How would I go about tagging the breastfeeding animations for Ostim to work with MilkMod? Right now it's using a random ostim animation but breastfeeding animations do exist.

Hello, testing mods with SL-2-Ostim and have some results

Works okay for me while Testing Public Whore 1.2.4.
PW mod is flawless almost, no serious issues were with it, so its a good mod to use with SL-2-Ostim. Though sometimes after ostim scene i had characters stuck in endless SL animation, but i think starting second Ostim scene with UP button would fix it. Had like 2-3 CTDs in the entire duration of my testing (3 days).

 

Sanguined Debauchery+ also works fine, some minor issues were because of script heavy scenes, but i think its more of my modlist than this mod. The issue was that it tried at some times run sexlab animations and that would CTD, but if push to Ostim was before SL started - then it is fine, no CTD.

 

Radiant Prostitution i think is as good as PW1.2.4

 

Did not test Baka mods like SLHH and others, will have to do it.

 

Naked defeat, Practical defeat and SimpleDefeat are not working under SL-2-Ostim properly. NaDe just straight up not working, instant CTD on sex scenes, Practical defeat CTD after some time when trying to start sex scenes, SimpleDefeat could start SOME scenes with Ostim, but all other time CTD with pure sexlab scene animations (when that happens push UP button for Ostim scene would crash it for me). So i guess i'd have to test either original Def 5.3.5 or Baka Edition. I really DONT like OsimpleDefeat because of how barebone it is even if it's native mod for Ostim SA.

 

Also, funny thing when using SexLab SimpleDefeat - it was flawless on NPC-NPC interaction. Whenever my follower assaulted/be assaulted - only Ostim animations were playing. But when it was NPC-Player interaction (my PC been assaulted) - then hell let loose and lots of CTDs when failed skse hooks in trainwreck ctd logs. Most notably - Ostim UI hook.

I am having some sort of issue with this, probably missing something during the installation because I dont see anyone bring this up.
When a scene starts i can see the sexlab animation trigger then it quickly transitions to ostim, the ostim scene can be fully played but there is some sort of "Stuttering" and parts that have physics(hair, clothes idk whatever its on at the time) can be see "blinking" as if they were trying to adjust, kinda like when you are teleported suddenly. At the same time this is happening OSL arousal keeps doing small jumps and increasing the arousal similar to how when a scene starts. Once the scene is over there is clearly something wrong with the game because the fps drops(its not huge but noticeable) and doing things like trying to open a menu take about 4-5 seconds. This consistently happens no matter what mod I use to trigger the sexlab scene.

I am using sexlab 1.65 with sexlab+, because 1.66 requires the latest version and I cannot use it without messing up my order
ostim standalone latest update(7.3.3 i believe)
I did not install the journal fixes because I assume i am on AE
Do have BEES on
SKYUI is up to date
Any clues as to where did i mess up?

My post just above urs was using the last ostim update, the min reqs also list the latest ostim update so i assume it is supposed to work with it but as you can see from my post it is having issues for me. This is probably a me situation so u should give it a try and let me know how it goes, need to make sure its me

Edit 2: the NPCs are not alligned correctly during Ostim VR scene

I think I figured out why its happening. When OStim scene initiates, it usually moves both PC and NPC a bit, but after a while, the NPC returns to the initial position, because thats where the SexLab scene started. Like SL overrides OStims position of NPC. At least I think

 

Edit: The disappearing and invisible NPC issues are not related to this mod

I have been using sexlab and Ostim separately... (used sexlab first, then ostim... like Ostim better)

 

Decided to use this bridge... made sense to me.

 

However, in my environment, (Skyrim AE from Steam latest).  My system is a bit subpar, so I always use the lowest texture settings and I am very judicious as to which bodies have physics applied, same for hair.  I really try to keep the framerate up.  Trying to say that I minimize mods, and use lower textures to not over burden my system.  Runs very smooth.

 

However, while the Sexlab to Ostim bridge is enabled, the sex scenes that use the bridge (a sexlab call being redirected to Ostim) will crash upon completion.  No matter if it is a kiss, or a 5 minute long 4 way.  The scene plays out as it would within the Ostim interface, all is well, and as the screen darkens post event, the whole game crashes.

 

I NEVER have such crashes under sexlab or ostim individually (when the call for animation is made directly).

 

I disabled your bridge and I never have crashes again.

 

I would be glad to provide you with whatever logs you need... and would be more than willing to send some septims for your weekend mead.

 

Not having your bridge is not the end of the world, but the world of content that takes advantage of Ostim and Sexlab (and flowergirls) is pretty segmented.  If you want greater variety of content, you have to run more than one animation engine.  C'est la vie.

I'm guessing you use Ocum Ascended? Disappearing/invisible NPCs is caused by that in VR. Nobody's been able to figure out why.

I was, but it is happening even without it, but way less often. Also, mod ABBA has a setting to apply morphs on OStim (something), that was causing it too. It also happens during OStim scene while outside and its raining, when NPCs skin gets the wet look.

I can confirm that it doesn't work on creatures for me. Ihave critters andd someothe modsthat usecreatures i.e. horses and dogs and the Character just stnds there wherein when I only had Sexlab, the se xanimations worked. If you can come upwith a fix, I'd be most appreciative😉

That is also my issue.My game version is 1.5.97

How about ostim standalone? Do you think it will work?

Doesn't seem to work for me. Whenever I try to start a scene everyone just stands for a second and that's it, nothing happens.

Tried on AE 1.6.640 with SL 1.65, all other requirements are up to date

I've been having an issue with this and Diary of Mine. It'll play ostim the first couple of times, but eventually it reverts to playing Sexlab scenes, and DOM gets extremely sluggish. It begins to take an abnormally long time for any DOM functionality. Like when opening the wheel menu, it will not open immediately (which it does when the bridge is deactivated). I will eventually show up, but it will have none of the options visible on the wheel menu.

So how did you exactly get this to work? no new update happened in ages and the problem still remains

Seems like this breaks SL Creatures scenes and just have a lot of troubles working in general on 1.5.97. Even when the check boxes are turned off in the MCM

 

Anyone tried to downgrade back to older versions to see if it helps?

The mod author hasn't update this in awhile now and everything is broken. If you still have the bandaid script fix, can you please just post it for now?

 

I spent a few days trying to figure out why my creatures animations are borked. Reinstalling Nemesis, FNIS and Pandora to no avail. Only to found out that it's this mod all along.

Tried to mod now and it seemed promising but found issue and eventually seemed to crash on compete start of scene. First problem was that I basically uninstalled everything else sl framework related except the framework itself to cutdown animation count etc. As I have also mod to remove SL basic animations that caused that nothing fired as your mod seems to be requiring that SL has some animation data.

I am wondering why not to basically whack the SL framework itself? I mean remove its dll and edit the script call directly ostim and listen events in the mod and relay them to SL mod?

There are so many issues with SL itself that I am really considering to basically break it to make all SL mods support ostim.
