It's summertime and Elin 2 is now prancing around in her bikini.  This will be her non-nude body.

If all goes well with little to no problems then Elin 2 will be released by the weekend.

Yes, but Elin 2 only has one body, atm, and it's UNP-based.  You can still use the CBBE armors.

There is to fix some things on Elin race TWO:

 

1) Low definition or high compression of the Lips and teeth, is preferable to have all face/body textures in RAW uncompresed!

 

2) greater quantity and variety of types of Eyeball and Eyebrows

 

3) fingernails little smaller manicured and more cute!

 

4) a navel slightly smaller

 

5) makeup and freckles in anime style slightly a little bit more detailed, high resolution 2K with native support for SKSE ini "2048"

 

6) area of ​​the butt line and buttocks, and genitals are a little bare, a little reminiscent of the Barbie

 

7) We add all nodes/bones for butt and belly on Elin race 2 body if you can

 

 

= Elin "Definitive Edition" :)

Yes, but the body mesh needs to be edited for HDT.  I believe there are instructions to edit existing meshes for HDT.

The skeleton that comes with the beta and the first public release are not from XPMSE.  I guess I'll go ahead and release the modified skeletons and later provide an update.

I'm really fond of the Elin 1.4 UPN body with the wide hips and overall plump body I hope you continue support for that body it's like no other.

  • All of zzJay's hair mods
  • Oblivian
  • Lovely Hairs Lite Version
  • Some random Sims hairs (3 are same as Numenume hairs)

That is why I packed the files into BSAs.  Other than that, if you unpack the BSAs or I provide the loose files, the original hair meshes and textures from this hair pack would overwrite the same files from the same hair mods you already have installed (i.e. Elin-Apachii 1.5 meshes and textures would overwrite the meshes and textures from a pre-installed Apachii 1.5).

 

Once I'm done with what I can for the playable aspect of Elin 2, I can then proceed to NPC replacers.  You would have to speak with Smokermegadrive if you want to replace the FoxShop merchant with an Elin.  He mentioned he might do just that.

 

The wide-hip, chubby UNP body from Elin 1.4 does not look right with Elin 2.  The body looks triangular.  I'll can recreate that body, but since it will be customized for the new skeletons, the body will not be backward-compatible.  You can still use it on Elin 1.4, but the proportions will be off.

The hair pack does not contain the SG hairs and as long as it's forbidden for public sharing, I can't add them.  The fourth I'm not exactly sure, there are well over 268 hairs in the pack.

Yes, as long as you use the BSAs, no files will be overwritten.

New Elin 2 body version is beautiful and well-balanced, does not make sense to recreate the old body version on Elin 2, except as an alternative chubby body option only for fan.. but for me the new one is the right way forward :) 

 

small question:

as the best way to make it less pointed, less angular the chin with ECE v1.2 slider ?  there is a recommended setting for get a cute rounded chin on Elin 2 face ? ^_^

The new body will be for HDT physics and (T)BBP armors.

Elin 2 introduces new face and head morphs.  You should have more options to sculpt the face.

 

When using ShowRaceMenu, are you seeing these sliders?

I have a strange bug about this.. :o

 

Before doing this I have uninstalled and reinstalled Elin race 2 without overwriting the files already present in ECE, etc..

 

now I have the Tail nodes sliders, but a lost some others Elin race slider, a lost the slider "RaceMorph" and  all "Whole Face" sliders (I use NMM, ECE v1.2,

 

DiasableFaceCacheGen v1.1 is SKSE plug-in, XMPMS Extended Skeleton with HDT enabled e extra ECE slidrs)

 

at the first installation of Elin race 2 I had overwritten all files, I had all the race sliders except all Tail nodes sliders,

 

I do not understand why this happens, and how to fix it ? :-/

You are using the XPMSE skeletons released by Groovtama.  To unlock the tail sliders for Elin 2, you will need my edited XPMSE which will be released along with the Elin 2 files.

For now, the extra face morphs have the most importance.

For some reason I could only get the Apachii 1.5 hairs to work. If I installed the Apachii 1.4 patch, every 1.4 hair would just be a duplicate of one of the 1.5 hairs. I have both apachiisky hairs 1.4 and 1.5 installed, and both sets are available on the other races.

 

I extracted the Elin Hairs pack 1.1 in order to install manually and it seems like both hair patches are the exact same size

I'm guessing this is incorrect? Or maybe everyone else is using an updated version I'm not aware of?

 

 

Other than that, everything else is working great. I took a long break from Skyrim and I'm happy to see all of the neat additions to this mod within the past year.

Those Elin-Apachii hair pack contains an older Apachii 1.4.  Apachii updated her hairs sometime after I released the Elin hairs.

I have plans to make some changes to this version of the Elins and that includes an All-in-One hair pack that includes Apachii 1.5 and the latest 1.4, but all this will be awhile.

 

For now, I recommend using only Elin-Apachii 1.5.
