For the first time in years I'm testing without XDI / FDI and, boy, really my prompts are poor! There is a dialog where neither option has prompts. It's a quest called "The Pole Flag". The fact that no one said anything clearly says that everyone uses XDI / FDI lol.

I saw a couple spots like that when playing through 2.0.5 (no XDI/FDI here).  However, Tentacus' dialogue revisions were already underway.  Seemed unnecessary to report an issue whose fix was in progress.  ?

A couple more points
Shooting with Apollo, on all fours. Teleport on 4 floors to the backstage corner, at the end back. The operator remains on the 1st floor.
After completing all the main quests, Protectron takes you only for free and only to Diamond City (or is that what you intended?)

I similarly don't use XDI/FDI, and was waiting for the updated dialogues before reporting any, so as not to duplicate efforts.

Yeah, only to DC, but it's easy to put an option for the protectron to drop you off at Sanctuary. I'm going to write it down.

The dog thing did not happen to me, but it did to another user. I will take a look.

Could it be randomly selecting some piece of furniture for the scene, or do you have it limited to ground positions only?

Today I will try that Diamond City mod you told me about.

Now I wonder if I will screw up putting the bike in Goodneighbor.

If you mean Diamond City - Mega Patch, t's not a light undertaking...

It's a compatibility patch to stitch together Atomic Radio and Tales from the Commonwealth, DC Vendor Shops Overhauled, Diamond City Enhanced Security, Diamond City Expansion, Diamond City Outskirts (The Hole REDUX), Femshepping's Diamond City Edit, The Bleachers - A Diamond City Story, and Home Plate Exterior Revamped. It also makes Hangman's Alley Interior Apartments work with Hangmans Alley Optimized so needs those too. On top of that, it depends on Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource (AWKCR), and Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch. It requies a VERY specific load order for all of those plugins to get the precombines/previs to work out, needs you to manually repack Femshepping's DC Edit into a BA2 archive, and there's also the fun of HP Exterior only being available on Bethesda's mod repository.

I would completely understand if that's way more effort than you have time or energy to put into testing something.

Yeah I've been redoing most of the prompts. I tend to favor prompts closer to actual dialogue in most cases but it's situational.

Hi, one small observation I made:

With specific clothing pieces, namely the ones using only slot 39 [ U ] L Leg, AAF doesn't automatically undress anymore when you are using UAP 2.6.26. This is because that patch modifies /AAF/AAF_equipmentSetData.xml which then doesn't include that particular slot anymore.

I've simply copied that file into its own mod and and added the slot mentioned back in. When loading this after UAP in MO2 the undressing works again.

I use the EquipmentSetData.XML that comes by default with AAF. That completely unequips everything.

Except the outfits I put in NukaRide_protectedEquipmentData.XML

I think the UAP EquipmentSetData.XML is intended for vanilla armor. It doesn't go down very well with Vtaw, EasyGirl, and other similar clothing mods.

lol I have the mod too, it's probably the most difficult/annoying mod to install, but it's really made Diamond City much much better, and also eats a lotta frame rates.

If you need any stylistic inspiration for classic porn film posters, I highly recommend the original/official music video for Benny Benassi's "Who's Your Daddy" since it incorporates a lot of great examples.

Thanks! I'll check it out.

These are from GameHolik ( (GH) in Bodyslide ). There are no more traces of his profile on Nexus, Loverslab or Discord because he unsubscribed more than three years ago. I did not find a way to contact him, but I did find an explanation of his situation here. (One post below you will see the links to all his work).

I'm going to put it on the main page as well.

Technically it would be easier to continue using HN66 assets because I have his permission, and in fact maybe I'll change it later because you can see HN66's rings in the first person - not GH's. But I have a soft spot for GH jewelry.

Thanks.

If you want to see gh rings in 1st person you only need to add the nif file path to the firts person female record (the rings don't have 34/35 record, so it will use the same nif for firts and third person without problem) I have in fact already add It for my in my save as I suspect, it works without problem

Edit:just remember, for the rings show in firts person you also need firts person vanilla race. Loos menu, that I suspect everyone use, edit the firts person female records to only the armor slots show in firts person. For original vanilla slots show (Ie armor plus unmanned race records) you need either edit patch looks menu yourself or use a mod that do it (a lot of mods, do it, because this was a stupid decision on looks menu devolopment)

Agreed, I mostly installed it to have a lot more customer variety with Hardship, but when I've tried switching back to vanilla Diamond City it just seems... vacant.

Yeah, SKK Combat Stalkers periodically spawns random enemies to hunt you down. Maybe there's a no-DLC version which would avoid including any NW factions, I'll have to check. Also someone (I forget who) mentioned having manually altered that mod to limit the hostiles to a very limited set of races/factions so worst case I can likely do that too.

Argh, according to the comment at the very end of this article, it looks like I may need to perform surgery on its Papyrus scripts since the aliases are filled dynamically in order to avoid having a hard dependency on the DLCs. That's more than I have time for just now, but maybe sometime over the weekend I'll see what's really involved in recompiling those. ?

Edit: Double argh, I just noticed the archive also doesn't include script sources. The posts page for it on Nexus refers to SKK50 moving future mod releases to a Discord site, so maybe script source code is distributed there as well? Will try to find out.

After some RTFM and the assistance of the helpful folks on the SKK Mods Discord, it turns out the workaround is to do this at the console first thing when starting my playthrough:

set SKK_CSUseDLCActors to 0
cqf SKK_CS "SKK_CSMainScript.SpawnCleanup"

That will have the effect of excluding any DLC actors (so NukaWorld and Far Harbor faction hostiles) as combat stalkers.

