I don't think they're "Bob's Boots". DF_T18 boots with a latex retexture would be my guess. Not that many types with the zippers on the inner part of the boot. The links were posted here a few months ago. Like I said it was a shot in the dark, it very well could be the DF_T18's

Looks like that person is using a lot of Hello's different mods for those npc's... On the side thanks for my earlier request folks.
