HeatedCoffee Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 SexLab Framework (v1.35 & 1.39) is making my Skyrim crash on (pre-)launch for some reason, have any of you experienced anything similar?I have the prerequisite mods, ran FNIS for users, mod order is correct, all mods depending on SexLab are in correct order, there are no mods overwriting files from it, and SexLab doesn't overwrite any files itself in MO. Disabling the .esm doesn't work though, I need to disable the entire mod folder in MO.I've been using SexLab since October, and it just stopped working (the game wouldn't launch) after a CTD mid-gameplay.
NicoleDragoness Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 Fore has released the FNIS 5.0Beta1a.
matthew79761 Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 For some reason while switching between act's, the npc's clothes randomly are put back on. It doesn't matter the location or the npc, they all cloth once moving past the first stage whatever that might be. It's fine if you just switch positions.
Toddi Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 Hallo, i have a little problem with Spider animations with my pc character (tested with "Defeat" and "Enchantress". For companions they work well. Does anybody know about that?
Toddi Posted February 9, 2014 Posted February 9, 2014 Dragurs had Problems too, but i fixed it by turning off the 3 way Options in "Defeat" MCM.
smoke1967 Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Hallo, i have a little problem with Spider animations with my pc character (tested with "Defeat" and "Enchantress". For companions they work well. Does anybody know about that? hello i have this also...ive found that using sexlab utilitys and setting (scale actors to 1 at start of stage) provides a sloppy work around...clunky but working...at least until someone can correct this...of course you can also do this manualy too in the console by clicking the spider and typing setscale 1...but both methods have to be reset at each stage...sexlab utilitys just does it for you but still has a slight twitch at the beginning of each stage where the spider jumps from small back to correct size.. smoke
fore Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Fore has released the FNIS 5.0Beta1a. yup and the big thing about it is the newly introduced support for noncombat paired animations, eventually leading to combat paired animations or killmoves, but I am sure that around here we are much more interested in the former... things keep looking better and better edit i wouldnt update yet though if you use devious devices, a bit of testing and the zaz animation pack doesnt work so well with fnis 5 beta Can you explain "doesnt work so well"? You are right, it doesn't make sense for users to use 5.0 until we get some animators to design pa's. But if I don't hear from beta-willing users, the bugs will still be in a final release.

I'm sure you've mentioned this before and I'm just forgetting, but do the PA's require new animations specifically made and exported using 2 actors, or can they be defined by FNIS using existing solo actor animations?

I probably didn't say it before, because I haven't taken the time to look into that. Too busy to make FNIS. But yes, PAs require new animations, because each file carries the animation for both actors. But just glancing over those 2 tutorials doesn't make it look too complicated.
silvernirvash Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 hello i'm copy-pasting a post i made on the Charus Estrus thread to get help from both sides of the issue i'm having possibly i'm having some issues with FNIS in the weirdest way. Ok so i installed the mods using NMM and it said all was installed properly right? I ran FNIS and yet again it reported back nothing bad. So i loaded up the game and everything works fine. But sexlab itself won't work with animations so i thought ok....lemme go back to FNIS since it's the only thing i could think of that could be causing it. So i load FNIS back up and i do a consistency check...and it's saying it's missing the animation files required by Charus Estrus.......so.....first it says it's fine....then it says it's missing files.....so i manually install the files and reload fnis......AND IT STILL SAYS IT'S MISSING THE ANIMATION FILES.....so......what am i doing wrong? >W< it doesn't seem to be causing issues for charus estrus or estrus for skyrim directly but i think it's causing issues for the sexlab framework mods. Oh and in case it has any effect on anything i'm also using the Elin bard race mod which doesn't seem to have issues with animations but....maybe it does with sexlab framework?
fore Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 doesnt work so well means that when i started a new game with zaz animation pack and devious devices using the fnis 5.0 beta once i was done making my new character i couldnt walk anywhere, the walk animation was replaced with the barkeeper idle at the bar animation (so like the female innkeeper in whiterun for example). i could crouch and walk in stealth with proper animation and jump as well, but as soon as i stood up and tried to walk i would enter the barkeeper animation and couldnt move anymore. this was all in third person camera view, switching to first person i could move, but the movement was off rotating my view with the mouse wouldnt alter how i moved so i could turn 90 degrees to the right for example and press forward but i wouldnt move forward i would be moving left as if i was still facing the other way. testing with devious devices uninstalled, and zaz animation pack installed, i could walk around, the barkeeper animation would not play like with them both installed, but i would be in the stiff arms out gliding mode of no animation playing other animations like crouched movement still worked fine. with zaz and devious devices disabled, there didnt seem to be any problems and finally with both enabled and using fnis 4.1 it works let me know any other information you might need that i can provide also your work is absolutely amazing Oops, that sounds bad. I'm glad I asked. And I hoped I can count on your kind help. I assume you only see it on the player, no NPCs? Does your output say that alternate animations have been added? Let me explain what I'm afraid could be the problem. Although I have no idea how this can happen. Maybe some overflow. FNIS 5.0A1 already includes AA (Alternate Animations). I haven't described it, because I still have one issue, and I first want to distribute a demonstaration mod with it. What it does is you can send some AnimEvents to specific characters, and then the character will use individual animations ("Alternates") instead of the regular ones. This release has added AAs for basic walk/run. See the coincidence? So could you please send me the following (of course after running the 5.0A1 generator an getting the problem): FNIS log (from GenerateFNIS_for_Users/temporary_logs) Papyrus log (only if you have it activated) GenerateFNIS_for_Users / temporary_logs / defaultfemale.xml GenerateFNIS_for_Users / temporary_logs / defaultfmale.xml GenerateFNIS_for_Users / temporary_logs / mt_behavior.xml GenerateFNIS_for_Users / temporary_logs / 0_master.xml Thanks in advance.
Militus Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 I have version 115 (or 1.15) can I just upgrade by installing the new 139, or do I need to uninstall my old one? Do I need to change any? Will anything change in my game?

