This another very confusing issue which should not be possible at all via game play.

 

In the script which readies the cell the bear is in the cell's door is enabled and the vanilla Door disabled right after the bear is enabled. You should not be able to get in the mod's cave without the CaveBear being enabled... also the last objective should not be completed and the new one displayed to even go to the cave should not have happened either. So should not even have a quest marker unless you set stages via the console.

 

My guess you're in the vanilla cave?

 

(if you have "More Informative Console" installed maybe you may click around in the cave to see what mod is touching it.)

Thank you for the advice (additionally, since it did not come across in my previous comment, thank you Killer905)! I might try monkeying around with the ID later.

Based on testing last night, I was consistently on stage 70 entering the cave, and stage 80 after talking to Tirwin. I could also progress to stage 80 inside the cave and see the same quest prompt pop up. That's where things remain, since there's no bear. I think it's the right cell since the quest marker is there, there are no trolls, and the campfire is unlit. If I visit before speaking to Ria, there are trolls, the campfire is lit. I will say I also noticed an NPC from Pyreite's Damsels in distress mod is in the vanilla cell, but not in the quest cell. Still, possibly conficting somehow?

I had a previous version of the mod at the very start of this playthrough, but it was till within the 3.x if I remember correctly. Still, it's possible that messed something up. I did try last night to load a very clean save (same character, after all mod initialization but before choosing a start position with alternate start), ran straight to Tirwin, ran through the quest, still no bear. 

 

I will also say that a previous version of the mod on this character (same position as the above test, I wanted to see what the mod contained before finalizing a modlist for a full playthrough of everything) worked and I got through to the end of the book 1 quest chain. So...yeah.

 

I probably messed something up or my load order is weird. I have no clue. Almost 100% my fault. But thank you for the advice!

This quest is not from Animal Research. And this is how you are supposed to place the ‘Incriminating Letter’.

Lastly in the mod Naryu Virian's default clothes is Vex's Thieves Guild outfit. 

 

I have no mod that modify sitting position. I used the console command to move him but even standing he does not react when i click on him and immediately go back to sit on his chair. when i wait the 3 dunmers don"t have a normal cycle of life they just stay there and repeat the dialogue between them over and over again.  the only one responding is the guard. Also when i put my crosshair on them nothing appear while normaly the name of the npc appear if i am not mistaking. It looks like i just can not interact with them.

As we are talking about a quest where Tirwin has sex with a horse, but after that comes the Thalmor NPCs, this is how it is supposed to be but you don't put the Incriminating Letter in any of them. You must have done this quest elsewhere and forgotten.

That's Dawnguard's DLC, has nothing to do with this mod.

 

I rarely get that quest because I typically side with the dawnguard. It's a radiant quest you can get when you side with the Volkihar vampires only available to you once complete Bloodstone Chalice, I don't recall what npc gives it. You have to put some letter on someone you killed which matches the city in the letter as I recall. Not sure if the npc's from this mod would count, they probably will if the city in the letter is Markart.

That's alarming really because those two npc's have dialog in Dragonborn DLC. 

 

Just as a test disable this mod's esp and test if you can talk to them then?

 Tried it and i can't talk to them even like that. they still comment on me in my presence but when i aim on them nothing appear. Can somebody give the console code to the next step of the quest?? cause i don't really care about the DLC to be honest and i don't see how it would reparable i mean outside of this mod i would have never talk to them anyway 🤣

I don't know how to do scenes but location awareness can be done easily with NPCs too.  Tirwin can comment just by having Nazeem near by and hurl insults his way.

I'm just imaging Tirwin finally coming to full terms with her love of animals and/or becoming free of the Thalmor and singing this with the Dragonborn!

Damn dude, Whenever I was buzzed or drunk I stayed off the stage. 

 

It's not that I couldn't play or was really sloppy but I'd loose myself  going off on a tangent, extending solos and such in the middle of a set, bandmates would be giving me a look like "wtf are you on about!" 😛 Snap me back...  Oh! We're at a gig? Sorry, I thought we were just jamming...  Nothing like that drummer we once had who was so stoned he fell off his throne.

