i tried speaking to him but the option doesnt appear , another thing i noticed which is probably not related is that the quest are done but theres no new quest that shows up and it doesnt dissapear either(jarl of markarth)

What an awesome mod! One of the best quest mods out there -- really fun.

 

I would like to redo the riften quest from the start -- is it possible to give command to be able to redo it? Or would I have to start from an old save?

Thanks. Unfortunately, the quests aren't repeatable. You would have to start from an old save.

I checked the conditions on this, and if the Riften quest ran then the only relevant conditions are that you 1) be in Markarth, 2) are talking to someone with a "Jarl" job title, and 3) have either male or female Balazar in Dremora form within 2500 units of you. Those are the only conditions to give the Jarl the starting dialogue, which is "My companion Balazar seeks favor and safe passage in Markarth." I don't currently have a script to dynamically add new quests to the log, so if you started playing a version before the one with the Markarth quest, there won't be a quest in your log for it, but that wouldn't affect the actual quest function or the Jarl dialogue.

I'm also having issues with forsworn warlord after i give them the axe nothing happens and that set stage code it works but now nothing happens after the goat

Is there a way to teleport Balazar? Not having him in a follower framework means he gets stuck... a lot...

 

And the Summon Balazar spell simply does not work when he is in dog form

Also, at some point during the first priestess questline, balazar stopped assaulting my character. I've checked that his arousal is high enough, enough time passes, am in an inn so it should be 100%. Not sure what is happening.

Are you getting force greets? For example, from the Forsworn Ravager, from the priestess in the Hall of the Dead? Did you get a quest marker on the Hall of the Dead at the start of the quest? If not, it means the Markarth quest didn't start right and you'll have to go back and start it again, making sure you have a quest marker to the Hall of the Dead after speaking with the Jarl.

 

After the goat sex the stage should be at 230. You can try "setstage BLZR_Markarth 230", but if the quest didn't start right you'll continue having problems with quest markers and force greets.

In the next version (which will be up in a few minutes), the Summon Balazar spell will also work when he is in dog form.

There are a few stages where his attacks are blocked (because it interfered with the quest), so for now I would keep going to see if it fixes itself.

I just posted a new version with the Balazar quest for the Solitude hold. Unless you start this version from the beginning, you won't have a new quest in your log, but speak to Elisif to start the quest. Fair warning: Elisif won't be as easy to convince as the other Jarls. 

 

Please note the new requirements: 1) More Nasty Critters (MNC), and 2) ZaZ.  MNC because sometimes I need the animation to tie in with the dialogue, and this way I can call a particular animation rather than calling for certain tags and hoping something appropriate comes up. ZaZ because the Solitude adventure has a couple of key BDSM elements to it. ZaZ also provides some interesting animations. I suppose MNC is a soft requirement, because if Sexlab can't find the requested animation, it will just pick another one that matches the actors. 

 

As usual, please let me know if you spot any bugs or have any suggestions for improvement. Otherwise, enjoy another of Elenwen's parties!

 

(Also, the whip mark texture is a rather harsh looking. If it's too much, then -- after the party -- don't give Balazar a whip, give him a crop instead.)

Will this Quest have issues if I'm post-Civil war?

It only had a problem if we won the civil war on the Stormcloaks side (you can play safe on this side), and so there should be no problem with the issue of the side in the civil war.

Before the gate?

In front of the embassy's front door (Just enter inside)?

The quest Diplomatic Immunity been completed or not (completed quest only gives different dialogues)?

Who attacked you? The Thalmor armored guard? The Thalmor wizards? Falstomo? Corwen? Carriage drivers? 

 

If you won the civil war for the Empire that shouldn't change anything Solitude-related, as it was an Imperial city before the war.

 

I'm guessing the Thalmor wizards attacked you. They are the same wizards that stand there during Diplomatic Immunity. Have you already completed Diplomatic Immunity? If so, that quest might be changing their factions (although this did not happen during playtesting).

It was tested pre- and post-civil war. Also tested pre- and post-Diplomatic Immunity. So, should work either way, but bugs do have a way of sneaking in.

Just guards and wizards, Its a 100% completed unmodded game save I finished years ago that I use, obv I mod it up when doing  This, Thief, BTD etc

Was really looking forward to a new quest ^^ Unfortunately I've hit a snag on Solitude; keep getting attacked the second I step into the Thalmor Headquarters. Save is pre-civil war, and pre-diplomatic immunity (pre me going to Helgen at all really.) Any solution to this?

Hello, first of all great mod, really engaging story, I replayed it every run I do. With the new update I have found a little problem (or maybe I dont know what I'm doing, lol). After speaking with Elisif I surrender and I find myself in the middle of solitude market, with the hands binded, between the 2 guards, but the post is not there, and i can't interact with anyting. I dont know if I have to spawn it in some way or if it should be already there. I have zaz 8.0 installed.