I do have Diamond City expanded (even put a commercial in my radio mod for the Red Seat and Grand Junktion and the voice actors nailed it!) so that might be causing the issue since it does  do alot of editing of DC.

Also, I am working on a script and getting a female voice  to do a commercial for Golden Globes

"You are beautiful, and you know it, but how long does beauty last in the Commonwealth?  What if I told you there is a way to be remembered for your looks forever......well...  for  longer than the glowing sea will be glowing, would you be interested?  Of course you would, and I will even pay you for that interest.  All you have to do is stand there look pretty and  act natural when the time comes.   Come find the Golden Globe's talent manager in Nuka World, bring your mom, bring your friend, bring your mom's friend! ............<in a lower voice> we pay double for group scenes"

or something like that.. that was the first draft...

Also if I can figure out how to call flags, once the player does the first scene, i was going to add this ad as well:

"You have been across the commonwealth...you have been across the capital wastelands....hell you may have even seen Shady Sands and New Reno, but you need to see Golden Globes  latest talent taking on the vicious raider dog.   Believe me, once you see how she handles this pup, you will be begging to see her do it again ...and again  and again..and maybe even to you!   Get a copy today of the "Sexy Slattern of Sanctuary saves snarling stray"  soon!"   or something like that

?? Oh man that would be great!!! Your idea can help to make this a permanent mod, it has a lot of potential to be a really big deal, it already is onw of the best mods ive' seen, small, yeah but it can be a real game changer.

I have Diamond city history "the Bleechers", and DCE, and i had no problem with NR, may be cause i placed NR in the bottom of the loading list.

Мне кажется, что попытка угодить буквально всем только ухудшает работу мод.Если у игроков установлены моды, которые конфликтуют с порно студией, то это их проблема, а не автора.На мой взгляд, версия 2.06 была самой стабильной

The changes are very superficial. They should not affect other players.

2.0.6 I forgot a condition when you win the main quest. The robot who drives the PickUp continues to charge you if you want to travel.

In 2.0.7 I forced Mason to fuck on his throne, I think it is very important that it was not random.

2.0.8 will help me on future drug delivery missions. I will no longer have to edit cells.

By 2.0.9 I hope to have corrected a scene with Apollo and the voices "on brake". I'm on the lookout for another major bug to try to fix.

2.1 would be the version with corrected texts of Tentacus. Final version I hope. As for now I have no plans to adapt my mod to other mods out there. It is in this version that I am going to add the strings for whoever wants to start translating the dialogs into the languages they want.

I'm having an issue that Shank won't talk to me. I have completed the first video and I'm covered in Tattoos. I have listened to the Nuka World radio station (getting the quest) but I had not visited Nuka World before being sent by the Sanctuary Protecteron. I have made the round trip to the Commonwealth a few times. Any ideas?

@Tentacus Can you recommend a good guide or video for editing dialog with FO4Edit? I can't seem to find anything useful searching the net.

If you already made the video, returned to the Commonwealth, and finally returned to Nuka World, type this on the console

sqv _NukaRide_ToCommonwealth

Should throw stage 100

If it doesn't, write: SetStage _NukaRide_ToCommonwealth 100.

It's the Stage that Shank needs to talk to you.

Neither one worked but I think another mod has bugged Shank. He and the trader are always just standing in the same spot and kinda twerky like an animation is about to start. I'll try an earlier save, let you know.

EDIT: I loaded an earlier save and it worked. Something bugged Shank (I don't think it was Nuka Ride).

@vjnmrf I made a correction, could you try it and tell me if it work for you? I forced the dog and character to go to a point near the doghouse before starting AAF + prevent furniture.

Yes, there is no teleportation now, but the scene on all fours begins in an arbitrary place where Apollo wanders.
And one more thing - remove forced greetings (better everywhere), unnecessary dialogs are constantly launched.

If you aren't already familiar with FO4 Edit you might want to try learning the app that JB recommended https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/921?tab=description For me it was easier to just use FO4Edit because I am familiar.

Anyway a quick and dirty explanation. Load FO4Edit. If you are using MO2 or (gag) Vortex (I assume I don't use that shit) You'll need to run it through the manager. If you don't know how to set that up look up a video. I assume Gamerpoet has one.

Once that is set up. You will start FO4Edit and see a list of esps. Selelect "Deselect all" and then select just your esp. (Obvs you must be on a profile with the esp you want to edit active active)

Click and expand the esp.

Then you will see a list of the formtypes in the esp appear in the left pane.

Then you want to click and expand "Quests"

Now you will see the topics and subtopics.

To edit find one and click on it. Then in the right pane scroll down until you find a line called "Response text" gingerly click on this until you get a cursor and edit it, (Or select edit from the R click menu) You will get a warning first time you do)

Untitled-1.jpg.70b3dd49c86061a813b11575930ec628.jpg

If you need to understand the flow of the conversation it is much easier to do so editing in the CK, but this carries risks when editing other people's esp's especially if they use topic fragment scripts which will attempt and often fail to recompile when you save the topic DESTROYING the source code when they do.

Once you've made your edits, the only way to save is, click the x to close FO4Edit and leave the check by your esp selected and hit ok.

Sounds scary but it's pretty easy and editing other modders dialogue for personal use is generally how most modders start. Just start small until you get the hang of it.
