That chain garter is actually part of that armor set the armor is one of the tera armors. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27594//? If you look through the pictures you will see the outfit.

Any ideas on this armor/clothing?  Is the top separate from the bottom or are they one piece?  Are they from the same set?  And, of course, anyone have a download link?  Oh, and what body type; UNP/UNPB, CBBE, something else?
