Goubo Posted May 22, 2015 Author Posted May 22, 2015  I have a problem with Strip Options in NPC vs NPC.I set to strip only this parts. enb 2015_05_10 23_33_29_63.jpg   when the bandit defeat my followerhe approaches him and starts to strip parts of the armor that I selected. But when the sex animation begins my follower unequip all remains armor getting completely naked.  Am I doing something wrong?  Defeat's strip function is performed before the sexlab one so you need to check the MCM stripping page of SexLab and disable some of the armor pieces you want to keep on the character.  Ran around to test a few old issues that I had in previous version. It seems like Ash Spawn from Dragonborn DLC still isn't triggering. Anyone have any success? What about Riekling especially Riekling 3p animation? I remember testing Riekling 3p and made compatibility for it but it was quite some time now, I didn't know there was animation for Ash Spawn though, eventhough it should work anyway. Well like I said I need to do more testing with creatures.  Goubo was wondering what happened to the option that was available in previous version where a raped victim will flee right now if i untie them they will simple attack again, instead fleeing the scene. I don't remember putting a fear effect after untie in previous versions? This is the Escape state that make npcs flee, I could easily add it after a untie if you want, no problem.  Is it normal, that the npc- victim attacks when untied after beeing tied-up and raped? Happens all the time to me. Nop they should enter in a trauma or exhausted state if they are enabled but maybe something is wrong with the script, will check.   Btw, wanted to thank you guys for the few donations you gave me, really nice of you and really appreciated.
Llares Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Thanks for your replies, Goubo! I had anorther question. I will quote myself: Â I have an other issue, than the common "walk away". I'm missing some of the options after I beat down a target. I only have rob, rape, tie up, revive, when targeting victim with sheathed weapons and pressing "g"- key. When tied, I cannot choose differerent tie-ups and there is no possibility to put in sack. Â
AdorableDeviant Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Mildly confused. UIExtensions is listed as optional, but the installer made it sound that I would NEED it to run Defeat. Please clarify? Â Â Ok, newest Defeat 5.1.0's MCM menu is quite broken for me. Every heading is prefaced with a '$', and I get what are obviously file labels, like '$installdesc' in one of them, and so on. Anyone know what's going on? Have tried reinstalling it twice, no dice. Â Ok. UIExtensions was the cause, disabled it and the menu went back to normal. I'm a mite confused at this whole matter.

Really sound like it conflict with remains of an older version, weapon out or not doesen't matter anymore all options should appear, you can only put in the sack a NPC that is tied, knocked out, sleeping or dead.  Mildly confused. UIExtensions is listed as optional, but the installer made it sound that I would NEED it to run Defeat. Please clarify?  Are you playing with an English version of the game? Does the mod work normally and you can toggle the MCM options nonetheless?
Loresalef Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Death Alternative and Defeat do not play nicely together, i get CTDs like hell, almost 50% chance for a CTD on trigger. When im lucky and dont get a CTD the next trigger will be 100% one. Â For now turn "Player as Victim" off and my game is stable like before. Hope you can fix this, cause best mod on sexlab

