I know Wet & Cold comes with cloaks with that shape, possibly Frostfall too. Not sure what cloak mod if any they got the resource from.

That's Lady Keaira! The original was made for Lady Body by Krista. But there's a UNP version too.

First looks like Cabal's retex of the Ebony Armor, the gold variant. Second looks like parts of .Jinhua Cat Outfit, which can be found here in the UNPB BBP conversion thread. No idea what the rest of the parts are from
