You've identified the issue, and the fix is extremely trivial.  Why not just fix it for yourself?

 

Even better, upload your fix as a patch so that everyone can use it.

Here you go, gave it my best shot. Please keep in mind that I might have missed some checks, while others have a random chance to fail regardless of your speech level.

Hi, I just download the latest version of public whore. It appears the dialogue is not working at all. I can see the NPC approaching my PC, but no dialogue related appears. And when speak the Thane, also no seeing any related dialogue.

That symptom can be caused by missing Fuz Ro Doh or having the wrong version.

 

Make sure you have the correct version of Fuz Ro Doh for your version of Skyrim.

Are there any plans to add an NPC/follower option for this mod? Or is there perhaps an existing mod like this that works on NPCs? Like can I designate one or more NPCs as "public use" so nearby aroused actors will assault them after a certain arousal threshold?

Are you also using the latest version of Skyrim?  If not, then you have the wrong version of Fuz Ro D-oh.  Fuz Ro D-oh's download page tells you which version of that mod works with various game versions.

Hmm, that really should work then.  Can you see the dialog for other mods that have unvoiced speech?

I can think of two things that might be wrong: Sometimes you need to load the mod, enter a game, then save and reload the game for the dialogue to show up, have you tried this? Also, have you tried checking that you have all of the requirements up to date for the latest Fus-Ro-Doh? I seem to recall I had a dialogue error caused by having out of date requirements.

Late response but just sharing.  I stopped trying the bandit radiant options as I encountered too many bugs such as hostility or simply nothing.  I've done the reload and still had issues so I back up several saves or use RESAVER to clean any lingering scripts.  I don't try it anymore.  I don't let punishments accumulate either.  Never got out of the punishment room.  I love this mod but their are issues especially since I have other SL mods, many.  I turn off auto engagements if possible when PW.  The Zaz animations don't play during the Windhelm special quest (using the recommended 8.0+ latest version) and when PW 80% of the time events are not registered as occurring so no money or event count.  It is worse if I proposition an NPC to use the PW, NPC says ok but walks away.  Bugs worse for auto engagements when I do that so I don't ask any more.  Still fun of course.  I turn debug notification on when I'm PW to see what is happening.  Helps me to understand.  May try endless PW again but it won't let me fast travel when I do that.  At least missing events won't matter then.  Broken or bent, still one of my favorites.

Hi Polonium. Thank you for your response. I check the Fus-Ro-Doh, it does not have any other requirement other than SKSE64 which is obvious the latest one otherwise I cannot launch the game.

Nothing says "Fuck me" like being one fuck away from filling your PW quota and you're in a court right next to the PW thane to turn in the quest and triggering "Draw a crowd" and drawing pretty much every one.  

Takes a while to get through THAT....

And my PC was trying to get through the Sexlab version of the Book of Love quest line in the Temple of Mara.  XD

LOL...she went past the 15 person quota to 25 people...she's slowly walking down inside Mistveil Keep next to the frigging PW thane and guess what?  She has a PW event where she's accosted AGAIN fire on her AND it draws another crowd on her.  I counted at least 6 people waiting to fuck her and she has to get through all that to finally turn in her quota to the Thane and get finally work on the Book of Love questline.  So she's looking at turning in 31 clients to the Thane..and walking slow because she's so sore and plumb full of semen (thanks Fill Her Up..)

PW is so brutal.....

Finally got to the PW Thane.  35/15 quota.  So my PC fucked 20 peeps over her quota...

Serana afterwards "I wasn't that desperate in a thousand years"   Just hush, Serana.  Hush.

Brief request and update

 

I want to get v1.2.6 uploaded. I think it's stable but I don't have time to rigorously test it, nor am I very knowledgeable about what needs to be tested in PW these days. If anyone is able to give 1.2.6 a quick sanity check/look for issues you've had with PW in it, please message me.

 

It was intended to include a Priests of Purity system as I mentioned in my previous update, but I underestimated how long that would take. I also don't want a hastily developed feature going live. 1.2.6 will then contain the Gristle and kaxat patches, as well as script fixes suggested by Horred.

So, in regards to the Peace Offering radiant quest.  My poor toon is currently strong armed into unwilling service in Solitude, and the Thane offered her to head out to Broken Oar grotto as a peace offering for the bandits there.  Was bad enough having to be naked to get there, cold is pretty punishing that far north, but to add insult to injury, none of the bandits seem to want to do anything with my character?  I did make it to the Captain and he had his fill, but when he turns me over to his crew, I've no dialog option to entice them into any actions.  Is there something I'm missing, or is that particular quest broken?  Thanks in advance for any information.

If I eventually upload it it'll add preachers that periodically spawn in taverns and announce the "impurities" of the player character. They'll need to be dealt with by the standard set of RPG tools - persuade, intimidate, bribe, or, ironically, by sleeping with them to prove their allegations true. It's main purpose is to feed into fame - if the PC has even a little fame somewhere the priests will try to exacerbate it into an even worse reputation.

Will you be able to select the sex of the preachers / priests via the MCM?

Hi Visio,

 

here is a description of a bug and maybe a solution:

At the beginning of my last play through, when my load order was smaller, the approach dialogue worked well, while being PW. The approaches force greeted and the appropriate dialogue came up, to accept, to lie or deny sex. The only thing, that did not work, was the “Your follower is PW too?” random approach. When this happens, the approaches ask his line, and no force greet dialogue happens.

 

During my play through my load order grew and the script load grew also. At some point, the approaches started to force greet with standard dialogue options, not with PW dialogue options. Now on my quite old save (PC lvl 72 and save number @ 3500) I rarely get functioning approach force greet in the outdoors. Indoors it is often working as intended, but not always.

 

I looked several times for bugs in the Creation Kit. I found something, but I am not positive, that this is the issue:

When the approaching NPC starts his force greet, an “on dialogue start” script fragment is executed, that resets the quest alias of the NPC. At the same time in order to start the correct PW dialogue, a condition is checked, if the NPC starting the dialogue has the correct quest alias. What I think happens is, when the script load is not high enough, the check happens before the script fragment is executed and everything works well. When the load is past certain point, the PW dialogue cannot start, because the fragment was executed and the quest alias was reset. I think the same happens with the Follower approach, but here, the check for the follower is so recourse intensive, that it never worked for me (several people also mentioned, this approach is not working for them).

 

Can you elaborate, why you chose to reset the quest alias of the approaching NPC “on dialogue start” and not “on dialogue end”. Maybe it is better to make the reset “on dialogue end”? If for some reason it is needed to reset the quest alias “on dialogue start”, maybe a Utillity.Wait() command can resolve the issue?

 

I tried to test it, but I was not able to compile the scrips.

 

I am not a scripting person, so apologies, if I am completely wrong here.

It was an attempt to prevent some issue I was having with approaches, but I'm no longer sure what the issue was or whether that was what fixed it.

 

I can try tweaking it for 1.2.6. I think I ran into that same problem testing the other day

This mod need SLSF to track fame progress or can do it on its own? Because i dont have installed SLSF and PW is able to track slut and zoo fame, but not Exhibitionist fame, despite i run naked in the city, exhibitionist fame shows a brilliant big zero.
