I have multiple character saves and the mod works well on some of them. But my main character save has no puppet spells. I get the MCM menu, and yes, the 'add spells to player' option is checked, but still no in-game spells. I did 'help puppet' in the console but it only gives some of the group spells, not the main puppet spell that I need. Again, it works well in my other save games, but not my main one. I stopped scripts, waited, uninstalled it , saved & exited, reinstalled it, loaded & saved and waited, blah blah blah, but nothing changed. Any ideas?

 

Runing into the same issue in my current gameplay. Once i toggle off the "add spells to player" option in de MCM menu, i don´t succeed to restore the spells again. New installation, savecleaner, console cheat etc. also doesn´t works for me.  In a new game everything is fine. Any ideas or simply hands away from this option?

yep, have try this several times via console without success.

Thanks for the hint, but currently i really have no idea, which mod could cause this. I will try to figure it out.

 

 

Edit: Seems to be a problem with the puppetmaster- patch from hormones.

Not with the current version Old Book, the author mentioned that he was going to try and integrate it with StorageUtils SKSE plugin but since he's gone on hiatus... BTW OB, good to see you're still kicking.

Well the author of this mod is also the author of the StorageUtils ne PapyrusUtilities mod but also announced he wasn't to eager to try to rewrite all the code in this mod so I'd say his statement was more of a "I should but won't". I suppose if he comes back to the game for another round of play he might change his mind and do it eventually or someone else may pick up the torch and carry it.

Thanks, and good to see you as well. I'm back to Skyrim again, at least for a while. Nothing else quite like the Elder Scrolls games.

after throwing the puppet spell at the npc go to dialogue i have something else in mind . but it is not what you expect to see.

actually you have private discreet for urinate / defecate animations.

to really get it into the other ones mouth you have to make her lay on floor, for example with match maker,masturbation  then go with your pc between the shoulders of the target and start it. no other way to do it actually.

On holiday next week so figured i'd finally give modding a go and I came up with the idea of having the ability to raise the dead via sex and then have some dialogue/quests start depending on how often you've used that ability on that particular npc

Nice idea pinky. There is a mod similar to that called Necrophilia. I used to have that mod but then I discovered that Defeat also have that option. there was a problem thou. Now there are 3 mods with same thing. If i disabled sex with dead in either mod, I got CTD's. Even when I uninstalled Necrophilia mod, I got CTD's. Defeat and Puppet are in conflict in this area. Now, I don't have Defeat and Necrophilia, just Puppet Master and all works fine. But I will install Defeat when being upgraded.

 

I'm saying this for your sake. I believe that you can do a great job, but have in mind that it might clash with Defeat mod. :)

sorry if this has been asked already, im a newbie to your great mod, and maybe I overlooked while reading. Is there a way when you have a "PUPPET" shackled to the ceiling that when you hit them they wouldn't fall to the ground, this makes torturing not so fun haha, they re-shackle after a short time  of healing, would be nice if they didn't fall at all :)

when check "add puppet masterspells to Player"  Player does not have the main puppet spell to make a puppet. so how shall he do that ? it would make sense to not give all other spells, but this one must stay.

How to you compile this mod? I used BSA extractor to extract the scripts, then try to re-compile them without anything changed. But getting some errors on "_mindscript.psc":

and

 

"cannot find a parameter named animate"

 

Tried to compile with papyrus -> "Papyrus Compiler"\PapyrusCompiler.exe _mindscript -f="TESV_Papyrus_Flags.flg" -i="Data/scripts/Source" -o="Data/scripts/"

 

Anyone knows?

You have to install the rest of the SKSE files, the compiler uses the source files for scripts instead of the compiled script files.

Which "rest of the SKSE files"? I installed SKSE 1.7.0 with the installer and after that i used the SKSE 1.7.0 archive and extracted everything to my Skyrim folder. So i think i have everything needed but its not working. :/

You must install SKSE by hand, the installer will not install all the files you need to use SKSE as a developer. Specifically it does not install the updated script source files that the Papyrus compiler needs in order to compile any script that uses the SKSE extensions.

You have installed the SDK for the SKYUI mod right? (Without that installed, you will not compile any script like that for making MCM menus).

This mod also conflict with AFT in area of following. You can hire the follower to follow you using either one, but not both. Also, do not Puppet your follower since AFT will got confused and you will not be able to dismiss your follower properly. If you did Puppet your follower, you'll have to, first, release your follower from Puppet influence (dismiss) and then cast a AFT's "make follower" spell on the follower to reset AFT. You'll be infrmed that your follower is already under AFT influence and it will offer you to restore you follower in to original state.Then wait for couple of Skyrim hours and rehire follower. All other Puppet spells works fine. Just don't Puppet NPC/follower.

Okay, lets see:

 

-> I installed Skyrim with all necessary mods (SkyUI, SexLab, ZaZ Animation Pack).

-> I downloaded the SKSE 1.7.0 7z archive and extracted it into the Skyrim folder

-> I downloaded the SkyUI SDK (4.1) and extraced it into the right folder

 

-> I extracted the BSA puppet master file and copied the "_mindscript.psc" from puppet master into the Data\Scripts\Source Skyrim folder

-> I used the following command "Papyrus Compiler"\PapyrusCompiler.exe _mindscript -f="TESV_Papyrus_Flags.flg" -i="Data/scripts/Source" -o="Data/scripts/" to try to compile the _mindscript.psc file

 

It gives me the following error:
