(Solved) Skyrim AE won't start using SL Framework 1.64b

As the title states, I'm on AE version 1.6.323, with version 2.1.3 of skse installed. I downloaded and installed v1.64b of Sexlab Framework, but am unable to get my game to run. I've isolated it to the basic Sexlab Framework package. My game runs fine without it. I've tried running as basic as possible, removing all mods except what was absolutely neccesary (Address Library, FNIS, SkyUI SE, XPMSSE , and the dependencies that these mods have on their own), still crashing before I even hit the bethesda logo. Also worth mentioning that I use LOOT to sort my load order. Below I've listed my papyrus log below. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Was there supposed to be a point in copy pasting all those links which I had already looked over? I already mentioned in my initial post that I was using the proper version of the framework.

Anyways, if anyone sees this thread later on, this got solved for me after I updated my game to 1.6.342, making sure to update skse, address libraries, and papyrus as well. My install is working fine now. I know the framework specifically mentioned 1.6.323, but this is what worked for me.
