I may be wrong but:  it would seem that the new DEFEAT MOD my run better when it is the DOMINATE MOD !!!! AKA overwrite other mods , last mod loaded overwrites all other MODS

Any chance of surrender for creatures? It's pretty great so far, but only works with humans. A primitive action with animals (eg. Get on the floor on knees) might work as a surrender gesture for animals.

i think you were unlucky because it just happens with the 3 chracters on the throat of the world :/

but since i dont know how this mod works i may be wrong therefore i hope goubo will answer soon

my papyrus log isnt showing errors when the grabbing message comes but when they resist there is a resist message therefore i've got no idea

I have retested Defeat with both Submit and Sanguine Debauchery turned completely off and I still cannot get Defeat to trigger. Nor can I get Sanguine Debauchery to trigger but that is another thread.

 

I am using mod organizer

 

Some things:

Adjusting the sliders in Defeat does nothing.

I was having an issue with not being able to rape people, I play as a female and whenever I grab someone it says they resisted. I've also knocked people down and when I hit the hotkey it only gives me the option to kill or revive them.

 

My character has been raped before in combat and i can use other sexlab spells to have sex but I can't seem to get the rape to work?

 

I have F to M rape enabled and everything.

 

Also the option come up for my male character, could it be only male characters can rape other male characters?

got something strange, after updating defeat it kills all my safegames. a masseges pops up right after loading that says this savegame is corrupted and cannot be used.

 

scary ive just aktivated defeat and nothing else done lvl 1 char right after leaving the prisoncell.

lucky its only this char...

will try a fresh one and see what happens there.

 

never killed a savegame befor...^^

its only that one char dont know whats wrong there but one the fresh one everything works so far.

I also have another concern when I play has my male character the "Necrophilia" animation beings then the vitcim just dies and the animation breaks. Do you have a solution?

I believe you must reanimate the dead with a spell first  ?? hope it helps  if you wait to long victim can regenerate health and pass the MCM MENU RAPE threshold  (threshold set at 30% health ) if it passes that health amount victim is do longer in the RAPE threshold  you may need to attack them again after you untie them to put below the rape theshold

Seems to be running a lot smoother now with the 5b2.1 version. Like the new opportunities for escape and HUD text. But struggle bar still doesn't remember config, and trying to get an aggro NPC to submit failed, fine, but trying again caused a CTD. Other than that, seems good.

Did anyone figure out if you can use threshold % in defeat if you are also using DA?

Or do you have to uninstall DA for threshold to work?

Threshold works if i remove DA but that means SD+ wont work.

I believe if you are using DA then threshold doesn't work as DA takes over.

 

Wait is this true?

Does this mean if DA is present Defeat rape will only trigger during down state?

A health threshold of say 75% health at 20% chance will never trigger?

Just installed it

 

Everything works fine for me except creature rape

 

they just kill me...

 

And I did all of the following:

 

clean install

refreshed sexlab

Enabled creature animations

ran fnis

The worst thing that kills me is player as victim, the knock down rape doesn't work for V5b2.1 at all. However, V5b1.1 did work if I set knock down value to 50% for HP only. 

 

Knockdown rape for V5b1.1 still not work if I keep the default value.

 

Are you using DA?

Did you clean your save like the link below?

Because 5b2.1 works fine with and without DA(at least for me it does). If you using DA it doesnt kick in untill you enter bleedout state.

Would be nice if threshold system worked with DA tho :D

 

 

Yes, DA used!

 

5B2.1 doesn't work when entering DA bleedout state. And strange thing is when entering bleedout with 5B2.1, my char will get up and recovered with full HP immediately.

 

I will try clean save to upgrade defeat from 1.1 to 2.1 later.

