In a few days I will upload a test version of NR6.5. This version doesn't continue the story yet, but adds a new intro. My original plan was to make a third and last quest mod, but it'll be impossible for me to maintain three quest mods, so I decided to introduce it in Nuka Ride. 

 

I have finished asking for the permissions and making the outfits for CBBE and FG. 

 

My test lasted 6 hours.

 

The bad thing is that it's not finished, but time is running out so I'll continue to work again next year, so I'd better take advantage of it and upload a version to polish and write down some cool ideas from the users. 

 

I'm writing the final fight these days.

Hey can I make a suggestion? When you finally get to the end of the mod could you maybe make it where the OB can become a follower if you were his bitch? It would be really awesome to have him there to explore the Commonwealth with you.

Love the new drop! I was up to 3:00 AM playing it. No sex yet.

Your writing and plot development is great.

Only problem I have seen is scene hangs. I get a spinning wheel that never completes.

Normal fix is to Save followed by reload. That pops it free.

Worst hang is at hunt, where two raiders show up. They do not speak, and I can not talk to Halden (sp) or them. I can't move.

Tried all my tricks; disable/enable on each of them, including me. Tried multiple times.

Had to resort to setstage to get past it. No apparent ill effects.

I was checking and I forgot to increase the distance for that dialogue. If the actors go over the minimum distance the scenes tend to hang, so I have to increase them. I corrected it in the new version 6.5.0b.

Saw that an alternate start was being written. Not at all important to have a lot of sex scenes at the start. This writing stands on it own. Will definitely check it out when it gets done.

 

I only have one question. The Dolled up quest had me pick a companion and fix us up for a meeting with one of Overboss's old chums. I don't think we ever went to that meeting. Did I miss something or is that something that might come in the future? Will the main story continue after the alt-start?

Thank you. Yes, there is still a lot to tell/finish. Cassius, the Overboss' friend. The final enemy that has a dog's name, the mirelurk going to law school, and a bunch of other stuff. But that will be left for NR7.

1-He probably won't allow you to wear common clothes. But that can be very disruptive or annoying, I don't know yet. It's not fun to walk in heels through the wasteland, right?

 

2-Raiders and gunners should be non-aggressive if you have him as companion. Contextually, the raiders are afraid of him and the gunners are allies. But I don't know if that would be convenient/fun if you want to do vanilla quests. 

 

3-I'm probably going to block every AAF scene if you have him as companion. No cheating in front of him. Even if you manually try to run an AAF scene with another character, my script should block it when he's present. He would only allow solo scenes or scenes with him.

 

But that would screw up other mods like Violate, if you have it installed. So there are pros and cons.

 

4-I remember I installed a mod where this companion (I think it was Piper) had a dominant attitude and from time to time she would ask you for things. The idea seemed good but I realized it was very disruptive. I remember that I wanted to build a settlement in Gray Garden and this woman asked me to do something, but I refused because it didn't seem like a good time for her games. The third time I rejected her I got a black screen and she sent me to a raider base as a prisoner.?

All my posts are about the new test version.

Distance seems to hit a number of scenes.

When I was waiting to clean up Kellog's dinner, I got the prompt to clear dishes. I was frozen.

This was only fixed by console player.moveto and kellog's ID. Then I could activate him and the scene progressed.

 

 

Quirky bug: the iron clothes animation is for a hammer hitting a rifle (I think). Two places.

 

Third person bug: Quite often the character in third person after a scene hangs. Can not move. This is fixed by switching to first person.

If you haven't already, maybe you could check out Submissive Lola for Skyrim for ideas of a post NR7 OB follower.

 

The whole point of it is to have a dominant owner but not get too invasive so you can actually play the game. Great care has been put in to make it stable too, so the Skyrim jank is minimal.

Finished the test drop intro quest.

This was the best written Quest I have used this year. Well done! Outfits are spectacular - once I tamed Bodyslide. And BodyTalk 3.

 

I will just mention that if Ryder defeats the Overboss, he is now the Overboss.

If our little PC defeats Ryder, by the rules she is now the Overboss...

 

Looking forward to 2024, to see where this goes.

I definitely want more hunts with Grandpa, and more fun time with Sophie.

No idea how the Audition will go if my PC became damaged goods from dark chocolate...

