AAF Nuka Ride: A Porn Studio Mod

Firstly,thanks for this wonderful mod.This mod is the fullest and the most amazing AAF mod I've ever met.BTW, I had two problems with "Rising porn star"."Lucy quest" and "special girls " can't start.Is there some solutions can help?I've  tried some console commands,and just skip "Lucy in the sky".But I can't activate "the special girl".Thanks again!

Are hinged handcuffs suppose to be equipped on the player during the escape sequence for the synth clone?

Because that plus Advanced Needs 76 with no food, no water, no sleep, no key to unlock them and unable to pick up/use food or water or find a nuka cola to get rid of the no-sleep movement debuff  leads to a very slow and anticlimactic escape sequence.

Think C3PO. Not shuffling across the hall but down the hall moving even slower. On a Tokyo Metro rail car. During rush hour.

Full of Stormtroopers.

Firing their blasters

 

And, of course, completely unable to hit the player.

Then why don't you disable Real Handcuffs in your MCM? ?‍♂️ That seems more viable to me than me modifying my mod to adapt to your modlist, don't you think?

Lucy in the Sky is an important quest because it defines how you behave towards the Overboss from here on out. You should do it - even skip it using hardcore mode, before the kidnapping - because later on there will be times when you won't be able to move forward since the mod won't know what to do if you haven't completed Lucy in the Sky.

 

The Special Girls is one of the last quests. You shouldn't force it, but let everything follow its natural progression.

You could use FO4Edit to see which plugins are altering the precombine for that location, and then experiment with disabling those first. Probably a lot quicker than uninstalling everything.

I think you might be onto something.  This is a new custom survival playthrough, with AN76, Agony, NAC-X, Nuclear Winter, Gasmasks of the Wasteland, etc. I haven't done much of the main quests yet. I do also have Depravity, Fusion city, OAR, and Valkyrie installed. I have only done the initial quests and haven't gone to Good Neighbor yet.

 

I did have Nuke Ride 2.09 in it initially. I uninstalled and cleaned the save and installed 4.23 before starting the mod. Do you think this could be the culprit?  It's strange that I can't start A New Ride from the console.

Been having some fun with https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17408  (Personal Paintings) which allows you to add your own (in my case terrible) Nuka Ride posters to the settlement scheme. I like the idea the settlers are watching the productions when she returns from some heroic adventure.... There is a poster version of the mod which is probably better, but I have been messing with the canvas picture one atm.

That looks great! At some point I would like to introduce posters for the workshop in the same way.

You'd have some small inconsistencies because some scripts have moved around now, but nothing serious. I myself test with a save of 2.0.0, to ensure compatibility.

 

You have many quest mods and I personally don't recommend that. 

 

Try to load a new game (for example, when you exit vault 111 for the first time) and activate the command again and you will see the quest start. The problem is that something happens that it can't kick in your actual save. Probably a new game will fix it. ?

That did it! I loaded up my save fresh out of the vault and was able to manually start New Ride.

Come on. NR lists Real Handcuffs as a requirement and in the new-to-me part of my replay, this was a surprise in a well thought out mod. Disabling AN76 probably would be better but at that point I'm already in the middle of the scene. 

De-buffing the player's movement seems to be a popular go-to spanning mod communities and games. Hungry? De-buff movement. Thirsty? De-buff movement. Tired? De-buff movement. Boobs to big? De-buff movement. Wearing high heels?  De-buff movement. Horny?  De-buff movement....

But if your suggestion is to disable Real Handcuffs then just throw a handcuff key in one of the lockers for the Player to find. [ when the player was free that was the first things I went looking for ]

... and maybe some bras from HN66s EasyGirl

I'm thinking script lag. Went into FO4Edit. Found the associated quest then in-game set it to stage 30 and then back to 35. Works fine now.

Also. The toilet and shower are back.  That's probably related to disabling Universal Working Bathroom Fixtures to address the Nuka World precombine conflict.

 Great work!.  BTW, check out https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/60992  to get the Nuka world font.  Also, you should add a "Nuka World" logo somewhere on the poster, after all, it is to get people to go to Nuka World.    Something like this (may require permission from the cosplayer):

Or (safe to use since it is part of Nuka World DLC), just with some editing.  I love the double entendre of "enjoy the ride!".   The bullet holes and blood at the bottom supports the "raider theme" as well.

I can tell you that Nuka Ride does require some hand holding, which is why in an earlier post, a new mod user should be comfortable with using command lines.   I had to give my sister extra ammo because I have dialed my Institute to be super deadly (and stormtrooper armor is pretty good).    I also went into MCM and allowed handcuffs to be super easy to pick, which allowed me to eat and drink as to not starve to death.    

 

In any event, this mod is worth all the requirements and "steep modding learning curve".   

 

Also, @JB., didn't you say you were taking a break?

Hello, are the scripted ways to kill of Big Boss? His content in the mod is getting extemely bothersome and boring close to the mods end. 

 

And are there ways to continue to make films and not to roam wastes in the second part of the mod?

It's one of the best Mods around. I specifically made the current character to play NR. However the handcuffs were hinged which can't be picked. I ended up just standing around and/or moving very slowly taking screen captures of the stormtroopers getting killed like a tourist in a twisted Disneyland....

Which, come to think of it, fits Nuka World perfectly.

HI. i install this mod with everything the mod ask. i have knowledge of modding since oblivion,FNV,F3,SKLE,SKSE. if i have a problem i try to fix it with the knowledge i have but this mod really make me mad. right now everything is working fine the dialogue but the animation dont start. for example the second robot talk to you he say something like you can dance naked or um..Hardcore the first time i try the dance Nothing second time i choose harcore Nothing. after that the robot send me to a guy then i go to the 3rd guy he tell me to dance for him Nothing. no animation. you can speak and aswer questions but when they ask you to dance or sex nothing happens. i used loot and i even put this mod to the end of load order and nothing. 

 

Yes the sex animation work normal in this mod don't work or the mod do not triggered.

A break from Nuka Ride, of course. I'm not creating quests at the moment, but fixing bugs is relatively easy because I usually know where to look. I'll keep doing maintenance.

 

Nothing better than starting to create new quests with the mod as clean of bugs as possible.

Deactivate RealHandcuffs from the RealHandcuffs MCM and go eat whatever you have in your inventory. ?

Take a screenshot of your AAF Admin -when a scene fails- and show us what you get.

 

If I have to guess, it would be that you need to update some animations or you should simply reinstall (for example Savage Cabbage) and choose all the FOMOD options.

By the way, I didn't put it in the notes but two updates ago I increased the amount of ammunition for the clone.?