So i just finished the quest of  current version of the mod.

 

And it was really good. 

 

I really enjoy to see Tywin evolving and accepting her nature little by little. The last thing she ask is really cool and i found the design of the "thing" (no spoil) pretty well balanced considering the situation (sexy but discreet). 

 

One or two issues: 

-Tyrwin is sometimes disappearing in quest sexlab scene and it is not the first time it happens. Sometimes she is clipping and sometime she just completely become invisible. see screenshot.

 

-Sometimes after a sex scene the next step of the quest does not appear so i need to reload just before the scene to solve the situation. Not a big deal since i took the habit to save before every quest sex scene of the mod but still ; i suppose it could be bothering someone who just arrive and try it without reading all our reviews.

 

Good current addition of the update:

All the little interaction added to the comment and dialogues around what is happening is making the mod way more immersive and enjoyable. I think it would benefit to add evenmore for all events even those already done cause in my opinion the more lewd dialogues and comment the better. It is really nice for example on the ship to hear tyrwin calling the dog by his name and it would benefit to hear the crew encouraging the dog by his name too , to pound her during the scene. 

Always a pleasure to interact with mod authors that actually listen to their community and take the time to study all ideas comming from everyone.

-Ideas for the next step:

 

1) I don't know if it is possible but considering that at the end you are able through dialogue to ask precisely to take her ass , eat her pussy or vice versa it would be nice that AFTER the scene she would comment more precisely about what you did to her : " thank you for pounding my ass", "my tongue is always yours" etc... instead of always saying "thank you".

 

2) Tyrwin could recognise/be aware of this mod and ask you to make one for her. She could comment how it feels good to use one and how she finds it beatifull on your pc.

 

 

 

3) Considering were the story seems to go she could also react positively to this mod  Nemy's Kinky Collars at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community 

 

4) Would be nice to hear her react to the fact you are the public whore from the mod of the same name. Not only once but maybe every time you arrive in a city she could have some phrases like "do you plan on becoming the public whore here too" , "sometimes i feel jealous of you being the public whore", "i would love to be  hanging around the town with a collar to be fucked by everyone" etc

 

5) She could react also with slave tats about the tats applied to you and semen decalls. "by mara you are covered with beast cum; you 're such a good animal slut" and other phrases of the same types for semen decalls (again the more the better to avoid repetition)

   On the tats side she could be able to see what types of tats is applied to you and comment/react. My PC is always wearing a dog or horse cock  and a lot of marking clearly saying she is a dog/horse slut; It would be nice if she could comment on that from time to time with different phrases.

 

Maybe at one point of the story convince her to wear tats also on her body.

 

6) Give the option to make her keep her hair tied and not always release them when in sexlab scene.

 

7) Making a small side quest that you start from every one of your player home even from mod . when near your porperties you could ask her to go on a hunt to find dogs and horses to bring them back to your house were they would find a place in the garden and remain there. With a limitt like 5 to 10 dogs and 4 horses for each home. Then be able to tell to make an orgy with them. Choosing how many dogs/horse at a time for each one of you or just her from 1 to 4 dogs at a time and 1 to 2 horse at a time. 

 

8 ) At this point Making a second episode separate from animal research where you are building the new "animal mansion" seems to be the next level. If not with tyrwin as a manager owner because she wants to remain hidden (at least for now 😁) maybe naryu could be the one trying to build it or something simillar. (Why not a kennel for the 3 of you to become "kennel bitches " as a job or "stable whore" where ctizen would bring their horses to be tamed. Ysolda asked for a mamoth tusk.... i find it suspicious... i am sure she would frequently come to this kennel/stable/animal mansion to get pounded ; it would be fun to have her approach you in order to do so and become an obedient bitch too while working fo the establishment.