I tested it many times with Death Alternative. Never got a CTD. But I had more the problem that sometimes the Defeat Bleedout wont start and the character counted in combat stance with his spells still equipt so every move with your mouse while in the rape would spin the character because he followed the camera ^^ Original Post: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/19941-defeat-v510/page-371?do=findComment&comment=1184869  I would suggest, in case of DA, to handle it like in V5b3.3 (with this extra slider which set the overall victim chance) The Problem atm is that is that, if both set at 20% health, Defeat and DA fire there Bleedout independently (with DA faster).
Guest Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Love the abduction feature with the sack, but that sack looks little small for a human, and I keep having problem with it when I abducted a random encounter NPC like a vigilants. So,what about use the first stage of zynish rough standing? You pick up and bound a victim, put him/her on your shoulder, and walk all the way home or somewhere else you desire, and you can finger your victims during the transportation while enjoying the look on their faces.
DonQuiWho Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 > @ Goubo / anyone else who might be able to help  Love the addition of the sack and the tie up options. Absolutely spot on!  A quick question, if I may, in case I am doing something wrong?  I installed UI Extensions and couldn't get the 'Pose' option in the 'Tied Up' menu. I shoved the esp it at the bottom of my load order without success. I looked around the Mod Configs, rebuilding Zaz and Sexlab Animations without any luck. I then managed to get it to appear after finding that Defeat's MCM showed the UIExtension Mod as 'OFF'. Once getting it turned on there, the Tied Up' menue now shows the 'Pose' option'  So far so good  However, it only allows access to a limited number of poses, about 15 or 16, all starting APCA30nn ....  Most of those are 'Hanging chained' options  Is that subset all that is available? - or am I maybe still doing something wrong which is preventing me accessing others?......I thought that there are a lot more  Any help would be welcome, pls  Whatever, thanks for this update to what is one of the best mods here, by a long way!  EDIT  I subsequently tried again, and found that the Options to APCA3014 appeared when I tied up the victim permanently.  That would put them in a 'chained on the floor' pose. If I then 'loosened' the tie, so as to be 'Non Permanent', the character moved to a kneeling position and the 'Pose' options available then were tyhe same number of options, but at the other end od the alphabet, starting with 'W' as in 'Wri....' etc. Again, there was no way of moving, ie scrolling etc, beyond the range of options visible  You could then pose the NPC using those, but on applying a 'permanent tie' again, it reverted to the same 'chained to the ground' option, and the options available from the POSE menu again became those at the start of the alphabet up to APCA3014  I have tried the various keys in the DESC page without any apparent result, Am I doing something incredibly, obviously, stupid?   Please do say if I am! LOL
Peiniger Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Somehow I have a problem when I release a NPC from the Sack -> NPC dissapears.

Averlin Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 I had a problem upgrading to v5.1 and even though I got it working, I thought I should mention what happened in case someone else has the same issue. Probably, I just did something wrong, but... the problem - when I upgraded (no clean save), the mcm menu disappeared. I waited a long while, it never reappeared. I did a clean save, another uninstall, reinstall, fnis, none of it helped. Finally, I turned UI Extensions off and back on again in NMM. Then the mcm menu showed up again right away. Because I'd done a clean save I had to redo all my options, but I'm thinking that if I'd turned UI Extensions on and off to begin with, I probably wouldn't have had to do all that.
originalwankster Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Weird, Defeat just suddenly stopped working for me. Installed 5.1 for a new playthrough, and it worked fine up until about an hour in. Now when I try to surrender my char just says "You win I submit" but the enemies don't seem to care and combat keeps going. If I get knocked down I either get right back up and stay in combat, or I stay down but enemies just keep attacking me. Using the clean feature didn't help. Â Going to do a new save and see if it happens again.

From what I understand one of the updates to Death Alternative made it so it doesn't work right if you add it to a save that's already in progress.
2Dimm Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 defeat + sanguine debauchery + death alternative make my game CTD 80% of the time i'm on bleed out I personally dont recommend using all the 3 mod, disabling sanguine debauchery solve my CTD problem

