"Universal Working Bathroom Fixtures (CWSS and DLCs).esp" pretty sure that's your problem, get rid of that mod or load it before PRP and NR.

I uninstalled and reinstalled fallout 4 as well as the furry mods, and its still crashing. How do I do the thing with xedit? I tried looking in xedit and I couldnt find anything listed for AnimatronicOperatorSlitThroat. Ive posted something on the mod page for the actual furry mod, but I have yet to get any response, and I have no idea what to do at this point

If they edited the record it'll be in the esp/esm. If they simply replaced the mesh it'll be in the mesh folder of the mod, in which case you can just delete it and see if that stops the crashing.

I don't know what furry mods you have, but you can extract them and see which one has the nif in question. You should always extract mods & check them out before installing anyway.

thanks for the reply, removing the mod  semmed to fix a few problems, like the tires and floor I mentioned, but the door it's still gone

Start a new run and then just coc NukaWorldNukaTownUSAMainGate and see if that cleared it up. Some things are baked into a save and will not or never update on that save.

In NR-6.4.6 this door was a little out of place. In NR-6.4.7 it was fixed, but for me the position of the door didn't change, because its old position was already written in my save.
Why am I saying this?
Perhaps you have +/- similar problem? You removed conflicting mods, but their effects may already be written into your save.
Try to start a new run to be sure that the old conflicts haven't left traces in your save.

I think it's Just like izzyknows and Axary said, the door is not part of the precombines, if it was moved somehow, it will stay there. The new location is baked into the save file just like when you move something with console. You can use the console to move it back actually if you know the refID and the correct x,y,z,r coordinates.

I placed a table by the chair the OB sits in at the beginning of Dolled Up and moved the floating fashion glasses to the table along with some Nuka Cola bottles that were laying there. It took the 3rd new run for everything to find it's new home. Vanilla precombines are sometimes hard to break. Especially with little items or changes. LOL

Now if you rename a vanilla cell that problem doesn't happen and you can actually "delete" world items without issue. Buuut.... doing so for many cells, like nuka town, can break vanilla quest and scripts. and other mods that edit those cells.

 

Rebuilding the precombines/vis is the proper thing to do, but at this stage of NR development it's a waste of time.

 

Oh, that reminds me!
@JB. If you move world items to far below the playable area, they can reender in their original location even if they are flagged initially disabled. Moving items just far enough below/outside the playable area so if for some reason they do render, they can't be seen solves that issue.

Also if it's furniture that can be used by AAF, move it a little further cause AAF will use furniture outside the playable area.

I've had the vanilla catwalk in Andrew station by the boxing ring render a couple times. Guessing it's to close to the coc sub level, or whatever the 2nd sub level is called.

Well I think I got it! I had to use B.A.E to convert the file from ba2 to regular files, and manually deleted the references in the mod to the operator animatronic, and that thing no longer crashes my game!

Now... report it to the mod author so they can fix it proper. Or tell you you're full of shite... had that happen. LOL

 

BTW, loose files always win over ba2.

Lo all. I am getting a lot of purple items in game, like shoes and chokers and other stuff. Am i missing something. I think i have all the downloads even most of the optional ones.

Look at the mod description and make sure you've installed the clothing mods it depends on, since that's where the textures come from. If you don't install them, you end up with textureless "purple" clothes.

Hello im new and very excited to start this sexy adventure for my character but I'm having trouble starting it. I started my modded play through of the game last month and I'm still fairly early in the game. I haven't advanced that far in the story (currently following dogmeats trail for Shaun ))nor have been to nuka world at all and just got the signal for the radio about it recently. Ive installed everything correctly with all the aaf  themes, mods, and hard requirements required for Nuka ride. It's important to know that I didn't start my modded playthrough with alternative start so my question is since it's recommended to start a new game save like JB said, is it required in order for the quest to activate and do I have to be in a specific location near vault 111? or am I able to do simple console commands for the yellow eyebolt to appear in front of me and for the mod to begin?

Head over to Drumlin Diner and you should find your ride to Nuka World.

@izzyknows I tried doing that as well as waiting there and at the entrance of vault 111 where duke the eyebot is suppose to meet you. I just need to know if I'm even able to start the quest at my current spot cause I didn't use the alternate start mod and JB said that it was recommended and not required to start a new game. I can't use the console commands cause I believe they are for when you're stuck DURING the quest and not when trying to initiate it by talking to duke or Charon or whatever. I will look over my mod order and rearrange a few things to prioritize the mod and all its features but I'm just wondering if JB set a command for actually starting the quest to get duke to talk to you cause I've tried waiting lol. Also I don't know if having multiple companion breaks anything but I do have more than 2 companions right now in my party.

