The image author could not identify it in the image thread in which she originally posted the image, although she happily identified several other meshes.  This one continues to elude me.

This armor looks badass not too skimpy but very angelic. I know where i can find the wings and halo but the armor stumps me.

Just subscribe to it and then click play and it will auto download from the launcher.

 

Then if you want your own personal copy so you don't have to do that every time, go into your data folder and copy the files to a separate folder. Then you can unsubscribe from it and always have it still.

That miiight be the cloak from Roadstroker's Rogue Sorceress, but I don't see the lower part. Might be hidden by the angle though.

Looking over some of the other pictures from the set, I can definitely see the same kinds of stitching on the cloak, so I guess that's it.