Militus Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 So would answering right away would have. I typed it up in a hurry, otherwise I'd have read it. Don't critise for something you do too bud. It didn't specify my point entirely either, but alas. It will remove all of the things I've had thus far. Removing my 30 hours of having sex.
xiaojin80 Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Any way of setting sfx delay to a value less than 4 seconds?
Wretched Scum Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 So saturday FNIS was updated to 5.0 beta , featuring "pair animations". Can/ Will this be used for Sexlab? I have no idea what it means or what "pair animations" are, but it sounds like it's made for sex animations.

PhoenixDragon Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Can someone explane the purity to me, ive looked it up in older posts and such but as far as I can tel it doesnt work right in my game. If i understand correctly rape and beast scenes should give negative purity right? Because after getting my char gangraped by beasts and just random npc's SL gives me the positive purity(currently prim and propper) so something is going wrong somewhere, unless im mistaken that is.

Since I only have defeat in for sex acts, my character has literally raped over 170 characters, and her purity is titled as "Saintly". Seems legit.

Edit: Did it, lost 7 hours of sex on one character alone. I forgot to do the steps on all of my characters though.. Will I have to remake them all?
judge0 Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 I do use vanilla voices, it's true. But as I stated back in this post: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/16623-skyrim-sexlab-sex-animation-framework-v139-updated-0128/page-241?do=findComment&comment=662925 restoring the variable initialization for isSilent fixes the problem. I think that's the real issue. it may be that Ashal is meaning to call the IsSilent() function in sslBaseAnimation, but he doesn't appear to actually be calling it. As the code stands now, the variable can get stuck true should it ever end up true. (which would happen if forceSilent is ever used in a SetVoice() call ) This is because of this line: IsSilent = forceSilent || IsSilent It's the only place IsSilent is assigned a value now, and since it ORs with itself, once it's true, it's always true. There's no way to reset it. Can you upload your fixed file please? Learning how to use Tessnip seems like a lot of trouble just for this fix. Here's a quick patch voice_fix.zip It should work but I don't have time to test if it works or not, so let me know if it does and I'll sneak it into a hotfix update. Thanks for finding that volfin. Apologies for the bug, 1.38+ is actually a bigger update than the changelog would have you believe, it's just that it's mostly all behind the scenes changes. I rewrote a lot of the animation loop and actor handling scripts in significant ways and trimming a lot of fat, intending it to be used as part of the planned much larger 1.40 update. After finally figuring out how to fix the TFC CTD issue however, I kinda rushed to release that along with everything else I had done up till then before I had chance to really put the rewrites through their paces. http://www.loverslab.com/topic/26913-all-sex-soundsvoices-are-gone/ Have recommended this a couple of times and it is working. Version 1.39 Any chance of getting it a little more visibility (i.e. with downloads)? Thanks.
Angelvine Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 sexlab 1.39 work very well fair and force sex through ashal was give us this voice.zip in page because i use to fnis 4.1 but i didn't check new update 5.0 or up

If you are seeing the characters in a "T"-pose, that is usually due to not running the Generator.
