Yes and Yes.  If anyone is wondering why the master file is needed, it contains the headpart list for common morph files used by all of the hairs.  At least that is what it looks like to me when I was trying to convert the hairs for the Elins.

 

 

Also in case you are wondering, you can merge all the esp and the esm files together using Merge Plugin for TESVedit and it still works like a charm.

I used it with several other hair mods and I have over about 300 hairs on a single esp. Along with the skse plugin to disablecache I have quite a nice selection.

is it part of some TERA collection? cuz i cant find it :x

 

 

I know the Armor from Tera, put it seems it have been edited (pants).

So i don't think it's in the Tera Collection. (idk)

 

 

But it's defiently an Armor from the Game TERA Online. Just edited - as i sad.
