Could be Pure Water. But remember it depends on the ENB how the water will look ingame. As far as i know he use RealVision ENB.

I got a problem, I cannot do Brawl fight quests because not just all characters but all the animals heals their self too.

including Dragons.. Is this a bug? or is there a fix for it..

Give "brawl bugs patch" a try: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24020/? Quite many mods can cause the brawl malfunction in game, maybe you have installed one that you are not aware of.

I do not know if it will fix your problem, but "try-make prudent" one is a German phrase.

Could be Pure Water. But remember it depends on the ENB how the water will look ingame. As far as i know he use RealVision ENB.

Thanks, I will try this Pure Water mod, I think I am using W.A.T.E.R currently. And I have the RealVision ENB.

Also how do i fix this under water problem where i cant see anything but just a blank green screen..

out of topic but realistic water two is a much better and newer water mod i tried several water mods and at the end stayed with realistic water two.

Lol, my mistake. I know Edhildils, he/she has a great history of such skimpy armors in Oblivion.