Just that alone makes me look forward to 7 even more. Hell, I never even thought about ripping his head off once. Playing as Nora.. never finished without removing his head a least 8 times. LOL

Not to mention Dallas & Patti are bloody awesome!!

  • Fixed Sophie's name. ?
  • I put more conditions to the dialogs of the hunting quest. It's just for consistency. For example, you could choose not to hunt any animal, and yet you could still complain that you weren't going to eat "because you saw all those guts". 
  • The final fight had a problem with the special camera. No matter how hard I tried to force my special camera, it wouldn't finish kicking. But I have finally adjusted it so it starts as it should. 
  • There is a generic Operator roaming around the Kiddie Kingdom and sending everyone to attack him, breaking the flow of my scenes. This raider belongs to a small quest where an Operator demands caps from you, only to later regret it because he didn't know that "you are the Overboss". I decided to kill this quest. A new save will probably be required. 
  • It turns out that my napkin (the one that removes big red spank marks) was missing to add one more spanking overlay so that it could be removed. Unfortunately for this type of fix a new game is required. Not big deal. 
  • Fixed a bug where Shelbie/Larsen did not give you the bag of groceries needed to advance the Home Chores quest. 
  • Fixed the route where the main character rejects the Overboss. 
  • Added a new cheat in the Alternate Start section where you can skip preparing all meals. Note: It is only available for those who have Horizon installed. If you don't have it, the cheat will warn you that it will not proceed. @Heinz01
  Reveal hidden contents

  • Now it doesn't matter which version of Maid Outfit you have (with or without physics). The mod is ready to detect any of them and give you the necessary outfits. 
  • You can now deactivate the field of petals in Nuka Town again. This includes the bubble field in the fountain. Miscellaneus section. @izzyknows

 

 

Think you've already fixed/had reported most the things i noticed, couple of minor things

 

Hunting quest, while the mole rat was above ground wouldn't let me carry so had to use cheat

Maid/Appartment quest, first time i entered it had the overboss note about the furniture which occurs later on in the game, furniture was also present

Personal opinion...



While the alternative start was an interesting play through and i can kinda believe that raiders like Nisha might make exceptions for the children of a previous gang member/old acquaintence and be nice the overall tone seems way to good guy/girl for a park taken over by a gang of evil raiders, change a couple of titles and this could be about the minute men, so it didn't really feel like it had the edge of danger/being in a dangerous place like when i played it through with the original/nora start

You know, I hadn't given it much thought about that. ?

 

The original ending was always that. The protagonist killing the bad guy, but since we're not used to killing in NR, I added an optional ending where you convince the guy to back off. 

 

You basically tell Oswald that you'll talk to Ryder, to which he'll give you a suit of armor with which you can convince Ryder. 

 

Of the endings, this is the only one that gives you extra points for training.

 

 

Fallout doesn't have an animation of an npc ironing, so I used something that would sort of fit, that's why there's an armor bench animation on the ironing board.

Great mod, thank you very much. I didn’t experience such emotions in the original fallout 4. Joy when I danced with Adolf, warmth in conversations with Music, hatred of the Overboss for the wedding ring, etc. Just great. By the way, I always thought that Adolf would demand something from me after the dance, but no, he turned out to be a worthy guy, and I poisoned him with beer(

Have you played Sexlab Sex Slaves(MiasLair)?
This mod has a dominant follower Andrew, he have a concept similar to that you described.
I think you should look at him, he might give you some ideas.
For example, I think sex blocking in the form of a punishment rather than a full script blocking would look more natural. Also Andrew's rules are slowly changing, you could do something like that too.

I'm happy to see you were already planning it! :) I'm sure whatever you figure out will be awesome! Personally, I've been trying to build up a game around NR where I don't do a lot of fighting myself. I try to have companions do most of the heavy lifting combat-wise and focus my efforts on settlement building (nightclubs, strip clubs, bordellos, etc.) and making caps. (Which would also be a cool feature for the end of the mod, claiming settlements and building them into moneymakers, the OB could give you this as a job/responsibility.) I feel like that kind of gameplay fits with NR more after you've finished it if you really want to stick with the roleplaying. So I was just thinking of the OB as a simple follower but your ideas are way better!

