Thanks! I'll give this a try. Do you know which version is best to use? I saw that the AAF_SCRS version says you need to designate the receiver at the beginning of the scene, but I'm not quite sure what that means or if a mod like Nuka Ride does that for you at the beginning of a scene. I'm rather dense lol.

Most of the scenes started via script (mods) should do that for you (it's a consensus from what i gathered or should be), and when you start a scene manually with AAF wizard, just select the receiver first.
And if you don't have/use FF/MM positions, install the first version and forget about the actors order.

Great, hope you enjoy it! Quick question though it probably is better suited for captive tattoos (so sorry if I should ask there), and may not even be an issue with that mod; but I'm trying to add more body overlays from captive tattoos and for some reason looksmenu keeps removing any new ones I add and setting them to the first overlay in my overall list. After I try to change them back off of the first one it either flat out deletes the layer, or changes yet another layer to the first overlay. Would you have any insights for this?

 

Edit: I got it working it may have been tats after rape but I'm not certain. I deactivated that mod in MCM since I won't be using it in NR anyway, then removed all overlays including the ones music added, restarted the game, and added all of them manually. So at least I got everything added but now my sister may as well be called snowbunny too?

Thank you, that fixed the problem, the Captain is now on the dock with Allen Lee, but for some reason the "Far from Home'" quest doesn't finish as it normally does when you arrive and you have to start the conversation with Avery and Lee, that doesn't trigger either.  When you do Walk in the Park starts, but Far from Home is still active.

 

I tried finding the id for Far from home so I could Setstage it to 500 and clear the quest from the pip-pad but being stupid whatever I try I cannot get the id right!  If anyone could let me know that would be appreciated.

Hi JB, first of all thanks for the amazing mod. 

 

All was going well, till I got stuck at this point (The Special Girls), where I have to meet "Gage" - and he asks to get OB's permission (finish chores)

Went back to OB > took the dog > went to the marked to get food supplies > got supplies > fed the dog > walked the dog >finished with shank task also with Music.

 

Now when I came back to OB after the whipping scene, he asks to go to kitchen and cook, also I get the below 2 prompts.

 

Completed: Better back to the Overboss

I'd better get back, gotta cook for the OB

 

Now I am clueless what to do - Going to the kitchen and activating the Stove does nothing. the Dog is still there with me. 

Am stuck, unable to proceed further with the story.

This is a very old Looksmenu bug that is not likely to be fixed. When it starts to happen, save it right there and reload the save to fix it.

When you interact with the stove, it should run a script that lasts about 12 seconds. After the 12 seconds, you should get a notification that basically tells you that you have the food ready and you should deliver it to the OB.

 

If something happened and the script did not kick, write this and approach the OB.

I think something messed up the Script. Nothing happened even after a minute with the stove. The command worked like a charm.

Probably 6.2.1. But I don't know when I will upload it. There are always little things I fix/adjust after reading things posted here on the forum.

 

If your question is more like when there will be new quests, (like version 7.0.0) for that there is no date.

Similar to @JB.'s suggestion, but faster, is to save a LooksMenu Preset and then immediately apply it. I've also noticed that if I set a priority number other than 0 on the overlays I want to keep (many people don't notice LooksMenu lets you do that) then they don't get incorrectly deleted later in lieu of another overlay I'm trying to remove.

 

Are you using a mod that adds cum overlays by any chance? I noticed that the problem basically stopped happening for me when I dropped the cum overlay mod I had been using and switched to Commonwealth Moisturizer instead.

Thanks, I am using Commonwealth Moisturizer, but maybe I still have a different one buried in my load order since its been a while since I booted up F4 so I'll double check. Interesting what you said about the priority number for overlays I noticed it but never really knew what it did lol.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but it seems like this mod adds some looks menu features, like a ton of  "fine" tuning options and such. I was wondering if that is something unique to this mod or something added. I tried searching around for it but couldn't find another mod that did this.

As far as I know this mod doesn't add any looks menu features...Do you have Extended facial sculpting  installed maybe?

Have a question, when a nuka ride tattoo set is applied I can see it in the overlays menu in looksmenu but can not find them in the listed overlays when scrolling. Is there a way to use them in overlays menu or would you be willing to release your tattoo selection standalone? Really love some of the sets.

I encountered a minor bug when doing the VIP party quest for the second time, or rather the first time doing it after the flagpole quest. The quest remains in the "completed quests" section of the Pip-Boy so I can't select it for markers. It's pretty minor but I just thought I'd mention it.

