Put APPS after RP and locate sex mods rather low in the load order, to overwrite changes from other mods with the ones needed for sex mods.

I will try putting the other SL mods together, so far they are where ever BOSS thinks they should be. Maybe this will fix my problem with the individual difficulty. But i am busy the next few days anyways, maybe the next version is out till then.

Yes, it also happens when I try to leave the tavern and it autosaves. I tried disabling most of the sexlab mods, but it still crashed. The last time I saw this kind of thing was with the Estrus Chaurus mod: it would CTD when you tried to save (even autosave) too soon after the estrus spell was cast. The solution there was to wait a while afterwards -- I'm guessing there's a script of some sort still running, and the save itself is what's causing the CTD.  The funny thing is, I *do* have a save from earlier in the Bannered Mare quest, but for some reason haven't been able to save (or exit the place) since. It appears that something got activated after that time that's fouling up saves.

One more thing I wanted to mention. You might want to consider giving the player theoption to correct any mistakes in key dialog. Every now and then, Skyrim selects the wrong reply from the conversation menu. Don't know why, but even when the arrow is on the reply you want, Skyrim selects something else (seems to always be the first answer in the list). Anyway, if this happens during the key conversation with Hulda, it can screw up the whole Bannered Mare quest. It would be nice if you could go back to her and say "I changed my mind", or something.

 

Anyway, just a thought.

We could reproduce this "error" and will try to find a work-around for it, as it's basicly a trigger, that takes rather long to fire up.

All you have to do now to solve this, is give the game some time, so the next dialogue stage triggers.

 

But the sneak thingy is new to us, so we'll look into that. Thanks for reporting.

 

We found some other flaws as weel, so Heromaster decided to re-write the main controller and other big parts of the mod.

Due to this, the release of version 0.10.3 had to be delayed further.

 

But no matter what: Please keep reporting new bugs, so we may be able to fix them in the next release.

Same for suggestions, as every help is welcome.

Already partitially covered and will be expanded, as we think exactly the same.

But to bypass the errornous dialogue and msgbox behaviour, the following mods are highly recommended, despite our plans:

Also the sneak thing seems to have something to do with toweling off after sex.  I reloaded an earlier save and still couldn't sneak, then after having sex I accidentally clicked to towel off, and I could suddenly sneak again.

I've run into the sneak issue too.

 

Most likely the EnablePlayerControls didn't set the 5th parameter back to true.

I see that option, but choosing it just re-initiates the evaluation conversation again, which ends the same as before.

Hello and thank you for this mod. It is a wonderful idea and I am looking forward to its future developments.

 

I used NMM and the installer seems to have worked fine, UNP included. (except that the two "girls" have the 'dark face' issue)

I haven't tried a lot of options so far but the only "bugs" I have come across are:

-dialogs needing to be re-started to be completed (mostly with Hulda), and

-minor translation issues for the English version.

But all that's been reported one way or another I think, and responded to.

 

I do really like the ideas I've read in this thread, and generally, the idea of a story-driven player-becomes-slave mod is quite wonderful.

I've also had my sneaking disabled, and hulda keep opening dialogues with me that have no relevant options. It seems like she keeps trying to initiate some conversation but the options not appearing. Its at the end of the first bit of tavern work when she's supposed to evaluate the players performance.

I have noted down the issues you experienced so far and I will fix it with 0.10.3. I'm sorry but the current development progress does not allow me to publish a hotfix for some of the issues since in its current state it would raise alot more.

 

The second quest is merely a placeholder. I know it may be bug out since it was published to ensure that most of the bugs from the previous version are fixed. That includes the disabled sneaking ability. I've disabled it because the NPC have real gold to trade with you and the intention is that you don't steal it from them while you are working (That is currently a workaround since there is no backup when you have stolen the gold). I made sure that it will be enabled again when you completed or failed the quest. But since there is another issue with a wrong dialogue condition with Hulda, the only way to make sure you get your ability back is to leave the Inn and wait 3 seconds to fail the quest.

Also the second quest 'Endurance' could bug the restoration of the player controls out too. This quest will be expanded and bugs, which you encounter now with it, should disappear.

 

I'm still investigating what is causing the problem, since all conditions to continue the summary dialogue with Hulda seems to be valid on first glance. That said. I have already rewritten the logic behind the summary dialogue and in the next version the dialogue will continue w/o having a chance to be interrupted (Like it could happen now).

