I'd like to make the suggestion that if a PC chooses to keep her Hold tattoo after completing her term of service that she be required to adhere to the partial or full nudity setting in that Hold....or get punished.

Good idea, realistically this should also extend to collars but that could be more annoying than fun.

hey, anyone know why I always get the start of a random animation (good thing) but then it resets and always gives me the same blowjob animation (bad thing) when it's my female character and a male npc? I've gone through all of my animation mods and turned off every blowjob animation, and even turned the chance of someone specifically wanting a blowjob from Public Whore to zero. any help is greatly appreciated!

That sounds like the animation filter from either DD or Zaz is stepping in.  Make sure both are off and it should stop happening.

My character got into PW with SS++, now that ive finished the actual quota, I am submitting 39/36 clients to the thane, but for some reason even if I do, nothing happens and the quest wont end or I dont get any indication of completion. Is there something I am missing? 

 

EDIT: I got it to work, but only because I added exactly the right amount of gold for 39 clients. The (lie) option didn't result in the quest ending when successful, and if I added over the gold required it would also not mark complete.

Maybe as a reward for successfully performing Public Whore duties in each city, any subsequent instances you become instead the public whore of the whole Hold you're in.  So if its Whiterun you could go visit Riverwood and Rorikstead to work on your quota.  And serve NPCs you meet on the road as well.  The more you work the more taxes you bring in!

 

I thought of this because I never really do very long stints as PW, I lose interest and want to go kill things.  So I have my quota set to 15-35 and will do the Bandit quest a couple times to speed it up.   I thought that if I were to set a larger range, there aren't enough people in one city to solicit before having to wait a few hours to go through them again.  It would let you continue making PW money  while you adventure, instead of having to pause being PW to go do some quests.

Don't get PW dialogue with citizens after becoming public whore via Show Of Strength quest. Becoming one via fame works fine.

i'm getting a crash immidiately after the "show of strength" ends, a few seconds after i close the last popup the game just closes

the "peace offering" quest in whiterun doesn't seem to work for me, the bandits are always hostile

After the courier arrived with the invitation to the feast in Windhelm I cannot start the Whiterun quest anymore. The Balgruf dialogue does not show that option anymore. However, after the Windhelm quest,  there is still no dialogue option to start the Whiterun quest, only a reference to the feast in Windhelm. Is it supposed to be that way or is it a bug? Can I still start the Solitude quest or is this now also off limits? That would be a bummer because I have not invited the courier and would prefer to chose which quest I want to start.

One more thing: I really hate Ralof. Can I safely change that horse to not essential and kill it (after the quest) or does that mess up something? He is always lurking near the stables...

Update: the Solitude quest did start and completed nicely.

The animation didnt start, there is dialogue option for doing it but they didnt do anything after the dialogue

It is in the Fallout 4 section but it works for Skyrim LE & SE too, since its basically the same engine, F4 being newer and improved somewhat.
