Looks like an AE vs SE compatibility issue.  Looks like you're using the wrong version of something. 

 

I'm not running AE while everything is being sorted out, so I don't know.  The message saying "a new Skyrim Patch has been released" says SKSE is not the right version for the Skyrim version you are running.  I'm staying away from AE for now, maybe someone running it can give you more detailed advice.

As I said above, I'm not using AE so I don't know exactly.  But it does seem some of your versions are conflicting, otherwise you should not get this error message asking you to use another version of SKSE. 

 

SkyUI is not the problem, the error message says that SkyUI won't work because SKSE is not running.  So SKSE is the problem, not SkyUI.  Without SKSE, a lot of mods won't work.

I am using the latest version of SKSE64 AE.