Lost a lot, it's one of the oldest and one of the best sex mods for Skyrim. By the way, it's voiced by real people, not AI.
I'll try to describe the concept of the mod to you without spoilers:
After completing the main story, you get a dominant follower named Adrew. He will initially negotiate with you a set of rules for the character to follow. As you travel with him, he will suggest quests that change the rules. And at the end of his personal line of quests, the rules become soft and don't interfere with play.
Does that description remind you of anything? The NR's main story, which unlocks OB as a follower?

 

By the way, speaking of wearing NR outfits, you could do something like "Stay Naked" in the Submissive Lola mod(repeated quest, during which the character must remain naked). For example, there would be some story where OB decides that the character needs some armor after all. But he won't want to give up NR outfits completely either, so he will periodically force the character to wear NR outfits, and to put on the armor again she will have to ask permission from OB.

Idk if anyone has mentioned this yet but the BYOP patch is causing the farm to disappear. I moved everything to the very bottom of my load order and the problem persisted. Opened Xedit and saw the BYOP is overwriting previs/precomb. Removed the patch, everything was where it should be.

Slaverun was my first Skyrim's quest mod but we're talking 2020. 

 

I don't have much experience with Skyrim mods because I played it on consoles back in 2011/2012. Then I got a PC for Fallout 4 and to this day it's hard for me to go back to Skyrim. The dialogue cameras, body language, facial language, everything seems better to me in Fallout.

Argh, I had the same thing happen to me with the CWSS patch and I said I was going to fix everything, but I completely forgot.

So this might have already been addressed but if this mod is being used with the slavers mod how do they work together?  I keep getting the eye bot floating after my character and then the slavers does not start

I also had problems with cwss and corrected them with the PRP mod.

I also have the Prp patch from nuka ride

@JB.

I ran into another hang-up.  On what was to be the first "training day", the MC needed to get some slave gear from a slave (in order to sneak in to see the OB).  The option on the quest was to get a beer for the slave or kill the slave. 

 

Taking the path to try to convince, grab a beer, then go through a situational decision tree, the process stayed in eternal black fade-out.  Tried several paths of the decision tree, but wouldn't resolve (3rd fork of the tree..?).  Basically at the point where you need to try to force the slave to hand over the collar and rags.  Character is running with the virgin perk if it is relevant. 

 

I got past it by just knifing the guy and taking his key old-school style, but I don't think that was the intent for that part of the quest.  :)

 

New additional:

Just got into the fun house for toy collection:  After picking up the first toy, and having a quick chat with Sophie, the little disco-ball warp cutscene freezes about 1-2 seconds in.  No hang or logs generated, just game freeze. 

 

Edit 2 and possible resolution:

Found a possible source of this issue - after trying to setstage around and not making progress - I vaguely recalled a reference to possible infinite loading issues some people had with "Disk Cache Enabler" mod.  I disabled this from my LO, and the cutscene played without hanging.  Just to make sure it wasn't an incidental non-fail, I reloaded and replayed the scene, and didn't hang again.

 

So there may be an issue with Disk Cache Enabler and the various cutscenes and fade in/out. 

 

Edit 3:  Problem remains..

 

Thought the disk cache enabler thing was the issue, but after removing it and coming around to the second toy - cutscene triggered and same freeze at about 1-2 seconds in...  apparently it's not totally consistent, as I got two clear plays of the scene above, but the issue does remain...

Ok been playing the new path. Absolutely love it so far. Did run into few snags tho.

 

1. The rat during the hunt even if its not in the ground it can't be picked up. I see some other people here have the same issue.

2. The door to the stairs that lead to the second level of the seven's bar is constantly locked if I leave the area.

3. During the quest where you act like a slave at fizztop. Cooking went fine but the making the drinks was a problem. The quest pointer showed to a location on the floor. I assume its suppose to point to the oven. I could get the ingredients out the fridge tho so no problem there.

Ah, it's a replacer, it doesn't work for me. 

 

It has to be an animation set like "Girly animation" by langnao, where you basically create a set of animations with variants for the character to adopt according to keywords. 

 

Unfortunately, I only know of two people who know how to do that.  Langnao and the other one is Ego, who will soon upload his mod where you will be able to see it.