Just installed it

 

Everything works fine for me except creature rape

So here's what's happening in my game:

 

My character is defeated, and Death Alternative kicks in, handing over to Defeat since it's the only 'bleed out' option. Rape happens, it all works fine, and then when it's over, my character is sitting down looking all distraught (as she should). I'm given the struggle bar, and when I hit the keys it all works great! My character gets up and is prompted to run. She gets far enough away and Defeat lets go, giving me free reign to do as I please.

 

All this sounds perfect, right? Well, almost. The issue is that once Defeat is done, it *is* letting go and not allowing Death Alternative to do it's thing... so no robbery events, SD+ never kicks in, that sorta thing. As I mentioned above, Defeat is the only possible 'bleed out' event currently, I assume because it set itself that way. Do I need to add some probability to the default event for DA to work properly? I will if that's what's necessary, but I was really hoping Defeat would hand things back to DA on its own, so rape could happen and then whatever else.

 

Or maybe it's just my game and it's working fine for others? I'd like to know.

I've loaded this up, but I haven't had anyone rape me. Let me tell you what I did to make sure I didn't so something funky when uninstalling the old version and installing this one.

 

First, I loaded up my game and uninstalled Defeat 2.0 from within MCM. I made a clean save then deleted the old .esp and scripts. I double checked and made sure that I deleted every script I found with "SexLabDefeat" in the name. I then dropped the new files into my data folder. I ran FNIS. I also ran BOSS.

 

I then started up Skyrim and opened the MCM to configure. The first thing that I noticed is that I now have 2 entries in MCM for SexLab Defeat. One is completely empty. The other has all the configurables that it should have. I'm not sure if this is because I missed an associated file when I was deleting or not. I searched my hard drive for "SexLabDefeat" and it only turned up the files from version 3.0.

 

I went out into the world to find bandits to fight. Instead of raping me, I was just getting killed. So, I figured maybe my health was set too low. I went in and set it to 80%. Surely, these guys couldn't kill me too quickly with my health set that high! But, they still killed me. No one attempted to rape me, at all. So, it wasn't a matter of one trying to rape me while the others beat on me.

 

I'm not sure if I've set up something wrong or if this is a bug.

 

Edit: I forgot to mention that I did install the new Get Up Faster mod that is now required.

 

I've had this issue with every version of Defeat I've used.  It's mildly frustrating but never struck me as a bug.  Before level 3 to 5 (somewhere in there) either my character or the bandit just seem to kill each other too quick and it's too hard to get a knockdown vs kill.   MAYBE it's just the knockdown calculation formula needs to be tweaked a bit for those first few levels?  *shrug*  After all, it SHOULD be easier to rape a character with no combat experience than a highly skilled one.

 

 

All that said...  Will the newest version with the surrender option conflict or overlap with Sexlab Submit?

 

And my last request / suggestion (beyond the one I asked in a different thread),,,  How about some sort of control for using Cowgirl vs Strap-On animations?  Sexlab Misc Features and Sexlab's controls have never worked there for me and all I end up with are pegging animations all the time.

I don't have Death Alternative installed (unless you're talking about a Submit option?  I haven't memorized all the mods here, lol), so it MAY be a conflict between that and Defeat.

 

Barring that....  What I HAVE noticed in my own game, is that sometimes the robbery option takes about 5 or so seconds to initialize.  If you're running an insane number of mods like I am, it may just be taking your machine time to sort thru all the scripts and let the robbery one kick in.  Try sitting there and looking vulnerable for a little bit before you get up and see if that allows the robbery and faction events to kick in.

Got it working! 

 

(I think...with Death Alternative, at least in some quick early tests)

 

For those of you having issues with Death Alternative activating, update it. 4.51 of DA is up, and it's made all the difference for me.

 

One big trick, for the other DA settings to kick in, lower the priority setting for Defeat (it's in the 'On Bleedout' menu in DA, one of just the 2 entries). It's set at 80 by default, which seems to prevent Bleedout from continuing as Defeat appears to heal the PC, and the other DA events (except necromantic absorption) are all 'On Blackout'. That's what happens if you don't get up from Bleedout. I did find that with the cooldown added for Defeat scenes DA does seem to work fine if you don't get away and they resume attacking.

