zenetx Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 I believe that the situations where the PC willingly decides to use the devious devices (whether they accepted to be guinea pig, as previously suggested, or any other reason) is very interesting since it opens the possibility of a mental conflict where the PC reluctantly walks the "submission path" by herself, which makes plausible the long term use of such devices (and a extended nice gameplay) As the "you're stuck, find a way out of chastity belt" recipe can become boring after a while. That is just my opinion.

You can use the belts defensively to prevent rape, or have them forcibly equipped on you by quests (Though, there's only one in place at the moment. Changing soon!) I just meant to add even more cruel ones if possible. Looking forward to the additional quests.

That is just my opinion. I've got a pretty long list of stuff to implement, for the time being. If you're not receiving an error message, what does "sqv zaddForbiddenTomeQuest" show?

I had to start it this way once because I stole the first book and left without him catching me and dropping and picking up the book again didn't do anything.
ash51892 Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 idk, I did pull up eff's menu and it did the vibrate thing then wen I left it it stopped, I did it within the 2 minutes that are on there I thought, and with the animation reregistry it played it wen I registered them, it was odd. Idk wat it is but its only your mod that is affected by it. I want to use ur mod tho but I guess I can't until we find a fix for it Ah, I see. I honestly don't know what to say about the animations issue you're reporting: Reregistering Sexlab animations should have no bearing on other animations (The wandering hands set, for instance) playing. I had polling set to max (I think 12) and vibration set to 100 then sped up timescale

With it set at 12 it is once every 12 hours, if you set it to .5 it is every half hour.

I didn't add Walk-Away's to the dialogue tree (Was my first time ), so it's possible to break the quest by doing so. What does "sqv zaddForbiddenTomeQuest" show? Alternatively, reload a save before you talked with Zed. Do you still want to to upload a longer log with me opening eff and reregistering the anims and them playing when I exit the menu? We figured out why a vibrate-event was starting while in EFF's menu (It counts as a spell cast), though I still don't have any idea regarding your animations issue. Sure, upload a longer log, in which the animations fail to play, and I'll take a look (though, I'm not going to have time to look at it for a few days: Will check it out when I return).

If I go for the go to oblivion option, pretty much same happen, except I have to give in to urag's demands, and if I do, nothing happens except he removes the belt and collar. Is the sex-scene starting? Upload a copy of your Papyrus.0.log. Figured it out, apparently if urag is sitting, the quest won't progress, but when he's standing it will. One thing that I also noticed, I also have private needs installed, and whenever I use the check private needs option, the soul gems always start vibrating aswell, I don't really mind, but maybe it's something you'd like to know!

Ah, neat. That makes sense: I hadn't realized that if an actor was sitting, they would fail to validate with Sexlab. I'll keep that in mind for future quests, and fix that for ForbiddenTome in 2.5.4 (Will release that over the weekend probably: I'm indisposed for a few days). Thanks. I'm adding a minimum mana cost to the on-cast vibration event for 2.5.4 (Bugfix release mostly), which should stop menu's and such from starting the event (The reported EFF menu issue as well).

Edit 2 : Craft item but no appereance when wearing Edit 3 Reinstal a clean mod but always same thing
