Greer Posted January 10, 2015 Posted January 10, 2015 I seem to have a problem...I am on the second quest, at thalmor embassy,everything's okay up until the last night, Elewin does the thing,and instead of going to bed she just roams around the room.Nothing happens. What do I do? I'm really confused, and nothing I try to do fixes this. Please help me D:

To clarify, I have A piercing item, and I have one attached to my character permanently that is unequippable via any means it seems. I tried everything I could via console, it's on my character and it's not in my inventory.I can't equip the item that is in my inventory as it gets deequipped as soon as I leave inventory.:EDIT:Nevermind!After selling all of the items that were left on me(harness,plugs,spare piercing,gag), it has showed up!

I tried reloading about 5 times and it keeps happening. I have done the second quest before on this computer, but since then I have done a clean install of Skyrim and only have around half of the mods I had before. Any ideas of what could be happening?

I think the magic effect has stuck with you, some others have seen it as well. WaterRabbit Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 You have done a great job expanding the mod. I would like to chime in on the Embassy quest as well. It seems too early to introduce a quest like this when the character is just basically a mercenary. It seems to me, a character with non-submissive tendencies should just be sent to deliver a slave to the Embassy. It could even hook in with having the slave die at the party and the character has to escort Ailus back as a replacement. The punishment the character has for misbehaving at the party would logically just get The Master killed at a later date by the character once she gets freed. Frankly maybe even before that since it is implied the master has a device on her which she can control the character. Also, the whole quest is just one big long cut-scene with almost no character interaction. There a also lots of alignment problems the the ZaZ furniture. It also looks like you could set up a subsequent quest with Ailus attempting to get revenge on the character since she cannot directly go after Elenwen. I find it depends on how the quest came about. It fits in well enough if you've done (and most likely failed) some delivery quests as even though you might be annoyed (playing the non submissive) at the devices, you're still in debt and probably plugged and in chasity for a while. Also already had a punishment. So not that much a free merk. But if you haven't, and just done the Falk delivery and then the Embassy, it does seem quite the jump. But you still get the non sub way to play it in the dialogs. Not sure what the CD expansion 'quest' triggers are as opposed to the delivery ones are, could make them dependant. But then you're also making the game more linear. After the delivery quests and what you have to deal with there, either path in the embassy is pretty much expected. Or if not, it's WTF you keep coming back taking these jobs for heh?? You can be taking the jobs and not liking the punishment (non sub), but shouldn't make you want to kill as it was a known 'cost'. Mostly I have two issues with this quest: 1) It doesn't seem to fit with the idea of "The Master" getting the PC to voluntarily submit. It also breaks with the idea of her not being a slaver -- as that is exactly what she does to the PC. The way the Master has been presented outside this quest is she is trying to seduce the PC to submit to her. 2) It breaks the logic of the quest Diplomatic Immunity. If this is done before the DI quest, then Elenwen should recognize the PC and thus break the disguise. If done after the DI quest, then Elenwnen would not allow the PC to be returned to the Master (no matter how powerful or connected she may be).

With 3.8 it is taking so long to equip gear the plugs always fall out before the belt is equipped, I did not have this problem with 3.7, but I also upgraded DD, DDi, DDx and SLA to SLAR at the same time. So I have no idea what is causing the problem. Check your papyrus log for errors, especially ones that repeat over and over. These errors slow down Integration and may be causing other issues you have not noticed. There were some changes to the scripts that equip / unequip items and it did slow things slightly (not nearly enough to cause the issue you are having) but it will let it identify pretty much any item now. Sorry for how long it took for me to respond, got distracted by the holidays. No repeating errors that I can see. There are some errors when starting up, but from what I understand that is from mods looking for other mods. Other then that there are two error sets. (Waiting at the shop itself takes a lot longer, maybe because the shop is in the middle of upgrading?) Enter shop, wait till people get into position. Get delivery job, say yes to the dress, er belt. Worked this time, but instead of belt I got a harness w/ The Punisher and Fighters. Exit the shop looking over the log, no HDT errors this time, odd... Enter ship, wait till people finish getting in to positon, takes quite a while, they have gotten jammed up on the stairs. Request delivery job, accept belt. Everything is equipped fine, but it is an open belt so only 3 pieces again, belt, collar and The Exciter. So apparently whatever is getting in the way only causes problems on 4 piece equip jobs. Bleh, this is going to be a pain. Only one HDT error this time, but only one of the slaves was wearing pony boots (red in this case). I will have to try some boots on myself to see if they give the same error? Edited to Add: Loaded from before entering the shop. One HDT error, one person wearing pony boots, bought two pair of boots (for myself and follower), exited wore boots, two more HDT errors. Going to try reinstalling HDT High Heel system. Papyrus.1 - Post HDT heels reinstall. HDT related errors seem gone . Master keeps handing out harnesses or open belts . So decided to do the whole delivery with the set up she gave me, in case any other quest related problems showed. The quest seemed to finish fine to me, even though there are a couple more CDx errors in the log. Would it be improper to grab Master, slam her against the wall and shout "bind me properly!" at her? Leo77 Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 I can't complete the Elenwen quest, after i get into the embassy, elenwen recieves me and tells the guard to chain me down, he just takes my stuff, screen fades out, right back in and nothing happens. The guard stands there like an idiot and i can't move. I tried looking through this thread, but can't seem to find a solution. Help please? Papyrus.0.log

