They never show up as my offsprings. When I check them the childs just don't have a father listed.

Do you have an option to show who the father is? You pay prestige I think. If the child is yours, there's an option to adopt.

Yes I have. It costs 100 prestige.

Good. Because that's how you see if it's yours. If he's good, adopt him. That's what I do when I have a potential heir that's super Chad.

Since was bored, and like this mod , fixed the Memories button so you can have character history back  and made a Scrollable Modifier box so you won't be stuck with just 10 Modifiers.

The files goes into this mod folder Gui ... overwrite it .

Edit fixed the scrollbox to be more perfect in layout and more amount of modifiers shown.

window_character.gui

finally found that this mod causes nonstop "initializing game" loading screen for my game. just a heads up.

If you have no idea how to order this mod , then don't use mods ... this one needs Physical Attribute to work. and must be last on the list cause of the window_character.gui

Anything that also uses window_character.gui will offcourse conflict with it , since the last mod on the list will use their character.gui

Does this mod currently work with the latest update? I haven't played in a long while and am just coming back.

It works mostly. No crashes or anything but the birth control feature doesn't work for me.

By any chance do you know what carnalitas mod version you run and if it has anything done to it?

I may need to upgrade Carnalitas. No idea if it conflicts with the birth control features.

I may have to as well. I have to check the full thread for updates on this mod and Carnalitas to be sure. I can't see myself playing the game without this mod.

Carnalitas framework and the Slavery Expansion have different birth control coding, with CSE being focused on spouses and concubines through character interactions, whilst the base Carnalitas option is via a Decision for the player character.  As such I think it's unlikely there's any conflict causing an issue here.

I would note that you need to enable Carnalitas Birth Control rule  in game rules for either to work.

Does anyone know if this mod is currently working? I'm not sure if it's this mod or Carnalitas that is making my game crash. If someone does have a working version of this mod and Carnalitas together, would you mind putting them in a megaupload or Dropbox?

CSE shouldn't cause any crashing.  Carnalitas will crash under 1.8, but you can download the fix patch mod (look for GUK_Fix_Carn) to stop that happening.

Which one is that? Because I downloaded that and the game did load at all.

Sounds like you are having wider issues with installing mods manually in that case.  Ultimately if you are on CK3 1.8 or higher (current is 1.8.1) then Carnalitas crashes on unpause, which my fix patch mod addresses, but you'll need both in your load order ahead of CSE before you can look at any other issues.

Yeah I was crashing in a handful of days ingame time. I tried loading the game removing mod after mod. I'll give a try when I get the chance. Spent my last few days off trying to play only to play vanilla.

I tried several times when I got home. It kept crashing after a few days of game time. I tried switching the load orders and it didn't help anything. It's only those two mods now

If you're still crashing with Carnalitas and GUK_Fix_Carn, then Paradox Launcher is failing to load one of the mods properly.  Your error log may help identify this.

Try this thread for advice to make sure they're installed correctly and that the Paradox Launcher finds them properly.

Fixed it. Just reinstalled carnalitas and the gui mod you made. Still running tests. I did see the error log forgetting where it was because I haven't read one since ck2...

Not sure if it's this mod or CSR (Slavery Reimagined), but my slaves disappears randomly. I open the tab and some slaves are no longer there, no notification or anything. Can't find them with slave trait either in find character. Anyone have this issue?

I see slaves disappear, but I assume they are just dying.  The only notifications I've ever received about a slave dying is if I've pinned them or if they are an educator for a child or something like that, then I'll get an "Acquaintance died" message.

On a completely different note, I noticed that I was accumulating Tyranny from some unknown source even though I tend to avoid most decisions that increase Tyranny.  I eventually figured out that it came from cases where I enslave prisoners of my religion (I think?)--e.g. hunters who I imprisoned for mapping my lands for a murder plot or prisoners taken during war.  The confirmation pop-up says I can rightfully enslave the prisoner because they are a criminal and does not list any negative effects.  However, I have checked my Vassals reactions before and after and Tyranny increases by 2 points each time I've enslaved a prisoner like this.  Not sure if this is intended or a bug, but if it's intended it should definitely appear in the confirmation window.