ttpt Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 I run wet and cold, frostfall and the regular version of aroused (redux is less script intensive but I don't need that) in all my installations and I've never run into CTDs with defeat. Cloak spells don't necessarily cause CTDs, even if they're the sort that have a constant effect. Script latency is manageable and tied heavily to your frame rate, if you can manage between 30 and 60 frames you should be relatively ok, if you can get over 60 constantly then you're not gonna have many if any script issues. Â Now everybody please stop trying to be smug and unhelpful. Â Older versions of Defeat's implementation of a DA trigger had a peculiarity that it would not register itself properly if you had installed Defeat first on a game without DA. That's not really a big issue nowadays, because DA has an option to manually register those triggers, it also had an auto option but I would highly recommend manual, since you can install defeat and make sure it's properly installed and MCM ready before you add it do DA. Â There's also the other thing where using the health threshold setting for defeat in conjunction with DA is a really bad idea, since they perform the exact same function. If you're gonna use DA, turn off the health threshold setting. Using the stamina threshold and the weapon knockout seems ok, since they're unlikely to interfere. Â Â Â As for an actual CTD report, I was having a problem where NPC vs NPC rape was having an issue, if you have their setting to trigger on both health threshold and bleedout and with last enemy turned off and the assault chance at 100%, if two different enemies trigger a rape attempt on an NPC the two enemies would do the undress animation but only one of them would assault the NPC. After the attack is over and the assaulted NPC is dead the game would crash on an attempt to save, this would happen unless I performed defeat's clean up function after the assault is done, and saving would not cause a CTD. This lead me to believe that yes, if two assaults are triggered at the same time but only one of them goes through the game won't like that very much. This is a very specific circumstance and tailored for the highest chance of assault on an NPC. This is for NPCs not for followers.
fancydoctor Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 I ran into a problem with surrendering in Defeat. Whenever I surrender to a bandit, my character is stripped and is crouched down, but the rape animation doesn't play. The bandit just stands there and looks at my character. I don't know how to fix this.
tentail Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 How do you surrender to creatures? I try surrender to Riekling, it does not work
originalwankster Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 Alright, it's happened again. Start new game, Defeat works fine, screw around for a bit, and by about an hour in Defeat just totally stops working right.
nutluck Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 Ok yep I confirm what some others are saying, after awhile Defeat just stops working. It works fine for awhile but eventually it just stops. You can't surrender and if you get knocked down you enter into bleedout but when the NPC walks over they pause a moment and then keep attacking again. Here is the zip so you can hopefully see what is going on. I am seeing errors and aborting after tagging NPCs. Â Â
LibertyPrime Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 Got another bug to report. Â Raping enemies does not seem to work at all. Either by making the enemy surrender or while they're sleeping (with stealth rape). If I try to do it, literally nothing happens. The game doesn't lock up, no bugs, no error messages.
fancydoctor Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 Oh, and another bug. I have it set to when I'm knocked down, that My companion gets raped, too. but when the animation starts, my character gets raped, but my companion/follower is just stripped and down on the ground. The rape animation doesn't play, I have NPC VS NPC enabled, but I'm not sure what is going on. And like to remind when I press the surrender hotkey and the surrender process happens with the dialogue, and you click the part where your character is supposed to get raped by the bandits/others, my character is down on the ground/crouching animation, but the NPC inititating rape animation just stands there and doesn't do anything. What is going on?

What is going on?  Just stands there eh?  That's not a Defeat issue, Defeat hands off to Sexlab, Sexlab initiates the sex, which if your FNIS installation isn't just right will fail.  I cant say for your case which set up your going to need there are so many variables that Im in the dark here on.  Check list FNIS latest 5.4 Creatures 5.1 PCEA Female Animations Armbug  Did you install some other animation and not re-run FNIS  Defeat comes with animations did you re-run FNIS after installing defeat?  There's just a lot of different things that have to be done to get this to work and I have no idea what you did. Alright, it's happened again. Start new game, Defeat works fine, screw around for a bit, and by about an hour in Defeat just totally stops working right.  This seems to be the entire theme of all posters recently.  I'm not having a problem with Defeat.  I cannot assist you either you have provided no useful information.  I ran into a problem with surrendering in Defeat. Whenever I surrender to a bandit, my character is stripped and is crouched down, but the rape animation doesn't play. The bandit just stands there and looks at my character. I don't know how to fix this.  For some reason Sexlab failed to start.  So you could have script lag or you could have not applied FNIS correctly, you just have not provided enough information to go on here. I run wet and cold, frostfall and the regular version of aroused (redux is less script intensive but I don't need that) in all my installations and I've never run into CTDs with defeat. INI files  Tests to see that the mod does not in fact work on a new game with only the base mods needed for the test. In other words turn off the other mods run new game if problem persists than maybe its a defeat issue. Note this must be as clean as possible which isn't possible for most users.
Teruke Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 that female rapist on male using cowgirl animations still doesn't work for me. it puts female as male. Â Another thing i tried is taunting a neutral npc until he started attacking and then surrendering, then taunting another neutral npc and surrendering. For the second surrender the first npc was the one that came and initiated dialogues, where i imagine the secound one should have since he was the hostile one.
fancydoctor Posted May 23, 2015 Posted May 23, 2015 I have all the things you listed already installed, but the rape animation plays when knocked down with the wound/exhaustion auto hit thing. But when I manually surrender with the hot key, I get the dialogue, my character is crouched down. But the Raper NPC doesn't start the animation. Same goes for my companion. I try clicking "update FNIS behavior" but I still get the problem.