 

Still no ETA yet on the next release.

As already mentioned: Sneaking is generally disabled, you just didn't notice.

As for Hulda: That's exactly the errornous behaviour we could reproduce and Heromaster is already working on solving this problem.

The 2 girls were made w/o paying much attention to their appearance yet. They will be redone in later versions, because right now it's all about the mod mechanics and testing & fixing them before we start doing pure cosmetic stuff.

 

And please report any translation issues in the english version, as it's hard for me to see them when reading thru raw masses of text.

Means even if i spend more time on the translation, i'll very likely overlook errors. :/

So telling me directly where i made mistakes will really help me.

Thanks for the snippet jbezorg, I have something similar written. I did setup callbacks to control the scene. Did not know that you could do an forcegreet within a script. That could makes things more easier since packages could been overwritten.

I have been enjoying this mod so far.  This is the first time that I've played a mod that makes tavern work a viable job, please keep up the good work!

 

General translation errors that I've noticed so far:

 

"Look for a quit place. Have sex with (npc name)"  = quit should be quiet

 

"Look for guests, that may want to order something" = that should be whom

 

There are numerous lines that uses the lower case "i" instead of a capital "I" when referring to one's self.

 

In the beggar dialogue...

 

"And with what exactly do you want to pay me?" should be something like "And with what exactly are you going to pay me with?"

 

In his response (I didn't catch all of it) "begg" is misspelled, should be "beg"

 

In Hulda's whore offer dialogue...

 

I didn't catch all of it but when she talks of payment she says something like "...expect 3 days later" which doesn't make sense.  You might mean "...expect to be paid every 3 days."

 

General errors and workarounds:

 

I haven't had any dialogue problems, but then I use Better Dialogue Controls which might help.

As for the sneak problem, a work around is using Grimy Utilities, which allows one to setup a sneak key while pressed which does work with this mod.

When servicing another woman with my girl, I've noticed that despite her request to lick her, its never a FF oral animation, its either using strapon or kissing.  Also, female patrons only ask for them to be licked, nothing else like using a strapon or licking the player's character.

As a toggle in the configuration menu, I  would like to see a "strict" Hulda, whom according to tavern regulations is allowed to dish out corporal punishment (in the form of spanking or similar punishment) for lazy behavior, messing up orders, knocking over objects, customer complaints, etc.  If the player is under performing, she might also force the player to drink a drug and/or use a toy to increase her arousal so as to make her more attractive to customers to order something or request a dance. But she might also punish the player if she catches the whore masturbating if the player's arousal gets to a certain level. No excuses for playing around when she should be working!  I really liked during the whore evaluation her telling the player to strip and examine her, it would nice to expand on this. 

 

As another possible toggle, Customers could be "difficult" and might deliberately change their mind about their orders, make messes on the floor that the player has to clean up with the broom (though if there was a kneeling floor washing animation out there that would be ideal), and in general being a nuisance at times.  Essentially, with this toggle on its near impossible to be "perfect" and have no unhappy customers.  Hulda might actually expect this so a bad day would be considered satisfactory, but the "strict" Hulda would certainly not act satisfied and would berate and punish the player for her "poor" performance.

 

Another thought is in regard to debt.  When first hired, Hulda could offer room and board which would be part of the player's initial debt, as time goes along, instead of earning paying the debt off, it gradually grows bigger and bigger, thus enabling Hulda to "persuade" the player into doing more  and more degrading acts with the threat of calling in the guard to arrest her if she doesn't agree and thus breaks the contract. 

 

Will do some more testing, looking forward to the next version!

Thanks for the snippet jbezorg, I have something similar written. I did setup callbacks to control the scene. Did not know that you could do an forcegreet within a script. That could makes things more easier since packages could been overwritten.

 

I would use scenes then. Scenes & packages in scenes take priority over all other AI. They would be perfect for, well, the scenes you want to happen.

More errors that I've noticed...

 

Another translation/misspelling, when getting evaluated by Hilda and giving her money owed she says "Goo, and that is that"  = Goo should be Good.  

 

Also according to the stat page, my girl had a day with 16 served, but it lists 11 Food, 2 sex, and 6 dance which adds to 19 served?  The number of sex events is correct when compared to the Sexlab diary. 

 

The beggar that shows up will sometimes clap during the bard's song, haven't noticed it with any others.
