When I started playing again a year and a half ago steam did a blind update to my SE I did not know about, basic AE, ended up with survival, curios, saints and seducers and cc fishing also in the LO. I had to scrap, update or fix myself (tweak) most the old mods I had at that time, many I just dumped because there were better mods with the same features. Just as well but a pain doing all the installs. I have version 1.5.97, but with all the content added by AE. Personally, however, I think that 90% of this content is poorly balanced or silly, like “everything is in this note.” And I don't see any reason to use AE, and to be honest, I'm still using LE Edited February 7 by killer905 1

Just curious, I don't have any of those. all the major mod packs, like eldergleam or insert every single one of those on WJ runs on 1.5.97
StabbyINKTTV Posted February 7 Posted February 7 5 hours ago, killer905 said: Since it is a mod for 1.5.97, it will work on AE as long as there are no DLL files in them, in which case you will need to find the appropriate version. Provided there is a mod for that version. All of these mod packs have build in custom patches and stuff to run their LO and all that in MO2 and idk how to explain it but its not just some collection mod like on nexus, its to advanced for me yet. but i've downloaded all the major WJ lists and they mostly all require SE not AE and they all pretty much have similar things needed so i doubt it would unless you find the mods and install them on their own

I haven't had a chance to check Vivi herself (yet) in 52. actually when I play 0.50, she has no voice already.🤣 Edited February 7 by Samsara281

There will be an option to skip it, as in the case of Chaurus, but PC will probably have to find the book anyway.

Still learning new things every day but when I first started I wanted convenance over trying to take on too much so for like the first 6 months i just used setlists from others until i studied up on modding fully and now I'm pretty good and getting things more quickly and building taste etc. Now to work on trying to actually try to learn to create mods next. 1
pinky6225 Posted February 7 Posted February 7 (edited) Installed the latest version and the dialogue "i wish the construction..." appeared for me and it completed when i selected although Tirwin won't move down into the cell with me, if i use the call Tirwin spell she appears and she does her dialogue and she will change cell back into Lakeview manor but never from Lakeview into her apartment The merchant quest worked fine for me, i went to riverwood trader and stuff got delivered etc although again i had to use the spell to get her to come down and then she did her dialogue and her apartment is all setup Tried the Iona quest for Dibella and as i'm using sexlab stories there lot more NPC's there than usual so had to move them away to let Iona/Tirwin get to the right places for there dialogue, after helping Iona though Tirwin gave a dialogue that said i hadn't so i think those dialogues might be connected incorrectly After the sex scene with Iona and Tirwin and going through Ionas dialogue where she thanked me for helping her, what she'd do next etc Edited February 7 by pinky6225

So the dialogue is bad for male PCs, and female PCs should get the dialogue you showed earlier.

I don't know if the setting in SexLab that PC is Male (even if PC is female) but the mod checks gender in dialogues as well, so it won't work that way. So the option is that you can only end the sex scene as quickly as possible. However, I have in mind that a lesbian PC doesn't have much choice, just like Tirwin herself, and has sex on the ship. Haven't had chance to try ending the scene as fast as possible yet. I get what you mean and I assume it would be a pain to rewrite any way to detect and enforce a lesbian character for the zero point zero one percent of the mod players. But if I were the PC I'd do anything to avoid it to the point of my own death or killing as many people on the ship. I can't imagine anything worse. Especially a PC as potentially strong and powerful as Skyrim makes the PC. But fingers crossed for the end scene solution.
Ambustin Posted February 8 Posted February 8 Hello, I've run into a problem with Eorlund. For some reason, Eorlund died in my game (RIP). When Tirwin asked me if I knew Eorlund, the only available answer was "No, I don't know him," even though I've completed the Companions questline. Once I arrived at the Skyforge, I found myself facing Aela and Eorlund's corpse, and Aela was talking to herself, preventing me from progressing. I thought I'd be clever and use a "Resurrect" command via the console. I was able to trigger the dialogue about the ebony necklace, but once Tirwin asks her for help, nothing happens. I tried reverting to my save from before starting this version of the mod and using "player.placeatme" on an Eorlund, but it resulted in the same outcome.

Eorlund MUST be resurrected before you start the Collar/Naked Walk quest. If you don't have a save file, your only option is stage VAR_CollarQuest 490. Additionally, do not use player.placeatme, as it rarely helps. Alternatively, revive him before Tiriwn's conversation with the PC about him.

I think it would be easy to simply add a dialogue like “But I'm a lesbian” in response to the captain. Then you would have the option of having sex with the Dark Elf on the ship. But it would be a QoL thing.
Maidenslayer Posted February 8 Posted February 8 Chapter V was as entertaining as the previous chapters. And, I appreciate your efforts to quickly resolve issues with versions 051 and 052. I feel compelled to report two problems that are show-stoppers even after installing 052. After VAR_Lurker stage 70, Chief Mauhulakh's dialog is supposed to start a scene with three orcs, the Dragonborn, Vivienne, and Tirwin. However, only Vivienne and Tirwin are engaged. Consequently, stage 80 is not set and there is no dialog options by the Chief or Tirwin to advance the quest. I ultimately got it going by manually setting stages 80, 90, and 100 to get 150 to trigger. (Here, the Chief's dialog might be affect by the mod "Bjorn" or perhaps your mod is trying to start a specific animation that I have not installed.) After VAR_TirwinRoom stage 140, the DragonBorn is supposed to visit a general store. However, I'm not getting any dialog from any store vendors per purchasing things. Can you suggest a work-around to avoid subtle conflicts with other mods (perhaps by loading Animal Research early or late, for instance)? I look forward to Chapter VI. I'm sure it will be as entertaining as the previous.
Voronves Posted February 8 Posted February 8 (edited) On 2/5/2026 at 7:38 PM, Gristle said: That means the trigger box did its job to advance the stage, but the scene at that stage is not starting, in which Tirwin says "Please, stop!" I used a scene because it is faster and more reliable than a force greet, and thus better for a short line that doesn't open dialogue. The only reason I can think of that a scene wouldn't start is if the actor isn't there and enabled, or if the actor is already in another scene. You might try using the console to disable and then enable Tirwin. That might clear any scene she might be stuck in. Ok, no clue why it didn't work before, but I have a separate profile in MO2 for more male-focused gameplay, and for whatever reason, there everything works fine despite having more script- and dialogue-altering mods. I guess whatever breaks the scenes playing in the first profile is overwritten by some mod in the second. Anyway, I'm going to go enjoy the new update, folks! Nevermind i tried to tweak some thing and now second profile is not working as well and i dont know why heh Edited February 8 by Voronves
HalcyonAndOn Posted February 8 Posted February 8 I've just started using followers again, and remember why I stopped using them entirely in the past. Is there anything that can be done about Tirwin, quite literally, trying to crawl up the player's ass constantly (and not in the sexy way)? Pushing, shoving, it just never ends. Custom followers like Xelzaz, Remiel, Inigo are fine and don't do this. 3DNPC followers that run inside NFF's framework don't do this. Only Tirwin so far (and yes I gave her an NFF ignore token, so the prompt doesn't even show up to import her to the framework). One other minor cleanup item I noticed in xEdit, there's a stray record for Savos Aren in the NPC records for this mod. Doesn't look like it's changed from Vanilla so it's benign, but shouldn't be there. Thanks for the mod
