Yes, take a look at the existing Raider rape source code... learn papyrus and AAF XMLs, and add it yourself.  There is also a faction I added to make the raiders and gunners non violent. I think that's probably in the main script... Honestly I have no idea anymore Especially with the huge differences between the original Hardship and the TSEX version.

 

The answer isn't as flippant as it sounds. The way most people get into modding and gamedev is trying to make something that they want for themselves.

Bondage plank board in screenshot belongs to a certain mod or it's an exclusive TSEX's asset, a specific Crazy's animation? I searched for it in workshop and I couldn't find anything like that.

It's a TSEX asset I put together from junk in the vanilla game files in nifscope.  There's one or two other kitbashed bondage devices in there. Feel free to poke around the files and take whatever you like (That's mine), to use in other mods... I really hate that none of this stuff really got used. They were pretty cool.

Yes, I also remember a shock bowling pin. These items appears in punishment scenes involving Queen Isabel and bad boyfriend.