Dismiss ALL the companions! Do NOT take any companions/followers with you, as it will muck things up.

And just to be clear, the only "companion" you'll ever use (that can go to Nuka World) during NR is your sister.
 

Duke starts at Vault 111 and will find you. But the quest is started on game load, not by you having to do anything.
So, dismiss your companions & go talk to Charon at the diner.
IF he's not there, the mod isn't running and starting a new run "should" fix things.

You don't need an alternate start mod, a simple vanilla start works fine and Duke will be waiting for you when you exit the vault. Might even try to talk to you before your vision clears. LOL

IF..... he's not there on exit and Charon isn't at the diner.. you got some mod issues. Most likely a missing requirement... but that's a different issue to deal with.

Hey, thanks for the great mod! But I had a problem, in a fight with Tessa (the special girls quest). Both in case of defeat and victory, the game simply crashes, all the necessary and recommended mods are installed, what could be the problem?)

Hey, try to put NR in the end of load order, maybe some mods cause conflicts. It helps in 90% cases. Did you start a new game when started playing NR? If no, I recommend you to start mod from new game, it solves another 10% of problems

Izzyknows advice is correct but i will touch on a couple of things you said

 

during the quest to follow Dogmeat to deal with Kellog, Dogmeat is added as a companion by the vanilla game.  he will be dismissed normally either when you enter

Fort Hagen or when you deal with Kellog (i am not sure which of those 2 points he gets dismissed at). my recommendation would be to finish the quest so that you

have dealt with Kellog.  yes you can start it at this point, providing you did not kill any people in Diamond City.

 

you can technically take a companion (regular/specialty type not animal/robotic) but they will cause issues at times, and it really does depend on the exact companion

and how they are handled.  it is still better to play it through at least once without any companions so you know how it is supposed to work though.

 

i did take Companion Ivy (specialty companion) with me my last run (the whole run) and it worked fine from Nuka Rides side, but i did have issues because Ivy kept

wanting me to go do this or that quest for her.

 

one other thing to be aware of is if you start the vanilla Nuka World questline Nuka Ride will shut down.  having the radio signal to start the questline is fine, but

do not progress it any further (i am not sure how far you could go so better safe than sorry).  if you traveled to Nuka World through the questline by way of the 

transit center Nuka Ride will shut down and be unplayable.  there will be ways to travel to and from the Commonwealth to Nuka World once you progress

the Nuka Ride questline a little bit.

 

DO NOT travel to or from Nuka World through the transit center as this WILL shut Nuka Ride down.

 

i would recommend that once you start Nuka Ride to follow it's questline until you have completed the quest "The Motorcycle" at least, after that 

depending on how far you are in Nuka Ride there are some options to travel back and forth to the Commonwealth.

 

Charon = robot in cowboy hat at Drumlin Diner is the initial way to Nuka World for Nuka Ride

Kaiser = robot in Nuka World can take you to Commonwealth (near Diamond City)

Nukatron = Robot near Danny Sullivan just outside Diamond City can take you to Nuka World. (becomes available during quest "The Motorcycle").

Scooter = once unlocked can be used to travel both ways. (must be unlocked normally by doing Mule missions for Nisha, not during the quest "Apollo")

William Black = can take you to Goodneighbor (becomes available during a quest, sorry do remember which one offhand).

You hit the shutdown trigger box right as you leave the train. You can't get off the train without hitting it.

You can, however, enter the station via the chained door and run the gauntlet. Don't go up the stairs.

Buuut... Gauge will be in the arena but the OB will NOT be there, thus stopping any further progress. With a bit of console commands you "can" be the OB and a Porn Star at the same time. But again, it gets pretty weird and not recommended. For obvious reasons.


Had one of those "what if" moments...
So, I powered up NW and unlocked Red Rocket, got the Power Play goodies from all 3 bosses, and Nuka Ride is none the wiser... so far. We'll see how the end goes, but it should be fine as it'll run the same vanilla unlock script which will do nothing as it's already unlocked.

@JB. Is there a way to make William move back to NW after giving you a ride to Goodneighbor, if you leave him in Goodneighbor and get back by other means? He just stays/returns there until the end.

Also, at least for me, the bike in Goodneighbor never switches to the new version.

Ah.. there's not a new version in Goodneighbor!

My game is stuck on Mr Corsican telling me to go upstairs to film Mrs White. This is the second time doing this after doing it the first time. When I approach Billy he says "why are you looking at me like that" and nothing happends.
