps into walls, ends up twitching somewhere. Go into MCM, click enable player control, go to furniture, position PC, back to MCM, click enable game control. The player ends up being bound half on half off the furniture. Hardly immersive.

 

Why not just let the player keep control, walk over and just click on the furniture.