 

I'll report in later, if I run into problems, but I've run a few controlled tests (indoor small area with just a couple bandits and my PC) and it's working fine. I think outdoors 'All Down' in Defeat can get hinky if there's other mobs in the vicinity (even bunnies, maybe!).

 

If there's any lingering issue, in one test there was a summoned ally (Avenging Spirit from the Apocalypse Spells mod) when the scene started, but it was gone part way through. My PC was left on the ground (stay down option in Defeat) and was stuck like that, waiting for a mob that no longer existed to take it's turn. Only time it happened, so I think there's probably a connection there.

Thanks for pointing out that DA has a 4.51 version, @LTD... Mod Organizer isn't showing an update for some reason, so I never would have even thought to check.

 

It's a bit late for me right now, but I'll give this a try tomorrow and see what happens. In the meantime, I have a question regarding lowering the priority of Defeat... what did you lower it to, and what did you set the other option to? Greater than zero?

 

@ShadowHawk: Death Alternative is a mod that does... basically what it says in the title. Defeat integrates into it with this latest version, and SD+ does as well. You can get it from the Nexus here, but the author is also on Lovers Lab.

Hi there, encountered 2 strange events:

 

Companion: Serana

Location: Graywinter Watch

Event: Trolls won't initiate rape, instead just blasted away. If I leave Serana outside, trolls will run to entrance and start attack invisible enemy.

 

Companion: Serana

Location: Shimmermist Cave

Event: When Serana being raped 3 times by 3 Charus, after the rapes were completed she kneels and knocking the ground, refusing to get up and dressed no matter what I do.

Don't know if this is happening to anyone else, after getting hit character falls down on knee's breathing heavy (bleedout),  the bar appears on bottom for escape for long period of time, but aggressors can't seem to find player. when player goes to knees after being hit or bleedout, it is like the player became invisible and the aggressors or npcs  even if looking directly at player will  turn away and start searching. (if you use strafe keys and it gives me a long time and get up only then do npcs find me) however they just attack and this whole cycle starts over again.

Do you have a follower that is waiting far away?

With DA once a NPC has raped your char he will not attempt to do it again for 5 minutes so if he defeats you again DA will do other events, SD+ for example I suppose. So far all of this is normal, remember that is WIP, I would like to make it so DA's events kicks in right after a Defeat scene with all my quests registered to it.

And before someone asks, no DA will not be mandatory, I have my own system to trigger post-assault quests.

Zandra - This bug is wierd, it's like the OnHit event don't even register... try to uninstall & install again in the MCM menu and save & reload

Yeah All Down check if aggressors are not still in combat, I can't really check if an aggressor's shitty AI decide to attack an evil bunny before raping you serenely you know. ^^

It's for this kind of situation that the struggle bar appears in previous version but it seemed to confuse people so it will only appears when at least one of your follower is still in combat, but if it works properly the player will automatically get up after 15 seconds if the aggressor his not here.

 

About your issue, did the summoned npc has reached you before he disappears? Don't your char got up after 15sec?

these options allready exists in previous version i guess

no no the difference is: if you fail to defeat the npc there comes a "Resisted:xx%"

But I often get an sound like an lesser power that is not charged yet and then an message: "you did not successfully grabbed the victim" or something like that

would like to know what goubo meant to say with this message

 

This message appears when you succeed the move but the animation didn't trigger properly, it can happen quite often if there is a wall behind the victim for example, sometimes the animation just don't want to trigger, most of the time switching to bare fists when you have a weapon and retrying is enough but yeah buggy anim, if only I could redone it so it works 100% of the time.

No followers, started fresh game and went to first bleak hills barrow tower outside. (outside bandits)

 

edit: tested further If I go inside such as a dungeon... mod seems to work ok.  Problem occurs if  outside.
