Why does the npc cover themselves when nude after everything is over and they are walking away? Is there a way to turn this off? 

 In devious cursed loot has an option to cover yourself , I am pretty sure Defeat doesn't

 

 

The updated Defeat apparently has this, as I don't have Devious Cursed Loot and this only started after I updated Defeat. Personally I don't mind though. It's a nice touch imo

More Devious Quests also has this. Might be coming from there, if you have the mod.

I believe the cover animation is in all 3 mods - Defeat, DCL and MDQ.

 

I currently dont have MDQ enabled. DCL is on, but cover animation is ticked off. Exhibitionist flag is on, so should stop both DCL and MDQ playing their cover animations anyway.

 

In my game, the cover animation always plays immediately after a defeat assault is completed, and stops playing as soon as the grace period is over and the enemies start attacking again. So it looks like a defeat thing.

I can confirm this. I don't use MDQ either and have the cover animation switched off in DCL. I noticed the same as Chipstick when testing the latest version of Defeat

 Never seen this happen after switching it off in dcl . I have just got the kneeling pose then the struggle bar and then get up run away to regroup.

 

I like the animation but if you happen to be naked and in a fight and pause for a second you cover yourself and are stuck in pose and need to cycle through to some other attack to make the animation stop. sorry i was no help.

This is normal, poses selection depend of the device they have on them, animations with Wri are tied wrist zaz animations, yoke are for yoke etc.

When permanently tied they have no more devices and the animations selection change for chained to floor or ceiling animations, I might add more animation later on though.

Is there some other assets needed for the other tie up options besides rope? I noticed one or two of mine weren't functioning once before I think it was the arm brace or whatever, currently reinstalling all my mods just wondering if there's anything I'm missing.

Oh dang well, just so you know that Armbinder is from Devious Device line, so basically it looks like some Device compatibility is being provided, though its not a hard requirement its an add-on.

You could change the mod so that you initially tie NPCs up using rope but can craft iron or steel manacles to replace them instead of having the "tighten" and "permanently tie" options. It would make a bit more sense though there's nothing seriously wrong with the current implementation.

I can't seem to get skyrim to register this mod. I install it into my data folder but it doesn't appear if I go into the data file option on the skyrim launcher. Anyone know what the problem might be?

So before, when Defeated, my woman PC fell down to the floor or some other animation after a scene... and now it seems she just... stands there.

What borked this?

 

It would also have her covering herself when she was running away.

Yes there is the cover animation playing on a naked victim, I'll make it optional if you want.

your sltools Show again your profesional and full functioniing work. so i come to you with an easy thing,i am waiting for more than a year.

 

your defeat handles rape, but does not go further. once you tried to bring Sd in, via Da, i am happy you went away from that and started to bring a Little from your own,  tie up.

 

now whats missing in sexlab just like your Tool was missing is a simple zaz Animation match maker. all our pc whipping mods are very long and full of unwanted side effects. (prison overhaul, sanguine debouchery, Maria eden).  zaz animations should be part of sexlab, just like the creatures. but they arent.

so what i ask you to do for defeat and as an ownstanding mod is simple torturing the pc after rape with zaz animations.  it cant be that difficult.  whipping on the different furnitures and chains. selectable with your tool.

 

what do you think about that ?

What you want is basically a torture scene as a post assault event on the player? I don't know if I want to do that because this would be very random depending on the aggressors and the situation, for now I'm going to focus fixing what there is in the mod and add little features

I was actually trying to make it play for me. The cover animation along with the laying on the ground animation doesn't seem to be working with my female PC. Mucking with the load order to see if it fixes it.

Has anyone found a solution for the surrender not functioning correctly after a while. You know after you press the surrender key the npcs just look at you then walk away and attack????

Do you have Morality checked? When I surrender they rape.

 

Edit: Oh and list your load order. Might be something blocking it.

Yeap, unchecking Morality and sexuality in Player as victim in MCM menu always let my PC to surrender.

Ok I noticed something odd when updating the newest version of Amorous Adventures. If you have Defeat installed it says you already have a version of this mod but it is using Defeats version number. Same thing if you uninstall defeat, then install Amorous Adventures and try to reinstall defeat. It does the same thing. This is with NMM.

 

I posted this in both threads so both mod authors are aware.

Yea I have both morality and sexuality unchecked. Surrender works sometimes, but other times the npcs stare at me while my character crouches then resume attacking after a few seconds. I can be defeated reliably with DA and Defeat working perfectly. I would say it was a load order thing too, but the surrender key does work sometimes. I dont know anymore. I do have extra enemies in the game from various mods, but they shouldn't affect it should it?

Possible bug/cross mod interference?  (Apologies if already dealt weith.  Been away for a while and may have missed it.  If anyone else has seen this and found an answer, any help would be welcome)

 

Amongst other things, I run both Knock Out Overhaul and Defeat 5.0.1 and Paradise Halls.  Some Defeat script lag seems to exist, ie 'Strafe' bar appears after the dirty deed is done on my PC and well past, but is livable with

 

However, I paralysed an npc and carried them off in the sack.  Let them out and eventually got their health down to bleedout/knockdown.  But on trying to activate PAH with 'E', I  always trigger the KO Knockout, as if the NPC is still KO'd.  The 'Defeat' PAH dialogue will appear with 'G', but then on clicking that, Defeat seems to make my PC character the 'slave'  ie the knocked down NPC stands there with a PAH style whip and has the 'superior' dialogue.  

 

I suppose I could try to bundle my PC into a sack and see where it was taken by its new slaver, but that wasn't quite what I had in mind, as I planned to make my fortune in Skyrim by selling acquiescent, nicely trained NPCs :P

 

Anyone else come across anything like this/have a fix? :shy:

So I'm running Defeat with DAYMOYL, DD assets, integration and expansion, and the game throws a weird bug when I surrender. My character puts her weapon away, turns 180 degrees and freezes in her regular pose, with the enemies acting like i'm just another bandit. Papyrus isn't throwing any errors, and when I go to reload, I get a CTD.

 

Yes I run FNIS, everything is up to date, loot is used, I just can't figure out why it's breaking.

 

Any insight? Also, is there a good "how to" in setting up defeat with DAYMOYL and DD?

 

I appreciate the help.

I've been trying to install defeat through nmm and I keep getting "this mod was not activated," when I try to activate it. Any reccomendations?
