Thank you, I am terrible with reading these crash logs. BTW completely off topic but its amazing how much faster support for problems is here than on nexus. It's usually days before i get help on that site.

Will this mod be updated to the current game version once f4se updates? not sure how it works entirely. My game somehow updated, despite me thinking I was in the clear. The suggestions for reverting the update is not so good based on the feedback, so just waiting on everything to update again...

It's possible this mod won't need an update as long as its dependencies are updated to work with the new game version. At the moment I think mod authors are mostly waiting for things like F4SE, LLFP, LooksMenu, Buffout 4, Plugin Preloader, etc to get back to working first. Only then will we know for sure what else needs to be adjusted.

I need more information to help with this.  The only CTD caused by this mod that I am aware of was some corrupt textures that were fixed in version Beta 2.0.  So you should ensure you are running the latest version (currently Beta 2.2).

 

Otherwise, what device(s) were you wearing when this happened, what were you doing, etc.?

You can use FO4Edit to make a patch that removes items from leveled lists.

somehow i in can save safely, i disable KFT first, then back to enable DD mod and Real Handcuffs mod, and i can save game after that, i save a new save, then back to MO2, disable those two, and enable KFT, i go to the saved file, and i saved the game safely. I don't know why but till now, my game still can be saved withou get CTD. Thank you for your mod

The only way is to use the MCM.  In the Debug section use "Unequip All Devices on Player".

oh sorry, i forgot my MCM, beside that i have some questions that i forgot to ask, sorry about that:

 

1: i have my NPCs that they are will not moving when they equipped devices that related to their arms got restrained, formerly, i have same issue with DD, now it happened again in KFT mod. They are still hop when their legs got a device on them(and arms are not), did i miss any mod or that is really an issue?

2: I use Nanakochan as my main race mod and the Ballgag got slightly skewed down from the mouth, is there any way i can adjust them to be fitted? thank you.

2.  KFT's head-related parts are only made for vanilla female head mesh (high-poly head will work too).

NPCs who are companions will follow you if they are bound.  Other NPCs will stand where they are.

The behavior of non-companion NPCs is basically a placeholder.  My intent is that other mods will allow the player to restrain other NPCs, and the behavior of those NPCs will be controlled by those mods, like in the "Just Business" and similar mods that allow the player to capture and enslave NPCs.

 

The same is true of the companion behavior, but since the expectation is that companions will follow the player, that is what I implemented in KFT.  Of course other mods can override this behavior as well.

You can import the header and then import the gag in OS and adjust it yourself. (However, it is not recommended. I think the art styles of KFT and nanako are not coordinated.)
