It looks like just a matter of not having source scripts, once you add them to scripts/source that should clear up. If I were to guess, zadlibs is defined in Devious Devices' source

I found zadlibs.psc from an outdated DDv4.3, that i still had, but no luck with TrueDirectionalMovement, any idea, where to get it? Do you have a link to your version or at least the version number?

Thx

I needed these scripts myself for my own project. Here's a Decompiled set of scripts from DD 5.2

The failure is in sslActorAlias which shouldn't be referencing TDM; are you using a version of sslActorAlias from some other mod? SL+ maybe?

I did some digging and experimenting:

I have three different sslActorAlias.pex (and.psc). Those are: from Sexlab, SeparateOrgasm and last UtillityPlus.

I tried to use everyone of them (by deactivating the others) and i always get different kinds missing scripts.

On my last attempt, i did something wrong, now the compiler says, compiling successful, but there is no output file and no errors.

All this was happening, when i tried to modify a script fragment in the normal approach dialogue tree, custom approach branch.

the script is something like that:

Utillity.Wait(15.0)                                                                  ;This is new, I want to test, if a pause would have a effect on the approach dialogue triggering correct

a command, that sets the "Approached" variable =true        ;Do not remember the command exactly, it sets the variable "Approached"=true on dialogue start.

Anyway, is there guide, how to set up the compiler for SE properly? On my first test i got errors and my investigations led me to the Advanced Compiler for Papyrus. I think, i did setup the .INI correctly. I set the input paths and output path, like in the description.

When starting creation kit, i  load PW-plugin as active. All masters are loaded automatically. I do not think, that i can remove something from load order, without triggering more errors.

I appreciate any help or idea, what i did wrong.

Thanks!

After your previous post with the link, i looked up the "de-compiling" thing. I thought about it, but my latest tests revealed, that there is maybe more wrong with my workflow.

At the moment, i can not compile even the original script fragment (compiling successful, no errors, no output file).

Hi Visio,

Looking for the bug with the approach dialogues, i found that the "Random" setting and "End Random" setting is not consequent done. Reading through the dialogues, i have seen lines, i never seen/heard in game. I did some "corrections" (in my opinion), but need to test it now.

See here the description from the Creation Kit wiki:

Spoiler

Random_Wiki.png.9dfa8603b26e54ba51c100377ca1e0bf.png

Here a proposal for the dialogues (minor thing):

I fount it strange and not "immersive", when people approach the PC, in say, solitude and naming her Archmage, while she is a thane of solitude. Would it not be more "immersive" if the people would approach her with the title, that is more relevant to them in the hold? => Archmage for college inhabitants, Thane for the corresponding holds, companion member/head for Whiterun, member of college for Winterhold.

Feel free to ignore it, if it is not your opinion and yo0u like it the way it is now.

Thanks for your work!

cheers

This sounds like the compiler worked? It probably overwrote the original compiled script, which is why you don't see any new output file. Check the script you compiled's edit date on your machine to see if it worked.

I checked it, the script is still the old version from 2023. Also, when the compiling worked, there is a message about "errors (0), successfully compiled(number of files)".  Te message box was empty. Additionally the output path was set to a specific folder, which was also empty.

Ok, I have another question.  How do you complete the quest?  My toon is currently in Solitude, was "titled" thanks to her fame I'm assuming.  Shes done 17 over the required number of clients and the time has expired, but I still do not have any options for ending her stint as the town dump.  Do we have to do the peace offering quest in order to complete things?  Thanks in advance for any information.

As soon, as your counter is bigger, than 0, a new dialogue option should be available with the Thane, who made you PW. If you do not have it, you should reinstall the mod (de-install, lean save, reinstall).

I tried the tool: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/92452?tab=files

It worked and i got a lot of new .psc files. But for some reason, the Creation kit can not read the files. i get the error:

;WARNING: Unable to load fragment source from function Fragment_1 in script PW__TIF__040557BD
;Source NOT loaded

As a test, i decompiled the scripts from PW and comparing original with decompiled, the only difference i found, was fluff text from decompiler

Any idea, what i am missing?

thanks!

The LE and SE versions of the CS use different directory structures for storing script sources and compiled binaries.  Make sure you've got /Data/scripts/source/ for LE and /Data/source/scripts/ for SE.  Also check and make sure I have those correct.

Also, sadly, the CS is pretty picky about what it needs to load mod files and scripts.  If it still refuses after ensuring the directory structure is correct, then I'm afraid the answer is that there's something else about the source files that it has identified as not being legitimate and it will continue to throw errors until you find the real source.

Creation kit does load the scripts, that are not created by Champolleon, Only the decompiled scripts throw errors.  I made sure, the paths to the scripts are defined in the .ini file.

Is there any good patches for this mod hidden in forum messages? (I can't check all 120 pages)

Posted (edited)

Please help me.

In the MCM, when I modify the value of "Enter Enfarced Mode at" in the "Punishment Settings", it does not work.

I enter a new value, it does not change, always locked at 300.

No matter how I modify it, the value does not change

(In the input value window, the force mode threshold is always locked at 35.)

You may benefit from disabling parts of BD while you're involved with PW, but they do play nicely together overall.

Any idea which parts?

Pretty much anything that takes place inside a city could cause some problems.  If a BD scenario pushes you over the threshold for a fame start and the guards come and arrest you, it is likely that one or both of the mods will break.  Similarly, if a PW scenario gets interrupted by something triggered by BD, it is likely that one or both of the mods will break.

SLHH, SLApproach, basically anything that takes any level of control over the PC while another mod already has control is a recipe for shit getting very broken.

Does this mean that if i disable the city events while PW is active i can use both?