 

@kamithemoon please give us more of your wonderfull sound dialogues where tyrwin is telling adriane avenicci to stop repeating her and go suck her husband 🤣cause she clearly need to put something in her mouth 🤣

 

Generally speaking i found tyrwin very shy never using strong languages: After so many animal experiences i would assume she would speak more directly but i found her lovely anyway.

This usually happens through physics with HDT or SMP, but it could also be ‘theoretically’ removing P+ during gameplay.

Personally, I can see in not naming the dog by the crew (not Ragnar) as he is the only dog overall in that crew. So they don't even have to use a name. It's like you do kitty, kitty, then virtually every cat will look at you.

 

We can give so that your dog's crew use his name too. No big deal.

In my opinion, the fewer other mods required, the better, but we prefer (as far as the other mod's permissions allow) as part of Animal Research. For example, there is this item for Tirwin that we acquire during the ‘Chase’ quest is one of them. Or the hair that Tirwin or Naryu and other NPCs have. All this without proper permissions from other mods, then you would have 2 extra mods to be able to play the mod at all, and for example you don't want to install them.


Checking on the mod page you provided, then you would have to ask the author if they would allow you to use their mod elements for Animal Research.

For the moment I can add as a suggestion to our Road map.

Would need to make a mini patch for Animal Research and Public Whore so that Tirwin could respond to your Public Whore status. Unless there is some way for it to detect what you have without creating a mini patch.

Animal Mansion is coming back here like a boomerang :D

We plan to revive Animal Research, but as a separate mod.

But we also don't ‘currently’ have plans to create a posse along the lines of Animal Research in Animal Research.

I agree with your take on all this.

 

I do not particularly like mods which have a ton and a half of dependencies, dependencies on frameworks are okay especially if soft interfacing but I prefer to have as few requirements from other mods as possible. Certainly not on mods which hold resource objects like item/clothing, etc...  At that point is best to just add the objects and of course if "borrowing" then have to attain permission.

 

When you think about that it's nearly almost just worth it to build your own. Especially when we consider if the author of a mod you're counting on updates it. That may cause issues in your mod, and many of the bugs just may be theirs.

 

i.e. How many times have you guys had to answer in this thread on  issues only to find P+ code is the culprit?

Worse when you need 1 thing that fits the mod and 90% of the content no longer does.

Depends on what the mod is being updated with. Like by new stuff, it usually doesn't matter and, in order not to spoil the files of one mod with another, it changes their names or folders. As a result, there is no possibility of it spoiling anything. Worse with scripts, but also by changing the relevant arguments it will work too.

In this case, I'm guessing that P+ is to blame, but it could also be the fault that the user deleted P+ during gameplay without sticking to how to delete the mod properly so that it didn't mess up the save or the scripts that were left in the save itself.

Sorry for my noobish question what is exactly  P+ ? I just don't get what it refers too.

 

For public whore awareness ther is still public whore comments which if i am not mistaking include follower comments so a little patch from @kamithemoon to make sure tyrwin is using her own voice to make those comment maybe ? 

 

Also for public whore status maybe we could flank the idea by adding a simple dialogue you can trigger once in a city where tyrwin would ask you why are you fucking so many people around the town then you could just answer "well i am a public whore" . Then she could just remember it and comment everytime you are having sex in the town "By mara you're so good a taking those cocks" etc... Like that public whore would never be a requirement but just a status you declare to her leading to lewd and funny dialogues/comment.

 

Since gristle have done public whore comment and sexual fame comment if it include followers comment then we just need the voice file for tyrwin to use her own voice for those comment right ?

 

I just think she would be more inclined to comment on pc public whore status and activities as she clearly love PC and probably enjoy to watch pc being fucked by everyone just like PC love to watch tyrwin get pounded by all those creatures. So it would deserve specific dialogues and comment in my mind.

 

But again i don't know the technical side. So if it is not possible or way too hard maybe just try to find another way like the simple dialogue to tell clearly pc status instead of detecting the mod so no link or requirements in that case.
