I am sure we will come find new ways to break your new content. Being with everyone having different mods installed that you or your testers might not have, load order not being picked apart and just jumbled together. But I am excited to hear that tomorrow might be the date for the new content. Might just take Saturday off and just enjoy a weekend of Captured Dreams ha ha.

Most of us have already cried. Several weeks ago. Now we are hardened veterans of this thread, totally void of any hope that captured dreams will launch. The end of testings means another week of bug fixing, then it must be retested of coarse. Resign your hopes and dreams, and join us in the void....you will never be disappointed again.

What better testers than a larger test bed.(Albeit some dum dums) This mod is one of the most anticipated on here and I'm sure you will get tons of feedback. I found an issue with your currently released version. When exploring next to or around the outside of the CD compound, wounded Dragons will land inside of the captured dreams building and cannot be killed. Happened a few times already not sure if it can be fixed but just a heads up in case no one else had an issue with it.

If that is indeed the case then it may be a papyrus script scrappage due to multiple CTD's trying to get new mods up and running. I'm still new at debugging things and i usually just say fuck it and start a new game. The only mod that i have that adds a new area and that is currently running is CD. Started after i installed Apropos (newest version). Probably scripting errors tho.

 

In Case it may be my comp im running a AMD 955 overclocked to 3.4, 4GB DDR3 1600 and a XFX 5770 XXX 1GB. Using a SSD for the install. (modded saves still load within 10-15 sec, unmodded with 2-5 sec) Did a win mem test to see if i had any bad ram sticks and it didn't find an error. Tested my vid card with furmark3d for 20min on 1920X1080 with 4AA and it did not overheat. SSD pulls in a solid 150-175 MB/s transfer for write and read.

Really looking forward to the update hoping it will actually work for me once it is updated. I don't have access to the old DD expansion so it won't seem to work for me. at least I crash everytime i try to enter the shop.

Check your papyrus log for scripts causing repeated errors, there are a number of devices being equipped by Integration. Considering that you have Integration activating about 40 devices plus Aroused doing its checks on everyone and SOS (if installed) doing them as well it can get intensive plus I have some scripts that do some checks when you enter as well. If you are having trouble figuring out what is what post a copy of the log here.

how to you get a debt ? also i tryed last night from a new save deleted my old saves and for some reason when i go to the shop master talks but the E button doesnt work for her to talk or buy or do quests

You should be fine with it in place.

 

Glad to hear as I started a new playthrough with CD in place with the idea of either initializing the quests there or, if new version seemed imminent, waiting and upgrading.  If I'm using Mod Organizer to upgrade would you recommend I merge the new version with the old or replace the old version entirely?

Just got home from my step-dad's, fed the dogs, poked my head out of the void and sunk back into the void.

Can't ever remember watching for an update like this before.

Hopefully any problems are easily solved.

Thanks and yes, I am still patiently waiting but watching.

Took a 2 day trip to Tupelo Mississippi 460 miles and arrived back home at 7 pm thought that would help me cope with the update....... nope -.-

 

Edit: A total of 920 driving miles there and back...... -.- Thought about it the whole way even got on the mobile and refreshed for the update. lol

Excellent... I can't wait to try it out.

 

p.s. Have you considered just making the addons soft dependencies instead? That way you won't have a dozen different .esp files to keep in your download section or update if the original mods get updated...?
