Ok time out a minute. You're telling me this is from Skyrim?

It looks like Photoshop work to me. 

 

That's Oblivion. You can tell from the background (Imperial City).

 

 

 

Are you sure...? I don't see any treasure chests in the back ground :P

 

 

Ummm..yeah ... I don't get it....

So anyway the location is from the Imperial City, either the Market Place or from one of the Districts so yeah that's Oblivion.

....Did you not mod oblivion??? my market district had hundreds of chests everywhere. 

 

 

Ahh, now I get it. Speedbuster's mods comes to mind lol. Might play it again later.

I would actually mod these mods myself, to remove the chests and either place them elsewhere or insides stores (less of a cheat that way) I actually created a whole new store beneath the Imperial City just to house Speedbuster's stuff lol

Thanks The DarkSlayer and everyone else who closed the case on this mystery. Had I been smarter several years ago I would have purchased Oblivion and modded the F'k of out it. 

However where as I didn't purchase it during its prime, I did purchase it back in June during a Steam Summer Sale.

Elewin was banned from the Nexus some time ago, the fact you managed to go dig up that image from Febuary, post it here, and then doubtlessly spark the "Elewin is a blahblahblah" rant again is just impressive in the worst sense of the word.

 

That said, if it's Elewin's stuff there's zero chance it's out there on the internet but if anyone knows those stockings that would be ~fantastic~.

I do apologise for that. I discovered the issue shortly after posting, searching on LL to see if anyone else had asked. I wasn't aware that Elewin, pre-ban, was notorious for this, so I figured that someone might still have the data. How unfortunate.

Thanks for the garter! As for Bob's Boots, I don't think it is. The boots - at least the ones shown - have laces on the front :o. I would have checked it out myself, but I am having quite a few issues with getting Skyrim running again.

Something very much like (but not quite identical to) the outfit in that first image can be in this armor/clothing set (patch required).

I used to have a CBBE armor mod, with the armors seperated, breast, shoulders, pants,..... with at the entry of whiterun a rack with little chests. I lost it with a re-install and cannot remeber the name.

 

Wouldn't happen to be Remodeled Armor for CBBEv3M by Mak would it?

 

You mentioned a rack with little chests with seperate armor pieces, which is exactly what this mod does. It has racks right there at the entrance to Whiterun.

I don't think they're "Bob's Boots".  DF_T18 boots with a latex retexture would be my guess.  Not that many types with the zippers on the inner part of the boot.  The links were posted here a few months ago.
