I'm always looking for new followers that aren't just another YoungEager generic voice. Looks don't matter; unless the follower is already exceptionally sexy, I'm just going to use VNPC to replace their face and body with a hot waifu follower. I also don't care much about their combat prowess or equipment, since I'm probably going to tweak that myself.
 

No, what I'm interested in is personality—someone who feels more like a person and not a brainless doll to stick my character's dick in. I'm particularly partial to followers who come with their own quests, but a good enough personality is enough for me. So far, I've used and enjoyed:

 

Vilja

Mirai

Arissa

Sofia

Auri

Lielle

Anna NPCs

 

I'm also looking for bros to come along, especially ones that can share a woman with me. So far, I've liked:

 

Lucien

Kaidan

Inigo

 

Any other suggestions? (I'm also very open to full quests that happen to come with a follower beyond just a generic voice).

Nether's Eola? Available here at LL. I'm not sure about quests but the byplay between she and Nimphaneth is fun if you don't mind doing a bit of light cannibalism to get them.

Nimph is FemaleYoungEager though but you could always re-record her lines in SKVASynth with a character from another game it supports, if you remember to change the output volume.

The best companions for a male player in Skyrim (in my opinion) are Sasha and Jenny in Sex Slaves.  Here's a quote:

 

"I'm just glad I can bring both Jenny and Sasha with me. Their interactions with each other are hilarious."

 

And, he is right.  I don't play Skyrim without them.  They are a kick to have with you.

 

I know I wrote this mod and am blowing my own horn, but the above is all true.

I would definitely recommend Rigmor of Bruma - fully voiced and with an extensive quest.  There is also Rigmor of Cyrodiil which is a continuation.  I haven't played that one yet but have no reason to think it's anything but excellent.

 

M'Rissi A Tail of Troubles (new version), Recorder (make sure to get the unofficial fixes patch), Aurlyn Dawnstone  and Ambriel were all good.  Worth a playthrough at least once.

 

For male followers I've wanted to try Hoth but just never got around to it (yet).

 

Still though, you've already tagged my favorites - Sofia, Auri and Inigo.

Nether's Frea too, with the bonus that almost every voice pack includes her.

 

There's always Serana with the Serana Dialogue Add-on by Martimus. For me she can come off as a bit of a prig but if you can put up with naggy, jealous Vilja I'd say you've got a high tolerance to begin with.

 

Confession: Actually this is my first playthrough without Vilja in many years. I haven't ground my teeth down to the gums. RPing Inigo and Sofia as being out of phase with each other, and Eola and Nimph as being too absorbed in each other and you to notice anything that's not a fight or a fight and then a feast.

Have to complement this List with Gor from INPC. He doesn't have as many Quest related content as Zora, but he is quite charming in his own right ? And his Voice Actor nails his appearance and character

 

Also there is Ran from Maelstrom. Very Unique looks.

A lot of mods that touch a ton of records just don't end up being worth the headaches of endless patching or incompatibilities that exclude other mods you might want to use.

 

But iNPC... iNPCs is absolutely worth all that trouble.

 

One of the things I especially appreciate about it is that it instantly adds a nice middle ground between vanilla characters who barely say anything and complicated mega-followers like Lucian or Inigo with thousands of lines of dialogue. iNPCs gives you a whole brace of characters you can choose to interact with for just their quest (if they have one, not all do), a few adventures or so, a big chunk of your playthrough, or not at all!

 

They're complex enough to be worth interacting with more if you want to, simple enough to not feel like you're missing out if you don't, and diverse enough to cater to a ton of tastes and playstyles.

Aurlyn Dawnstone for me. Her story is quite a bit over the top but the rest aren't cheesy like most other mods.

 

iNPC is up there too. My favorite at the time was Jade due to her unusual personality for a follower but the rest are generally good too. I haven't play this mod for over a year now so I can't really comment much

 

Livia is another good follower. And Vilja too, but her voice is like she have a pillow in her mouth

 

Sofia, Recorder, Ambriel are ok 

 

.......

 

Inigo is the only male follower I could play with for an extended period of time

 

Used to have both Lucien and Kaiden but ended up unessential and kill them both after a few hours
