I don't know what caused Herran to join the Imperial/Stormcloak murder party, but he drew sword and ran off. And since it was the stormcloaks who walked away...?

 

The VoSEs show up at random, it isn't anything to do with CDS, just an fyi that, since they are there to kill the player, Herran will run off but the Vigil won't/didn't actually do anything.

 

And here I thought that you just wanted to torture my char some more by making it rain all over her all the time.  :P

 

You kidding? If I was doing that and you were a vampire it would be sunny all the time. I have gotten stuck in the wilderness cage as a vampire until dark many times because I couldn't get the armbinder off.

I have noticed that Herran occasionally pulls out his axe during a whipping session.

 

That usually happens if something interrupts the scene, usually a creature or something nearby. The scene has scripts that tell him to specifically pull the cane but the normal combat behavior sometimes will override it. That is the reason I set the punishments to do no damage to the player.

Hi Vel! Many of us are expecting with joy the new update of this mod, quickly (and without destroying the hype), what new is coming for us on the next release.

Testing is going well, lots of new items to inflict on the player and a number of ways to put the player in them. I am writing the final scene to go into this release, nothing very complex so it should not be too difficult. There are a few things in this to fill a few gaps such as removing gags, blindfolds and armbinders, how to raise how much they like you when it gets too low to do any quests and getting the smith to release you again once you run out of chances.

4. Power attacks when whipping are trying to knock me off of stone ridge in front of the shop. Didn't notice a problem during the midday punishment, but the night/evening punishment is really a problem.  Also, maybe reset the player's location during the fade out rather than just before the whipping starts?

 

 

Is it possible to enchant their whips to give them penalty to stamina and stamina regeneration? No stamina - no power attacks - no knocking player around.

 

Or basicly make him wear ring for example with such enchant. As long as it wont be needed for him to fight something it wont be a problem.

I think they are from the ZAZ animations, not sure. I am trying to figure out how it is triggered to appear.

 

They are part of the weapon data so it should do it, I will check into it a bit more.

I will take a look at the settings and see if I can disable the power attacks somehow for either the scene or the weapon.

 

 

5. Since the cage is considered a solid object the camera can't move back far enough. - simply increase the size of the cell. it's not hard, is it?

 

I can increase the cage size some.

I think the reason it doesn't do it is because the scene is set to do no damage to the player. I will see if I can ensure that Herran is using the whip and enable the damage, the whip does rather minimal damage.

Might that cause problems with the various overhaul mods? Like SkyRe inflicting bleed damage on you every time you're hit?

It may. I will take a look at Prison Overhaul and see how it handles the whipping scenes there.

The problem is that the base of this mod (DD - Integration) still lacks proper support for the newest version of SexLab. So until that is fixed none of the DD mods will be compatible.

I have not updated to the new version of SexLab as of yet, probably won't until Integration is updated or Min has checked that the new version of SexLab gets along with Integration. I use very little of SexLab specifically in Captured Dreams, mostly just the command to strip the player. I don't use any of the effects from ZAZ either but I do use the animations quite a bit.

No hurry though, waiting on around half a dozen mods to be upgraded/bugfixed before upgrading SL

Brand new to the Mod, personally have been toying with various works such as Prison Overhaul, SD ect, being primarily a bondage chappy, it was Submit + DD that got me started on these Chasity find-the-key marathons. The promise of hog tie escape sold it and I believe its safe to say I can't imagination Skyrim without them now: A full and through convert. 

 

Installed with latest of everything and a clean fresh start utilising skyrim unbound. 

 

A little back story, Mod shops isn't something I try early, seen some magnificent affairs version double figure's but where kink is concerned stuff like S3 put me off bothering with them, A bias I admit, and a mistaken one. I added Captured Dreams as an afterthought "Oh what the hell- might be handy, if its too messy or sticks out like a sore thumb I can always kill it"  I quietly got on with the business of earning honey side and promptly forgot all about it. A courier brought it to my attention. which was a wonderful bit of polish so I made the trek. I poked around, non committal and took on a delivery job, as an excuse to get out an about, chop some wolves for leather, kink wasn't even on my mind at that point. So yeah you know what happens next. Belt was a surprise. The being knocked out in combat and left in the few unstolen goods was a surprise. The no fast travel for a very fraught journey. All  done well and without the least mercy. Getting whipped I saw coming, "Yeah yeah, we whip and release" being locked in a cage all night, being buzzed was the bigged one: not many mods have the balls to seriously attempt to lock and block you. In short Masterfully done, pun intended, and all the better for me not seeing any of this coming.

 

Everything seems to working as intended any points I would make are minor and of course only made in the hope of being helpful. 

 

1) In 5 or 6 deliveries I haven't once seen Harren release me from cage in the wilderness. I've tried being buzzed all night long right through to the next night. Being the patient guy I am. I've tried sleeping and I've tried waiting. I've tried follower and no follower. Can some kind soul tell me what time this happens so I know when my cut off point is for further tests. Escape isn't a big issue after all. Although something like a penalty to escape struggle based on Sexlab Arousal level might be a fun tweak, longer your there harder the escape I'll bring it up an integration

 

2) Whip punting as I will never stop calling it: Whip impacts sliding bounds with each successive blow. Its something we've all learned to live with at least those of us with Prison overhaul. Just remarking and definitely not the first to I'm sure that  Xaz has solved this one. Once nutcase switched to his mace- anyone else seen that?

 

3) No specific dialogue/awareness polish. This is trivial at this point and will be until creator says "Hey its finished" But for such a mechanically sound product, Zero acknowledgement that you escaped the cage and bindings. Be it strolling in the store the next day or Herran treking through the woods to find an empty cage and a wasted journey. I'm sure if I were them professional pride would sting a little. Will such "achievements" ever be remarked on or perhaps rewarded/punished? As things stand its a bit of an immersion faultline. In most other mods this wouldn't be remarked upon. But the fact Captured dreams raises the bar with persistence it seems fair to dwell on this.

 

3) Cont, same vein as above. Master when refusing to offer you a job by dint of wearing restraints and belts and so on- There's currently blaming bandits and confessing it was your own work. Given the amount of times she's prepared to leave you in a belt her self it seems prudent at some point that the dialogue remarks upon this, perhaps promissing to let you out after weeks work or something really hardcore. Another issue is Master first ungags to hear your report, this sets up a false expectation as turning up, similarly gagged restrained- Say bandits beat you and apply DD with summit on retrial mission. well you can wonder back to her with the possibility that she' will at least hear you out. All that happens currently is comments about how good it is your gagged. I would argue as long as your in commission to her for a job that what happens with the scripted bandit attack should happen in all cases, but that's probably mechanically difficult or impossible. 

 

4) Scene transition- as one of the relativly few mods that will leave or attempt to leave you in bonds long term transitions seem to race to the whipping. A fast forward option is great, some people can't sit still after all. We all get our joys in different ways. And it must make for easier testing. But Currently from scene to scene is nearly 10 seconds. If format is unchangeable to be real time sped up to 120. Like other mods of the same viewn, perhaps camera could linger for a full minute before scene darkens and moves on? Allow for some savouring of predicament.  

 

Woah, ok looks big, but yes trivial polish musings and a one mechanical issue that is allready known. Very humbly submitted and in no way a wish list. Merely musing on the future of the Mod. Immensely immensely impressed. In time this mod could become the bed for a lot of quests.

What does "You currently owe 24000 gold in releasse fees" means?

 

yeah, with all the gold sinks I've added to the game that number is a bit sobering :)