Oh, no, I'm not asking about new quests or plots or storys. I just want to know that you have updated many times in the past two months and fixed various problems...I'm curious when the final version will be updated...from version 6.0, I mean, the final version before 7.0...

Just want to give my thanks for this mods creation, even though I've found it a real mixed bag.

I really enjoyed all the porn studio content, I found the humour/dialogue/amount of actual gameplay mix to be pretty damned fun. It's silly, but if you buy in to the initial conceit then it's a good and consistent time and a fun alternative background for a non-vanilla character.

 

Can't say the same for anything to do with the overboss and his family, in fact after the institute appeared I could only keep going by turning on the cheat mode to skip everything regarding that cast of characters (thank you for putting that feature in, it's a nice touch and saved this mod for me). I have to agree with previous reviewers that there's not enough incentives to stick around, especially as mechanically the PC could bench press (vanilla) overboss over her knees after Andrews Station, and the dialogue options force you to play as a moron (referring to the fact you can never say No, and that most scenes only progress after selecting the "I'm Dumb" options).

 

I've had quite a few bugs crop up while playing, and it doesn't play well with family planning (after the name change, turned on or off, my character is barren. And it broke the mod that turns Dogmeat into a Nightstalker, very sad about that), but I feel that's the buy in for playing mods from this site. Over all, thank you, if you split this mod in two and made a Golden Globes mission pack, and an Overbitch mission pack, I would recommend the Golden Globes content to any like-minded individual. I liked Corsican, and dealing with Mason and the Operators, can't say the same for Shanks, and Nisha I just wanted to blow her brains out, but all the characters inside Golden Globes, fun, wholesome, stupid and enjoyable, would listen to Kells philosophy again.

 

Overall, I'd say I love when you're having fun, and I wish you'd let players play with failure. If there was an in game way to fail your quests, taking a hit to XP and resources, while making an in game moral stand, I'd say that would complete this mod's themes (it's not corruption if you never had a choice).

The "losing" side would have to be treated as a branching story line, which @JB. wrote about several months ago.   Branching story lines get super big super fast (2^n where n is the number of "failures" or choices so if there are two available choices, then you must have a total of 2^2 outcomes, meaning 4 and so on).     Now if there was something simple like a "lose this quest, get this punishment, then treat the quest as successful", it would break immersion even more.  

 

So, it is a good idea and has been suggested before, but it would make NR piratically its own game, and would need a sizable coding crew. 

 

Now, I have had an idea for a while (but have none of the skill of JB, the Mozart of lewd content) where you build up either Lollipopz (from FO3 and FONV), Cats Paw or another magazine.   The PC would be the main star and even editor, having to get the models to pose, hire the photographers (get the equipment, and fetch this, fetch that, etc.)  and could be the next female Hugh Hefner (yep, i want to bring Playboy: The Mansion PC game to NR).    Ah well....  great idea that I will likely never finish.

If you want to see them go to DATA/4fse/Plugins/4fee/overlays/Nuka Ride.esp/

 

Go into the file and change all the
    "playable" : false,
to
    "playable" : true,

That quest has been finished for a week so it was going to be included, but not playable, since it is part of a quest chain. 

 

But I'm interested in uploading the update and putting the console commands for others to test and offer ideas. I'll have to put up a couple of messages, though, to contextualize why things are happening. If you start it just like that you won't understand why certain things happen.

Thanks. Just a friendly reminder that all those "I'm a dumb girl" isn't meant seriously by the protagonist. I'm seriously thinking about adding something more direct to all those dialogs for version 6.2.1: 

 

Dialogues currently says:

 

(please him) I'm just a silly girl.

 

I can change it to:

 

(Lie) I'm just a silly girl.

 

It's all an act. She literally stops saying it when the OB says "I'm beginning to suspect that it's all just an act to please me..." (and it is). 

 

But all this is based on the fact that the protagonist is an ordinary lawyer without military training and that she really does not have many options. It's act/lie or lose her job. I understand that many roleplay with different types of heroine, who are much more capable, but with Nuka Ride I wanted to do something different and that's where my idea of "Zero bullets" came from. But that can clash depending on what type of character is starring in this.  

 

I can't branch out to suit everyone. Why do it? Not that I want to brag about having "the best mod" or anything like that. I'm just someone who likes to tell a story. Not a "choose your adventure" tale. Not my thing.

 

Thanks for your post. I really enjoy reading opinions. To the best of my ability, I try to tweak the mod to improve it.