But I love your mod~ I've been running version 3.8 and I came to see if there was an update, and saw theres a patch for 3.81. So I dont know if the issue is fixed already but when I checked the changelog it didnt mention it. Now I admit I added items with console commands so they might not be ready yet... anyway I was really excited to try out the new chastity piercings, especially the one that had the bell. Any chance on a jingling sound for that btw? Anyway I saw that the lock is supposed to be removed with a chastity key, and the piercings removed with the piercing tool. However the bell piercings didn't work, I don't know if the others did since that was the only one I was interested in. So I tried the key and it didnt unlock anything, For more specific information about the problem I encountered the chastity piercing itself IS removable, just the lock isnt. When I try to unlock it with a chastity key it displays this really long, really tiny and really hard to read message. I actually had to screen shot it and zoom in to be able to read it. It says "The lock on the chastity piercing lock with bell is jammed with a piece of a broken key blocking any attempts to use another key to open it." Which, is odd considering the chance to jam is set to 0. Even odder considering that even when I loaded up to a save without it and tried putting a brand new one on and immediately unlocking it so I knew for sure there wasnt a broken key in it, it seems to automatically come fully stocked with said broken key as a part of the lock. I figure that its probably an error since there was information saying you just had to use a chastity key followed by a piercing removal tool to fully remove it. However the option in Cursed Loot removed it just fine. But, then again since I got ahold of it in the console menu for all I know its not supposed to be available just yet. I also dont know if this has already been reported, since I admit that seeing almost 400 pages on this topic made me hesitant to read back. But, I wanted to make sure it got reported since I really like the idea of a jingly piercing. Maybe we could get nipple bells too~ Oh, and one last little admitance. I havent actually figured out how to start the quest yet but Im always starting new characters after testing stuff so maybe I havent got far enough. But I couldnt help but notice the set named "Erani's so and so." So since I cant help but to try new shinies I went to try them on as well. Feeling my curiosity sated I used the device removal ring, which removed everything except the collar and cuffs. I tried keys on them, and lockpicking, and destruction, and brute force but was told time and time again only the ring could remove it... which it didnt Not sure if thats by design or not, since as I said I didnt exactly acquire them legitly and didnt do the quest and what not I assume is associated with this mysterious Erani. But I thought it was odd that the description of the items say to use the ring to remove them, and the ring doesnt. *shrug* nothing a quick load couldnt fix, I always save before doing anything sneaky like that anyway, but the option in cursed loot seemed to remove these as well. Oh, and one other last thing for reals~ it seems the information about the little devil and little helper plugs on the front page is out of date/incorrect, mainly in consideration of the little devils... since I was most interested in finding out what all they did. For instance, the Tormentor on the first page simply lists it as an electrostim effect but its in game description and the catalogue both say it does random things. the Finisher and Teaser arent even listed, neither on the page or on the catalogue. The in game descriptions are listed as "vaginal plug capable of creating a great amount of stimulation" and "anal plug that vibrates from time to time", guessing theyre both new is all. Oh... and the exciter is listed on the page but it isnt in the catalogue. Now that I think about it, I do have couple mild suggestion about them. It would be nice if the plugs had more varied models with some of them, like matching sets or something maybe? I kind of liked how the spoiler had a different model for instance, made it stand out more. But it just seemed to be the odd one out, like, "one of these is not like the others"... wish more of them looked a little different. That and I wish the in game descriptions of them were more varied and accurate to what they do. A lot of them seem short and vague, and many of them [exciter, finisher and orgasmo] share the exact same in game description. It'd be nice if we didnt have to look up in the book or on the site to find out the specifics, when the site and book get updated I mean~ Okay thats all my feedback, thanks for reading *hugs*
Doomsman Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 Uhh. Erani is an NPC you meet once you progress far enough into Master's quest chain. You have to be a certain level I think to start the chain which by your own admittance you start new characters fairly often which may be why you've never seen that part of CD.
