Diary Of Mine for Paradise Halls

So i have been playing a lot with this mod. FIrst of all, congratulations on the mod i think its very good done.

 

I have a few issues that im not sure if they are related to this mod or to the general PAHE suit overall. I use PAH reborn, AYGAS, HSH, Interactive BDSM, slavetats and Dom:

 

1. The clone of non unique NPCS (default settings) has some strange behaiviour. I have a house where i keep my slaves, when i fast travel there there is a corpse pile of all the slaves that got cloned. This corpses will go away eventually until i make new slaves and a new pile will appear.
2. When you talk to a slave sometimes I get stuck for 30secs aprox until dialog options show up. This only happens with slaves not other NPCS. Maybe script lagg on my end but only happening on slaves.
3. Sometimes slaves will get invisible while doing sex and they keep invivsible until i have sex with them again (you can still interact).
4. When you sell a slave sometimes they get equipped an ankle chain that doesnt have textures (purple). I guess this is related to AYGAS.

 

Overall, non breaking bugs and As I said im enjoying the suit, good shit!

 

Edit: I forgot to say that I also found some strange interaction with i think OBIS where sometimes i find two identical slaves of one of my slaves with same name fighting each other in my house or in the wilderness. Im not sure what the fuck this is but pretty fun.

I'm certain I did not.  This has been going on for quite a while; I've mentioned it once before.  I found some lines in DoM's Settings.json that I assume might be responsible:

Oh, huh.  Interesting.  Being new, it didn't occur to me that it might be working as intended, but upon reflection, that seems like a good change.

I didn't, but that is an exact quote—punctuation, capitalisation, and all.  I can try to get a screenshot later if you need it.  I still have the slave.  She's slightly broken for unrelated reasons.  She's one of the beggars added by Full Random NPC Pack, and she had been erroneously given a male voice, so immediately upon capturing her, I saved, noted her FormID, closed Skyrim, and made a patch to fix her voice.  Now she has the correct voice type, but she doesn't use slave greetings/farewells or respond to praise/scolding, etc.  So, to close the loop on that tangent, I've been trying to fix that rather than training her, so she'll probably still call. ?

There are detailed installation instructions on the mod page.  Read them.

if you don't understand this:

Skyrim and required extensions:

• Skyrim SE or LE (this mod was not tested with AE)
• Update, Dawnguard, Dragonborn

 

Essential mods:

• SKSE
• UIExtensions
• JContainers
• Papyrus Extender
• SkyUI
• Zaz (recommended is 8+)
• Sexlab
• PAHE

 

 

 

You are going to have a very hard time modding your game. Screw LL´s searchbar and use google to look for this mods.

If you didn't press "import settings", then no. Those lines are PAHE settings saved in the DoM JSON file. They only matter if you press the DoM MCM option "import settings".

When I update DoM, my DoM settings are correctly retained without needing to be reimported.  Whatever mechanism facilitates that seems to be impacting my PAHE settings.  I understand it isn't supposed to, but it's happening.  It has been happening for quite a few updates now.  

 

Prima facie, the lines in Settings.json seem to conform to what I'm seeing in game.  So let's just assume that's right for a moment.  Why are those lines there in the JSON?  I remember you toyed with allowing DoM's export settings feature to save PAHE settings, too; is this some relic of that, seemingly abandoned, project?  Can they safely be removed?  These lines seem to be unconnected to anything that can be modified in the current DoM MCM.  

 

And while we're at it, this should really go in the PAHE thread, but does @CliftonJD have any plans to allow for saving PAHE settings in a similar fashion?  This is always very near the top of my feature wishlist for any mod that lacks it.  Reducing the headache of starting new playthroughs is valuable indeed.  And recent updates have added more important settings to the PAHE MCM.

I didn't change any voicetypes of the slaves and there are only two non unique Orc voices in Skyrim (I don't remember if there are even any unique voiced Orcs?) FemalOrc and MaleOrc. Same thing goes for the Khajiits and the Argonians. (unlike human voices, where you have 11 variances like Commoner, Condescending or YoungEager)

Do you mean Olava the Feeble in Whiterun and her niece Kimli? Kimli is voiced when you install the Voicepack Addon I (I realized to late, that Kimli has a unique voicetype and didn't include her in the main voicepack)

I've had the exact same thing in my game, no idea what causes it. The solution I've found is using Shovel Bury Bodies, and then using that feature to remove the bodies when I get home. You could also try the disable console command on them, but for me that doesn't work so I have to use the shovels.

 

Really hope someone figures out what causes this because it doesn't seem to affect everyone, you're the only other person I've seen in here reporting it.

i think he's trying to say layam used the wrong voice type for the orc male and trying to ask if you could fix it

Well you can have a look at DOM_MCM.psc I believe the last two functions are export and import. Just adapt them to PAHE.

Nope, does happen to me too, haven't had it until now probably because i usually don't enslave none uniques ? But i enslaved this named troll and he got a T-Posing Corpse clone too

Oh, you're right. Well i don't see how, without changing every MaleYoungEager voices to MaleOrc, which would do more harm than good. One would have to change the voicetype of Male Orcs in PAHE itself, or does anybody have a better idea?

How sure are we that his orc is actually using MaleYoungEager lines and not MaleEvenToned?  I just went back through the conversation, and it looks like it's just the "ear-ball test" so to speak.  If it's MaleEvenToned, then that'd just be normal, expected PAHE behaviour from using the shared voice lines, right?

in pahe the orcs are not sposed to be young and eager, the orcs are part of the default eventoned voice type. so if they sound young and eager, it would have to be in the fuz files packed in the bsa

@TrollAutokill I'm using the following code to capture an NPC with PAHE:

 

    PAHSlave slave = PAH.Capture(akSpeaker)
    if slave != none
         slave.Submission = 70
    endif

 

Is it possible to add that when DoM is available it also sets resignation and the other extra stats? Can that be done without adding a hard dependency on Diary Of Mine?

Some minor issues I noticed with the LE version.

 

When I start the game I get an item called spank slave into my inventory, everytime.

Dom registers slaves put into furniture but after a cell change they just stand in the furniture.

The HSH slave auction does not register my slaves anymore and they dont get sold.

I "aquired" Kimli but her voice does not work despite me having the voicepack installed.

She has a unique voice type.  Did you get the unique voices addon?

 Yup, I notice that too. Even if I drop, sell or "delete" that thing it gets back to the inventory, at least it looks harmless for sure even if Xedit indicate some sort of error with this object

Is there any furniture system in DoM? HSH furniture system works properly with DoM in my game though

Seems like 2.9.10 broke something with the dialogue conditions.  Slaves who are in "Ok" mood aren't saying much at all—no response to praise/scolding, and vanilla greetings/farewells.
